Despite my apprehension about the car buying process, I chose to visit my local dealership and was pleasantly surprised. My salesperson presented more as a knowledgeable friend than a high-pressure salesman. The dealership made me feel at ease as they showed me several cars that even Consumer Reports had described as among the best cars they have ever tested. I was so impressed with the iX that David presented that I became a new owner. I would recommend Valencia BMW to anyone hesitant about car dealers, and describe them as professional good listeners who are excited about their product.

I ve shopped around multiple dealers before and this by far was the best service I received. Alex Calinescu went through the ins and outs of the vehicle I was looking at and truly went above and beyond. Also gave me a fantastic deal on the new BMW M2 2024. I Look forward to coming back for break in service. Will definitely be coming back with friends and family in the future.

Best customer buying experience ever, I checked 4 BMW places in Los Angeles and Orange county areas. Joe Chang made a better deal with all the places, and my made purchase was quick and easy. It was a one deal, done. No back and forth. I arrived at 810pm within one hour I was driving my car home. Thanks, Joe. GO SEE JOE CHANG the best of the best!

It was a great experience. I called in the morning and was in the salon an hour later. In half an hour, everything was checked out and the car was given a replacement for the repair period. They warned that it would be 1-2 days. And so it was. When I came to pick it up, it took me only 15 minutes. The staff is very polite. I'm glad we bought a car here.

The customer service by Benjamin was 5 star. I was met with ev charging issues cause by Electrify America and Benjamin was able to help me out with no problem. New years morning was a disaster and Benjamin was able to save the day. I think Benjamin would make a great salesperson based on the sense that he genuinely cares about the customer and is very knowledgeable about BMW cars. Thanks

Made an appointment to drive an i4 in early January. We were assigned to client rep Alex C. Alex was immediately pleasant and easy to work with. They had two in stock but neither had the adaptive cruise package which is vital for me due to back and joint injuries. Although the car is for my wife, I do most of the driving so the Driving Assistant Professional Package is necessary. Alex worked with us to locate one that was on order and available, and secured a reservation on that unit.From early January when we met until 2/27/24 when we took delivery, Alex kept us informed of milestones such as the vehicle entering production, being completed, arriving at the dock in Germany to be shipped and when it arrived here at Port Hueneme. He even suggested a nifty tool where we could track the carrier vessel, which we did, through the English Channel, across the Atlantic, through the Panama Canal and into the Pacific! Delivery day was flawless, and we are extremely happy with the vehicle, the AutoNation deal and Alex C s performance from first greeting to delivery handshake! The i4 is an outstanding EV, and Alex and Valencia BMW made the purchase and follow up experiences just as outstanding!

This was the best experience I ve had at a dealership. I didn t have high hopes because I booked my service appointment 2 months in advanced online. I called and spoke with a young lady who was able to reassure me at the time my appointment we d have a loaner vehicle, as long as I called 48 hrs out. I did so and found that is not how it works. It s first come first serve. I was driving 1 1/2 hours for maintenance and repairs with two kids there was no way we could get stuck at the dealership for 4+ hours. I spoke with a gentleman named Kevin who was able to secure us with a loaner. We got there and Johnathan took great care of us. Great communication with my vehicle. This was such a great experience I contemplated trading in mine for a newer one . I can t say enough great things about the BMW Valencia team.

UPDATE: Dealership commented on my last review and asked me to reach out to them as they left a number. Called about 2-3 times and got no response. I left a voicemail each time and still have gotten no response weeks later. I don't understand why they ask for me to reach out if they are just going to ignore my contact attempts to remedy the situation. It's been almost a year and still cannot get the service that I was told I would get after purchasing my car from them.I had a great buying experience with Walter. He didn t pressure me to buy and was very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. I ended buying the car I went to go look at. When the deal was finalized and I was given the key I was told that when they get the 2nd key they ll mail it out to me. I followed up a few times since I purchased the car in July 2023. It is now March 2024 and I keep getting told that it hasn t come in. I know at this point they will not give me that second key as I was told. The original key I received was damaged but functional. I would rate this dealership and the experience they proved 5 out of 5 stars but this really soured my experience in trusting the dealership after having such a positive experience. If you buy a car make sure to get both keys on the spot before finalizing that deal.

I had a great experience buying a car from Valencia BMW which is not an easy thing to pull off since I bought this car from New Jersey based on some pics from their website. I couldn't be happier with the 2021 X4 M that I purchased and Jane Furmanskaya made the whole process an absolute pleasure. Thank you Jane! If they can treat a stranger from the other side of the country this good, imagine how well they will treat you in person. If you're in the neighborhood, (or not) check them out!

