I had the best experience at Infiniti of Valencia. They have a huge selection at better prices. They re really nice. I was lucky to have Gonzo help me out. Ray, Ben and Eric were also super helpful. Gonzo was great, he worked to get me exactly what I wanted. They detailed my car and put new tires, and took care of everything I needed. The service here is Top notch!

This has been the smoothest and easiest car buying experience! Gonzo and Ray are the best dealerships employees I have ever worked with. To begin Gonzo has so much knowledge about the cars and answered all my questions and made me very confident in purchasing my QX50. Ray the manger worked me out a super awesome deal! Definitely the best dealership in LA!

We drove a short distance from Bakersfield to Valencia for a simple recall service and seen a car we liked, Shaun was in his office bright and early ready to get us into our second infinity QX60. Shaun was great to us and we highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase their first infinity, second or third. Ray was also very helpful in explaining the lease trade-up and looked for deals that would make it happen.

GO SEE THEM!!! Infiniti of Valencia is a great place to buy a car! Eric, the sales manager, was awesome in making the process easy. He took the time to understand my needs, and found the right car for me and my family. He worked quickly, efficiently, and diligently to get me in and out. I highly recommend him and his team for your future purchases!

My wife and son went in and fell in love with one of their cars. They agreed on a price and terms, then went to financing to complete the purchase. About 4 pages into signing, the financing manager pulled out an extended warranty for $3500 and said to sign. My wife asked where this came from and the finance manager asked, "The salesmen didn't tell you about this?" and left the room. When he came back, he removed the warranty charge but said that they were going to charge $1400 for an alarm (that we never ordered nor wanted) and $400 for door guards. My wife said that no one had mentioned these charges before sitting in finance. The finance manager said it is a mandatory fee and that they won't remove it. An hour after leaving, we got a call saying that they would drop the price $200. I complained to the general manager, asking him to honor the agreed upon price and never heard back. Avoid this dealer if you value your wallet. There are other dealers in Southern California that don't surprise you with hidden and mandatory add-on fees in finance.

I highly recommend Infiniti of Valencia. They have such a great team and work well together. They got me into my new lease and I was in and out! Easiest and most efficient car purchase to date! Go see Eric the Sales Manager and his team, you won't be disappointed!

OK I question the positive comments about Ray. He was incredibly rude from start to finish. The only reason I'm giving the one star is for the professionalism of Jovanny. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. We left immediately and went to Toyota, what a difference in customer service and they doubled the offer for our used car.In regards to your response. Please leave a name, is the number you left your main line?

I have been very happy with the service here. I am currently leasing my 2nd vehicle from Infiniti of Valencia. I m always treated with respect and the sales team listens to my needs and concerns. I had such a good experience the first time I leased three years ago that I made the 2.5 hour drive back to work with them again. I ll continue to work with them as long as I live close enough.

Wasn t even planning on buying a car and Gonzo and his sales manager Ray were really helpful and offered me a few different options and got me into an even better vehicle that met what I wanted and left extremely happy. I want to recognize Gonzo Ruiz for helping me find the perfect vehicle. He was very patient with me. When purchasing a new vehicle it will always be difficult to find the perfect one. I had inquired about one but then I kept changing the car because I wasn t sure about it. He showed me many of different vehicles that I can choose from. He worked everything out to make sure I was well taken care of and that the vehicle would be in my budget. As a first time buyer I can say my experience with him was perfect. I am so very grateful to have him as my sales agent. I felt very comfortable with him and if I were to ever buy a car at Infiniti I would definitely go back to him. So thank you for everything !

Ray was great. Everything went smooth did everything over the phone, he was very attentive and communication was great. As soon as we agreed on the purchase I went to the dealer and all I had to do was sign. Jovanny was great also, he made sure to answer any questions I had. Definitely recommend Infiniti of Valencia!! Ask for Ray the sales manager he ll take care of you.

I went to various dealers to shop for a mid size SUV and none worked out for me due to price and packages. I m glad to say I purchased a QX55 from Jovanny. Great service and one of the best sales experience I ve had, he was very knowledgeable on the car and the price was perfect. Not to mention they beat everyone else on my trade Value. Definitely going back to Jovanny on my next car.

My name is Stoney Burke and I m a 72 year old retired Vietnam Veteran. I bought a 2018 Nissan Rouge on March 14th from a young salesman by the name of Gonzo Ruiz. I originally was just going to look at the vehicle, evaluate it along with 3 other cars at different dealerships the next day. Because of this young man s professionalism, knowledge and especially the respectful way he treated me, I decided to buy this car from him. He has a positive attitude and thrust for knowledge that exudes wisdom beyond his years. The Rouge was everything I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. I want to thank Infiniti of Valencia for the experience, and for taking advantage of this exceptional salesman. Continue on with your education Gonzo and don t give up your interest in history. Wooooow!!! Great experience buying my first car!!! Eric and ray the Managers were absolutely helpful and pleasant to deal with!!! Dealing with this dealership, especially with the finance manager Ben, was a nightmare. We were forced to communicate with Ben because of an extended warranty we canceled in November 2023 and needed a pro-rated refund for. Despite canceling the warranty months ago, it took over three agonizing months to receive the refund we were owed. Throughout this entire ordeal, Ben continued to ignore our calls and emails, displaying a complete lack of regard for customer service. It's unacceptable to make customers jump through hoops just to receive what they're rightfully owed. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you enjoy dealing with incompetent staff and endless frustration.

Do not buy from here. They added 3K in additional charges without asking me.. Later told me it was door guards and interior coating once I went in and asked but my car doesn t even have door guards. They told me it s not something they re in charge of and it s done to get extra money due to competitive prices and it was my fault for not looking over the documents property while in finance ALTHOUGH he also said it s added into the window sticker.. which it was not. Not only that but I was told my car wasn t certified so it didn t qualify for the 6 year warranty, Checked the website for my car right after I bought it it was certified. On top of this I was told they d fix a couple things if I were to get the car, they never did.. not even 20 minutes after I drove off the lot after buying the car is started blowing smoke, few days later I had to leave the car with them to replace the turbos. Service advisors are good and helpful but to me that doesn t make up for the extra charges that were added. Looking at other reviews I m seeing other people have had the same charges of $1500 for Luxe care or Accesories shop anywhere else if you re looking for a car.

My wife and I started with Van Nuys Infiniti and we were ready to take our business elsewhere. We decided to come to Infiniti ofValencia since that is where we got our current vehicle, and after dealing with Gonzo showing us all the latest models we decided to re-sign a new lease and couldn t be more happier. Ray the sales manger took care of us and we were out of there with in a coupleHours. Thank you Gonzo and Ray for making this experience great.
