Just got my first Tesla and have never tinted my windows before, so I was quite unknowledgeable about the process and which tint to go with. Junior took the time to answer ALL of my questions and helped me choose the right tier and percentage for my vehicle. He was a dream to work with and I would highly recommend! I never once felt taken advantage of or upsold for no reason, which happens a fair amount in the automotive world when you don t know what you re doing. Found on IG, got back to me instantly with a quote. Owner had a last min opening and got me in within 30 mins of contacting. Knowledgeable about PPF & tinting option...very professional. Other shops didn't even get back to me before I was already pulling into Fresh Window Tint..Support local business'.

Honestly, I have nothing but great things to say about Junior and his team... I purchased a vehicle remotely and my dealership recommended me to Junior and team. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle remotely let alone trying to do PPF and window tinting. Junior and his team were super patient with me as I asked a ton of questions about the logistics of getting the work done before me picking up the car. Junior coordinated with the dealership, picked up the car, and completed the work all before I arrived. He provided me a bunch of options and gave me his professional advice. I never felt pressured and only felt supported in the decision making process. Wish I was local to the shop, as I'd love to do more work with them and recommend my family and friends.

Do you want to survive the CA heat? Get your windows tinted here. Thank me later. I bought a new car after 20 years and took it here for ceramic tint on all 5 windows. Yes, EVERY SINGLE WINDOW even my windshield. You know why? So that I m not roasting in my car and relying on my AC. Ceramic tint filters out UV light which protects me from tanning, keeps me cool and preserves the interior of my car. And yo, this review is two years late and my tint has served me well in triple digit heat. I could be living anywhere and I d still take my car here.

I took my 2020 BMW 330i M here to get ceramic tint and the quality of care these guys put into there work is awesome! I m so happy I chose to bring my car here, I will definitely be returning in the future and I highly recommend if you re looking to get your windows tinted come here!

You get what you pay for and more. The owner cares about you the customer and your vehicle. You'll fall in love with your vehicle again, just don't marry it! They carry high quality tints and guarantee their work for life. Put all that together and it's a winning combination.I personally had an issue with my vehicle and he went out of his way to help me get it resolved by calling his contacts and connecting me with the right people for the job. We needed to get a tint before the SoCal sun cooked the inside of my wife s new Explorer. Junior at Fresh Window Tint took the time to explain the grades of tint film and answered all my questions. Was it cheap ? No, but I didn t want a cheap tint job that would bubble and crack. Junior and his team provided me with a quality product, a flawless installation and superior service. If you want a cheap tint with subpar customer experience then go elsewhere, but if you want it done right, get FRESH!

Junior is a great person to work with. I walked in and they were finishing a tint job on another car. They got me right in, helped me pick the appropriate quality and % of tint, and got to work.I waited while they worked, and really enjoyed talking with Junior. His crew was also very cordial and did a great job.I would recommend them, great quality and service.

I was recommended FreshWindowTint by a friend from School. I looked them up online and noticed they had great reviews. What really caught my eye was their photos of cars they have worked on. They have worked on many type of exotic cars and that s what made them stand out from other Tint companies I had looked up. I knew they were the real deal if they had worked on that many exotic cars. Now, I do not own an exotic but I do take care of my car as if it was. I want nothing but the best. I decided to go with FreshWindowTint. I made the DRIVE up from San Diego to the FreshWindowTint in Valencia. After a two hour drive, I arrived and met with the owner, Junior. He asked me what I wanted done and then gave his input. He convinced me on the premium ceramic tint. I went 35% all around for a clean overall look. I was very pleased with the customer service I got. Junior treated my car with as much care as he would any other car including the exotics he has done. When I got my car back it was perfect. They did a quality job all around and even weeks later the Tint is flawless. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my Audi and I am willing to make the drive up there again to get my other car tinted.

Fresh Window Tint in Valencia did an amazing job with my wife's car. Not only was the owner a super cool guy, that is someone I can sit with and have multiple beers with and talk about cars. He is an Audi fan and so am I. So big plus there and I also took my car here few years ago and I was extremely happy. I would not recommend this service. Owner has lots off attitude, giving lots advices about keeping car or not. The pricing we agree over the phone he is not honored.Customer service is bad , he was telling me that I am wasting his time.I be been asking questions about film . Businesses like this are rare these days. The level of workmanship is stellar, they make you feel like a homie, and they are super efficient. They re so good, I got 3 of my vehicles tinted here, and brought in my fianc�e s vehicle, too. I scratched a window on one of my vehicles recently and not only did Junior squeeze me in early on an overbooked schedule, but he replaced the ceramic (premium) tint for free. Like I said...businessmen like this are very rare these days. Mad respect. Cannot recommend them highly enough. 5 stars +

This is, hands down, the best place to get your windows tinted. They have some of the best tint money can buy (just look at the cars they tint). I had excellent service with them. He got me an appointment very quickly and there were drinks and food in the waiting room, also a TV and couches so I didn't get bored. He also came into the room and we chatted for a while as my car was getting tinted. Not only was the customer service perfect, the tint and the car wash was quick and very good. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I went to the Valencia location and I recommend all my friends and family to them. I've talked to junior multiple times and he's been a great guy that's true to his word and he really deserves to be running a business as great as Fresh Window Tint.

