Dean Stricker at Frontier Toyota was super helpful when I came in for an oil change. I even got a video link of my car while it was being worked on. It showed how they inspected my tires, brakes, air filter, etc. I already trusted Toyoya, but with the professionalism I was shown, I trust them even more now!

Well I still have not recovered from my last car that was stolen so rude fully by scv,s not so finest...so i have been wanting to go purchase a new car for myself since i have not had my own car that i owned and paid cash for off the lot here in Valencia at the Honda dealership....

Excellent customer service! Staff members are very welcoming and friendly! I went to service department and service advisor Heather was great. Heather took the time to explain to me what my vehicle needed. I was greeted with a great smile. Great environment!

Went to Hello Mazda, Service Advisor Allondra was very good, waiting area comfortable, however they're still getting their footing as car was still partially wet from wash (though grateful for wash) and I had to back out through body shop next door because no clearly designated exit. Will definitely go back

I went back to Toyota Frontier recently to check my 2008 RAV4 engine error display at the dash board. This time I spoke with the right advisor name Alex and he is very honest and nice. I left my car for the whole day and get it back the next day. I just forget to ask if they have courtesy car to lend to customer. They just provide me a free uber ride to go back home.The service provided comes out fine and I still never encounter troubles up to now after 3 months of repair, although I knew it will be expensive a bit. Glad I just did it here for this special repair. Got a peace of mind when my wife is driving to drop-off and fetch up my kids in school. Peace :)

I loved my experience at Frontier Toyota. The sales man was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was not pushy at all. There was a huge inventory of cars. They have all levels of cars in all the models. I would definitely go back if I was going to buy a new Toyota.

This dealership is really nice and everyone is very hospitable. But some people are super pushy about you giving them cash in order to get a car. I think when someone says they are putting zero down you should go with their suggestion and if they don't qualify then let them know they need to put cash down.

Very friendly salesmen. They don't pressure you into doing anything. My wife and I bought a 2019 RAV 4 LIMITED & they even got us the monthly payment that we can afford. I highly recommend Valencia Toyota! Great job and keep up the good work!

I lived in Valencia a while back and it is a nice city but I am not sure if a big scale dealerships are needed for such city; regardless, I did buy a car from one of their dealerships and it was an OK experience. The place felt dead compared to other cities I bought cars from. The inventory in not significant (they had to get my car from another city). Overall, the staff there are doing their best to accommodate a growing city. Not a bad experience.

Very nice market. Has sushi and an excellent wine and spirits selection. Has virtually anything you need. Tends to be busy in the afternoon. The pharmacy prices are excellent per the GoodRx ap.

Way better service than Northridge Toyota. Bough one Camry back in 2009 there. Never again. Since there were so rude I somehow ended up at Frontier Toyota and loved it back in 2014 when I bought my highlander LE than a year later went back for my wife's 2015 Corolla S. Recently my brother and I gifted my mom a Toyota 4Runner 2020 for her Christmas present. 3 cars in 6 years. All service on all cars have ben done here too. Can't say enough good things about Gustavo at the service department. Really helpful guy. For Northridge Toyota. You lost a great customer and his family too.

Depends on the dealership, but there's great selection close together. I've had positive experiences buying cars and a mixed bag on repairs. The Toyota and Nissan dealerships have been my best experiences.

Being a first time buyer from a dealer, I didnt know what to expect. I had a great time finding the car I saw online and Lee helped the process be as easy as possible. Would recommend to anyone looking to find their next car!

Huge variety of auto dealers and cars. However I was still unable to find the car I'm looking for with manual transmission. Ten car dealers with the model and 0 with the needed features. Why would any rational person buy a sport sedan or car with automatic trans or even worse the paddle shifts or shifter without manual clutch? Non responsive. No connection with the car. Bad gas mileage. You buy an automatic for commuting in traffic and manual for leisure. Been here. Been to car guru. No more manual in just about all. Truly sad.

My wife and I dropped our car for service at the Best Dealership in town (Valencia Acura)!!!Their service department is outstanding and they go out of the way to make you feel at home while waiting for your car. Robin promised the car would be ready in two hours and they finished in an hour and a half.