Could not have been happier with our entire experience here at Valencia BMW. I went in to look for a certified pre-owned car back in October of 2023 for my wife. I had the previlage to run into what would be our salseman, Gene Longsworth. We had a very specific car that we were looking for (very low mile lease return, Msport with Showdowline Package) and had a difficult time finding the car as a pre-owned certified vehicle. After sitting down and looking at pricing we figured out it would be best to purchase a new car from a financial and logistical standpoint. We ordered our car late last year, exactly how we wanted it. Our salesman, Gene walked us thorugh every step, every option, explained each option and showed us several cars so we could actually see what we were ordering. Gene kept us updated all the way throught the process and communicated to us frequently until the day the car showed up last week and we took delivery. I could not be happier with Gene and his entire support team! Thank you Gene and Valencia BMW!!

This review is long overdue some months sadly on my part. However, in my time driving and purchasing vehicles I haven t received a service unlike that of what Mr. Joe Chang from the BMW in Valencia has provided. Not only did he go above and beyond for me prior to my involvement with his exceptional service in looking at a X5 over the phone he did such a great job that I drove to his dealership the following day to purchase the vehicle due to his pleasant attitude. I truly mean when I say he did a great job in the entire purchasing experience. Thank you again Mr. Chang. and top marks!

I leased a 2024 M850i from this dealership after trying to come to a deal with my local dealership over a two week span.I contacted Valencia BMW through CarGurus, and Maryo contacted me within an hour by email.I called him, told him what I wanted and he had a car for me.That car was apparently vandalized, but he had ANOTHER car in stock for me.One week later, I had my car (the delay was mine because I live about 90 miles away from Valencia) and was paying $100 LESS than I did for my 2019 M850i and the deal included tire and rim protection as well as a full service package.My local dealership contacted me two weeks later and I told him I was no longer looking for a car.I felt somewhat bad for my salesperson, but his sales manager was not good and gave me an offer that just was not worth my time, honestly.I am more than pleased with how things turned out.Now, if I can find a way to fight the dust on my black car, lol.

My Sales Rep was Alex C and he made my experience at Valencia BMW excellent. Alex was very helpful without being pushy. He encouraged me to explore the car and ask questions. On Saturday I agreed to buy the car as long as my wife liked it when we came back on Sunday. Alex even called me Saturday night to see if I had questions very thoughtful of him! After we finished our purchase on Sunday, Alex helped us navigate the BMW app and gave us an overview of the car. Alex made our entire buying experience painless and I m very happy with my new car.

We were offered a deal on oil and oil filter changes for three years, for one prepaid price. We took Valencia BMW up on the offer. we were able to make an appointment and it got done in 2 hours and they washed and vacuumed the car. What a deal!

Jazmin was an excellent rep from start to the end, my brand new I4 had an issue with the charger door flap getting stock and could not open it to charge my car. I called the dealer and was transfer to a guy who did not answer so I left him a message about the issue with car, a few minutes later I received a message that an appointment was created to check my car but 3 days later, apparently that guy didn't not understand the urgency of the issue!!! How could I move my car 3 days later if I wasn't going to have battery!!!! At that point I decided to drive directly to the dealer where I met Jazmin who right away understood the urgency of the problem, open a ticket and left my car for my day, she kept me inform of all the stuff that was going on with my car until it was delivered, she definitely changed the bad experience I was just about to have with that other guy. Thank you Jazmin you are awesome and definitely an asset to the Valencia BMW!!!

I bought my X5e 4 years ago with this dealership, the salesperson was attentive and efficient, the finance was quick and uncomplicated, but the service with the inspection and maintenance department is horrible! From the staff who make your reservation for maintenance to the mechanics. My car has always been returned without being washed as they promise that out of courtesy they will return the car to you clean. And when you make a complaint, the technicians are completely rude. I simply gave up taking my cars for maintenance there! I'd rather drive to Glendale and get top-quality, stress-free, hassle-free service than save on gas and hand my car over to a dealership that doesn't keep its promises.

The repair to my 2016 BMW X6 was done quickly and efficiently. You'll pay a quite a bit more for the service but it is top notch and they gave me a free 2022 X5 loaner (unlimited mileage) the whole time it was in. That was a nice touch!

I can t say enough positive things about my car-buying experience at BMW Valencia. I had the good fortune to have Joe Chang as my sales associate. He was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also kind and patient. He knew that safety was one of my biggest priorities and helped me find the car that fit all of my needs. I had been in the market for a new car for a few months and found many of the other dealerships and sales reps inattentive and dismissive. Joe was a pleasure to work with and ultimately helped me find a car that I absolutely love.
