Aisha saves the day! When we went in to buy a car battery the guy helping us I think his name was Kevin went outside and check the battery and said the battery was dead and that we need a new one and that there was nothing under 260+ dollars. I asked him if he could help put the battery in the car. He said no I can t. I m off work in 15 minutes and turned around and started helping another customer and left us standing there, not cool dude . Thank goodness for Aisha. She was more than accommodating and helpful and made up for his not so great customer service Aisha helped put the battery in and found us a decent battery for less than $260+ made sure we got the car started and everything was good to go. that s how you take care of business !

I recently had the pleasure of visiting an Auto Zone store where Ieshia, the store manager, assisted me in finding the perfect window wipers for my vehicle. Her professionalism, combined with a keen knowledge of the store s inventory, made what could have been a tedious task, both swift and enjoyable. Ieshia s attentive and courteous approach to customer service not only solved my immediate needs but also left a lasting impression of the kind of dedication and excellence Auto Zone stands for. I am thankful beyond measure for her assistance and believe that such exemplary service deserves recognition. It s employees like Ieshia who elevate a shopping experience from good to exceptional. The store manager allwed a car to park illegally park for store shopping infornt of the front door in the painted red zone with two typical Vallejo punks with an "I can do anything I want" attitude law breakers. I backed in to the car because it was out of view parked right in back of my vehicle and there goes my insuramce up! Don't shop here! The employees would rather allow illegal parking in their site to make store money then tell the customer to park in the lined parking spots for other customers safety. This shows this location on Springs Road that they accept low life law breakers to park gangster style illegally and say nothing about it. The driver was a pants at the waist, true disrespectful punk who hastled me and my insurance company when reporting the accident and ofcourse could not show his unsurance card and doubted my insurance card was real just because he never heard of the Insurance through Costco. Thank you Auto Zone on Springs Road, Vallejo for showing your true no ball's attitude for rude law breaking customers.

Great service, but you'll wait in line. Really should be 5 stars, but I always see multiple employees working but only one on registers. Other than the wait they are awesome.

Normally I always go to this AutoZone and I ve never really had a problem all staff is friendly. Except for today I had a bad experience with a dude named Devon. He was not helpful at all and didn t seem like he wanted to do his job. I needed something that was behind the register and he goes it s right there you can just go ahead and grab it . I didn t know which was correct so I asked him if he could tell him which one was correct and he said no I can t tell you if it s the right one . So I took a guess and hoping that s is correct. Some people have jobs but hate doing their job!!

Helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Easily got what I needed for my car. They have a free rewards program. Spend $20 or more (not including tax) per visit and for every 5 visits you get a $20 credit you can use on anything in the store. Just used mine it worked great.

this was my first time to shop in this location. it was horrible. you can feel the negative energy in this store as soon you come in and this was right at opening time. there was an angry woman behind the counter, on the phone cussing in front of customers stressing about another store not opening on time. keep that conversation in the back office and be professional. customers do not want to hear that.the other lady that rang me up didn't even greet me or say thank you after the purchase. handed me a receipt without even looking at me or saying thanks.i should've immediately requested to return the item for a refund.how do yall hire customer service reps that have anger. how do you expect to win business like this. id rather shop online and wait 3 days for delivery than have to shop in this spot. bring back old school customer service skills and professionalism. if you can't win customers on a $10 purchase how do you expect repeat customers to even consider spending more money here.