Junior, thank you for being able to take care of my vehicles every single time. It s been a year since I got the tint on my Truck and it looks and feels amazing inside. 2 stars because the guys who did my tint did a great job. Removed 3 stars due to the owners bad customer service! Had the front windows of my Tesla tinted to match the factory color glass on the rear windows back in August. My first visit was great. The owner was very helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. He even mentioned if I wanted to go darker later that would be an option so I kept that in the back of my mind when I ever decided to go back. Fast forward to two weeks ago, I called to inquire about going darker on all of my windows (since he said I could go darker back In August and since he was so helpful the first time I wanted to go back!) when I called he asked for the percentage currently on my windows and asked if I had white interior, I responded yes and he said that was the darkest I would be able to go considering I had white interior. I thanked him and hung up but that didn t sit well with me considering I d seen other Teslas with similar interior and way darker tint. Soo I called back to clarify in which he stated the same thing. Later that week I took my car in person thinking ok maybe he needs to see it in person and let me tell you I dont know if he was having a bad day or what! But he was extremely RUDE! He continued to say I had the darkest tint, made some very condescending comments like at this point I m regurgitating the same thing, AND told me next time don t get a Tesla with white interior and when I stated I liked the work they did and only wanted to find out what my options were he replied with you exhausted your options by not tinting your back window and not going with a darker tint on your windshield (clearly he was a little salty I went somewhere else for that? Anyway I thanked him for his time and went to another local window tinting business (the one that did my windshield tint) where they were welcoming, willing to answer all my questions and without irritation! And I now have the darker tint that I wanted. So looks like it was possible to go darker! They removed the current tint and replaced with the darker film. If you go to fresh window tint hopefully you ll catch them on a good day.Service: Vehicle window tinting

i did not get my tint done here on 3 of my cars because the first one i took him he was not confident in doing. This was not because he did not have the skill to do so but because he did not want to start the job based on a judgment that he made.A customer inspecting his own car before having any service performed on it may indicate that the customer is picky. If business is to be refused based on that judgement than it seems that the business does not believe the job can be delivered on. Take this as an experience and make your own judgment whether to bring your vehicle here or not. I have seen the guys work on other cars and its good but none of my vehicles will be going there.[EDIT]response to comment below this review:There is nothing wrong with refusing service. The review is to make future customers aware that the owner may make a fast judgment and refuse service. That was also clearly stated at the bottom of the review.Not wanting to serve a customer that you presume to be picky is your prerogative, i just associate it with lack of confidence. I do not want to waste my time on the matter as the point of the review was only to make future customers aware, but since you went into details i will point out something you asked me. "If my manager was standing over my shoulder and asking me to do a job would i do it to perfection and risk scrutiny or would i pass it off to someone else?" You said you would pass it off to someone else. I would not. I would take on the challenge and do a great job at it. I think that question explains the reason you did not want to service that car and your customers should just be aware of that.

This is the only place I will take my cars if I'm needing tinting. Junior has always been accommodating to myself and family when we come in to get our cars done. No BS, very professional and the job is well done. I see some negative comments, but can tell you from the MANY years I've been coming here, I've NEVER had a negative experience.

If you are looking for a place to tint your windows then Fresh is the place you have to go. No one else is nearly as good of a company as they are. I shopped around before I went to Fresh and no one else impressed me like his company did. Not only did they do an amazing job on my car but the place is run by an amazing guy with a staff that is super friendly. My car had tint on it when I bought it but the tint job before was so bad and they took my car and did a phenomenal job putting new tint on. The thing I love about Fresh is that they have done tint on super nice cars and even if you don't have a super expensive car they will still treat you like you do and will stop at nothing to make sure you are 150% satisfied. No place will ever compare to Fresh.

Worst experience ever!!! I called to see if Junior would match a price for my Ford Expedition for all of the windows except for the windshield. I let him know it was not the EL (Extra Long) version. He agreed to this great price and would be available right away where the other place (Sun Dimmers) had a few cars ahead of us. We get there in 15 minutes and Junior sees my car and said I told him Explorer. I told him I didn't say that and even reminded him that it was not the EL version which Explorer doesn't even have. He rudely replied with, "I don't know what cars Ford makes anymore". This was shocking to me, but I asked if he would still honor the price that was quoted. He said yes, but his attitude was an immediate red flag. We then go inside to talk about the tint and how it was all of the windows except for the windshield. He said, "The deal was just for the back windows!" At this point, we have our second disagreement and he said it would be more expensive. Multiple times, he said they are the cheapest in town and respectfully I told him that Sun Dimmers will do the deal with the front windows. As my wife and I became appalled by this experience, I told him to forget it and we walked out very disappointed for him messing up on two important details, being rude, and wasting our time. We then went to Sun Dimmers where we had a very smooth and enjoyable experience and at the agreed great price. Sun Dimmers did great as we were previously told by many friends and from our neighbor a week prior. We had been to Fresh Window Tint when they were on Reuther where they did a descent job, but after this experience with the owner, never again!!Update: Since Fresh Window Tint has grown to getting a more expensive building on Valencia Blvd, Junior said in a comment on Facebook they have to charge accordingly to pay for these expenses. I guess he thought he could take advantage of me to help pay for his new expenses, but that was another mistake since I was obviously shopping to see if he would match a price.Another Update: I gave a raving review to Sun Dimmers. They did a great job, were friendly and professional, and I highly recommend checking them out. They were also very informative about the different tint qualities which Fresh was not.
