Gordon was absolutely amazing and the repairs look great! He kept us in the loop through the entire process and is very familiar with the insurance claims process. I hope we never have another not-at-fault accident, but if we do, Patterson has earned our repeat business. Thank you very much Gordon!

I have had 3 cars repaired by Paterson's. Each time the work was excellent. I highly recommend if you have any minor to major body repairs, take your car to Patterson's.I have worked with Greg Patterson every time I needed work, a true professional.

Unfortunately, only a month after buying this car, a 16 year old decided to pull out in front of me. I had the car repaired at Pattersons and they did outstanding. You can t even tell anything happened and the car looks better than when I bought it. Gordon went above and beyond for me and as a car enthusiast, that is deeply appreciated. My G37 is the IPL model so parts are difficult to get, so repairs took a little longer than expected, but that is not Pattersons fault. Thank you Pattersons!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Patterson's. From the moment we dropped off our vehicle until we picked it up, the process was seamless and fast. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Gordon was our service advisor, and he did an exceptional job communicating throughout the repairs. I am very happy with their work. My car was restored to brand new condition and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car. I truly appreciate the hard work, especially in this weather. I'm happy to have my car back. It looks beautiful!

Unfortunately my bumper got rear ended and wanted to see what my options were. Was highly recommended by Acura to call this business. I called, the receptionist was extremely rude. This is my first accident and don t know the process. The receptionist made me feel even worse. You would think she would have an understanding of what people are going through since she works at a collision center but was the complete opposite. I give her the benefit of the doubt that she is having a bad day because I can t not imagine this business being where it s at if she talked to customers like that everyday.

I have used Patterson Collision Center twice. Each time they were warm, friendly & professionalThey went completely out of their way to assist me. As a 70 yr old woman, they could have scammed me out of thousands of dollars BUT respectfully, they took care of me as if I was a family member.I will Never use anyone else & suggest you try them first before making any decision. What can I say bitter sweet. I've had the misfortune of needing a quality body shop and Patterson's is the place to go. Greg is the best and the work they do is awesome! If you're not happy they will make you happy. I only go there because my business is appreciated and I'm an OCD type of customer.

They are very helpful, they do a great job. I got in a collision where my back window was broken. Although they advised me that they were at their capacity, they still allowed me to drop my truck off without an appointment. I've been here a few times, and have always received great customer service, that's very understanding on my needs, and my situation.

Within the first minutes of my arrival, I was impressed. They definitely know what they're doing. I work on my own cars and so I know every part of them. As a detailed person, I like taking care of my cars and I can tell you that they also took care of mine. If i ever need more work done , I'm coming back 100%.

August 2019, 2008 Lexus ES350, in excellent condition, less than 100k miles and in excellent condition. Involved in a traffic accident requiring auto body repairs.Our insurance company did what they are well paid to do and handled all the contacts and arrangements. They asked me to pick an auto body shop. After looking at local shop reviews, I decided on Patterson s Collision Center. The repairs took just over two weeks and I called the shop about twice per week. My 1st call was to confirm they received the vehicle, second was to get a progress report, third was to get a completion date and fourth was to confirm when the car would be ready for pick up. I spoke to the owner Gregg on all but one of the calls. Gregg was very easy to talk with over the phone. He answered all my questions and offered details I had thought of but had not yet asked. Although there were additional parts that had to be ordered and deliveries to be made, I never felt that my time was being wasted or that the repairs were taking too long. Gregg was very detailed. He made a point to tell me how they were replacing all plastic body panel fasteners they had removed with new ones. That was one of the part delays. This may seem minor to some, but that kind of detail work is not common, and I was sure to check when I got the car back.The front R/H headlamp was destroyed in the accident, but not the L/H side. During one of our conversations, I mentioned this to him. He confirmed that our insurance would not pay to replace an undamaged headlamp. He told me not to worry about it because they would try get it looking almost new.The day after my wife got her car back, I carefully inspected the car looking for imperfections in the engine compartment, wheel compartment, suspension, front quarter panel, hood, and even from a top vantage point. I found none. All wiring that had been worked on, was wrapped and strapped where it should be. I found no evidence of overspray in the wheel well area, engine compartment or under the vehicle. The exterior paint job was matched perfectly with no visible orange peel or swirl marks. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the body panel fasteners were in fact new.The headlights, fog lights, turn signals, and high beams worked just as they should. The existing undamaged headlamp looked brand new. I honestly thought they had replaced it rather than polishing it to match the new one. I realized it was the existing headlamp only after giving it a closer examination. It matches the new headlamp perfectly. They did a fantastic job.Originally, I was going to write this review because of the work they did and how efficient they were. My wife on the other hand, insisted I write a review for the simple reason that she was treated with kindness, respect and great customer service. Gregg took the vehicle (after hours), to a gas station and gassed it up for her. She was unsure she could make it to a gas station, so that was a huge selling point for my wife. Thank you, Gregg.If you need quality auto body repairs, this is the place. If Patterson Collision is on a list of auto body shops that your insurance company gave you to pick from. Pick this one, you will not regret it. Don t bother with the rest. The work here is professional and thorough. They don t waste your time and they treat you with respect. The customer service is fantastic, and it extends well beyond closing time.And one more thing, if you re looking to have your headlights polished so they don t look faded, old and yellow, have Patterson s do them for you.This is a real review from a real and satisfied customer.MV

They performed magic on my almost new car. A very large tree fell on it, and there was not a surface...that was not dented or scratched. They fixed every one perfectly. And I think the paint from Pattersons is better than the factory. I still have to go back for a final polish. Cant wait to make my car more gorgeous !!

I don't know how Patterson Collision got great reviews on google but when I went there the secretary was clueless. I asked for a quote for my car. A guy named Greg came from the back he spoke three words to me, yes, no and um-hum. He gave me a quote. I called Patterson's back the following week because of the reviews on Google. I was confronted by his secretary blocking my calls to speak to Greg. They weren't interested in new business despite being on a insurance preferred list. I guess you just never know!

Some numbnuts hit my new car parked in front of my house and caused over $12,000 in damage. When Patterson was done with it I couldn t tell it wasn t brand new again. I never had a problem with how it drove or how it looked. It was perfect.

I ve had 3 vehicles fixed over the last few years at Patterson s. I dealt with Gordon and everything was done quickly with no issues. I would highly recommend them.

Had my car taken here after being involved in a collision. Process was painless and fairly quick. Hopefully you don't need to use their services but if you do, they were pretty good.