I picked up a little cheap deck I would say it's a touch screen by dual but upon purchase I got recommended that the self installation mounting kit to put the touch screen in to keep it mounted in your car went with the same deck I got I went to install the deck in my car and as I installed the wires about all that done I pulled out the den and it was a single then and I needed a double DIN my only disappointment was that an employee recommended it and said it went together and I did not and you know what I should have did my dual diligence and red and looked before I buy anything even if it's someone recommending it but I didn't I trusted the kid but I mean it was just 25 bucks they told me that it was still in the box I can come in and return it and I hope that's true cuz it's sitting in my trunk but I like work Monday through Friday I only have my weekends and you know those weekends are short so I really have enough time on my days don't have enough time in my days but good place busy that's one thing I didn't like but hey that's part of life

I was excited to see this store open, so close to my house. 2 stars, because the store was nice. The customer service, however, was sorely lacking. In my opinion, that ranks higher than store niceties. I went in with my son, to pick up a part for his truck and take a little look-see. After picking up a few things, we got in line. The only person in front of us was at the register. In addition to the cashier, there were two other people (one of which was a manager) helping the same person. Not one of them acknowledged us, standing there, even after about 10 minutes. No someone will be right with you or thank you for waiting, it ll be just a minute . After the first five minutes, a couple came in and stood behind us, in line. The woman went straight to the open counter and stood there (the person with her actually told her let them go first ). Apparently, she had a quick question, so our place ahead of her meant nothing. When the woman behind the counter came to talk to her, they began chatting about decorating the employee s daughter s pants and what kind of design she might want. Still not being acknowledged, even when the manager walked past us to help another customer, outside, we continued to wait. Had my son not already paid for the part we were there to pick up, we would have returned our other items and walked out. Very disappointing first impression. I hope they step up their customer service game.

So far so good. Availability and selection all pro. Little dramatic and a little pedantic, but it is a business and I did get my needs addressed. The manager was willing and discounted the different needed part by the difference when I discovered I bought the wrong brakes. But I gave the exchanged new brakes to.the.installer and when I came to get the vehicle I realized that AGAIN I have a cheaper option installed, the one I ALREADY HAD and did not want. My fault for not knowing anything about cars, let alone a Benz. Lets see what happens...

Cashier was half way through ringing up my order when the phone rang. He stopped ringing me up and helped the person on the phone.... Looked up prices on the computer... No sorry please hold or sorry to me. All while I'm just standing there looking at him cash in hand. After 5 minutes I just walked out and left my stuff on the counter. This is why people buy online. $15 cheaper and no bs customer service.I tried to give this place my money. Really tried. +1 star for having stuff in stock I needed.

I wanted to take a few mins to show appreciation for Jeremiah at this store. He took time to run and engine test and get a report of the problem was. It allowed me to have relief and confidence in taking the next steps forward. Thank you !

I recently got fantastic service from Mark who helped me buy and install a new car battery. He removed the old battery from my car, and installed the new battery in a very timely manner. His attitude was excellent the entire time and it was a pleasure doing business with Mark at Autozone at the Springs Road store in Vallejo. Thanks a lot!

All employees wear a name tag; Sebastian assisted me and a family member about a (oil) clamp. Recommend this location as the employees I have interacted with are all knowledgeable and patient.

I m so thankful to Jeremy.. being a girl is hard sometimes when it comes to having questions about your car. He showed no judgment and even helped me to fix my flat tire. I m so thankful as this was my worst nightmare hours before my flight. Me & my family will only shop at this autozone now.

Just got off the phone with auto zone near Pinole and asked if they had pen stripe tape in stock. Did not know what I was talking about. Put a manager on I asked do you have pen stripe tape in stock? They said whats that!Clowns!

Had the most pleasant experience @ Auto Zone on Springs Road, Vallejo with MERE, S this morning. Walked in the store complaining that a store clerk gave me the wrong bulb. She went to the computer to check if I was given the wrong bulb, no, she gave you the right one. She asked, if the car is outside, she popped the bulb compartment, pulled the bulb and put the new one. I didn t expect her to do that. I told her I would still be reading the manual if she hadn t done that. MERE, S YOU ROCK!!! YOU ARE SO RIGHT FOR YOUR JOB. KEEP IT UP.

I have never been there and had a staff member not know what I was talking about or be willing to help. They usually always have what I need and if not they do order parts very quickly and follow up in due time.
