I was at this location today, and I had an amazing experience with the Manager Jennifer. She is a real business woman s, very experienced, friendly and helpful. I would really recommend this store. Employees are excellent on costumer service and knowledgeable.

I received amazing service support this evening! Like real good customer service, I got helped quickly and even the customers that came in after me got aided in a swift! To be honest I needed a new battery for my car and I didn t know where to start, and a closed mouth doesn t get fed . All of my questions were answered and I even took advantage of my military discount :) I also received a cash-in for my old battery after getting it installed! Of course I didn t want to blow my new battery, so anyone else feeling the same way should definitely come through! Charlie obviously is an extreme expert in my opinion, so I recommend you ask for help if you meet him! I ll be back for help in the future!

I have the BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF! From staff Julian , Edrick to its manager charlie ! They went all out their way to assist me in putting parts that I purchased in my car and not asking anything for it best store of autozone. Won't allow unopened exchanges without receipt. Can't even look it up with the credit card used to make the purchase.Recommend going to O'Reilly's down the street. They are much more helpful.

I went inside to purchase new windshield wipers. And then I came out to my car and proceeded to try to take them off. Got one of the windshield wipers off and on. I got one off but the other one was rusted on so I couldn t get it off. I went inside and asked somebody to help me. They said that they would come out after they help that one customer. They then came out 30 minutes later, and my sister had to go back in there and ask them again, come out and help us, and they proceeded to laugh at us. Also mocked my sister.

I had to go to three stores to find the correct part for my car until I came to AutoZone. Not only did they have what I needed but Tina D was above and beyond helpful and very professional in assisting me with the installment of my wiper blades. Great store - Great Customer Service..

Super helpful and even though it was busy they were efficient and the line moved quickly. They ran diagnostics before charging me for a new battery and installed the new one in fifteen minutes, tops. They also checked the alternator to rule that out as an issue, which was thoughtful. Reliable, good parking, cool staff, made an extremely inconvenient event less inconvenient. 10/10

Places in this specific area need to know that not everyone is stealing and you don't have to treat everyone like they are lesser then you. Almost every single employee here that I have had an encounter with has been very short and rude and doesn't have employees who value customers who are spending hard earned money. It's a need to have to come to an auto part store because we all need to get around but you don't have to be like that towards people.

This store always has a line, long wait to pay for purchase.Folks jacking up cars and making repairs in the parking lot. Oil everywhere in the parking lot, can't help stepping in it and tracking into your vehicle.Employees were helpful and pleasant. The guy behind the counter referred me to another store for the part that was out of stock.

I always go to autozone for my car parts. The only issue I've ever had was not enough cashiers but the past 3 times I've went there were plenty. This last time I had to replace a car battery again after only a year ( car has electrical problems and drains the battery every 2 days if I don't disconnect it) I brought my core (bad battery) and gave my name and number, the lady that checked me out said I still had a warranty on the last battery and I walked out with a brand new battery,, without spending a dime, all within 5 minutes. I've been other places and was supposed to have a warranty but with no receipt there never seems to be a way to rectify the situation. (Even though I'm sure it says it on their computer screen) The fact that she told me I still had a warranty and replaced it for free with no receipt speaks volumes for that cashier, I should've got her name but i was in shock the way everything worked out and how fast it happened.

All your auto part needs in one store. Definitely can order online and pick up in store. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable staff.

Getting better . I used to have to wait at least 15mins just to talk to someone at the store. But it looks as though they hired more people. Same amount of customers but wait time is down to a couple of mins. Still have issues with rewards but i think there working on it. Way to go autozone keep it up.

Bought brakes online, I then picked them up at the store. Would have been perfect if they had Express check out as well. Not like it's Safeway or anything. Returned an item I bought last year, no problem.

They had a sale price posted that had expired and they had forgotten to take it down. I was understanding and ready to pick some cheaper windshield wiper blades, but the clerk honored the sale price and was really freaking nice about it. This is what I miss about customer service I remember as a kid. This is what is missing now-a-days. THANKS!

Gabriel was super helpful; he went to his own car to get a crescent wrench to help us adjust our windshield wipers. His customer service was above and beyond! We also made some purchases inside the store; the manager walked us to the correct isle for valve stem caps. I would shop here again! Great employees.

I went in researched and ready and they did not have a part in stock, they recommed and misdiagnosed that l needed a evape sensor $42.00 when l knew it was a Gas cap $13.00 that did not lock securely and replacing that would solve my engine check light, l went against his diagnoses and came the next day and bought the gas cap and Engine check light did go away, do your research
