We've been using Final Touch (now Elite) Coach Works for over a year. Our coach has been in once for collision repairs, twice for warranty work, and once for upgrades. They've upgraded our battery bank, installed solar panels, an inverter, hydraulic jacks, did some rewiring, upgraded seat and bed cushions and that's only the upgrades. They worked directly with the manufacturer (in our case, Thor) to handle all of our warranty work in record time and at no cost to us. We live over 2 hours away, but wouldn't trust our rig with anyone else. Highly recommended!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

I cannot recommend this place enough! Everyone from the top down was very helpful and friendly. Bill explained my insurance and took care of it. Miguel, was my point person and was extremely professional and responsive. Daniel was the main repair man who fabricated and lifted my winnebago Travato to fit my new generator and give me the clearance I need.Unfortunately, I'm forgetting some names of the others, who worked on the vehicle and with me through the process, but every interaction was outstanding. All the the repairs were done in a timely fashion and they worked hard to fit around my crazy schedule, when so many others could not.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Oil change

Jole and his team take that extra effort to make you feel confident and comfortable. They were more than happy to talk me through the workings of my refrigerator. Now it works great. Beers are Cold!Yet another time where they fixed my slide out and repaired a crunch in the fiberglass. Flawless repair.5 stars

Our 5th wheel was damaged to the point we thought we would never be able to use it again. I called Final Touch , now called Elite Coach Works. I spoke to Joel and he was so reassuring. Took the 5th wheel in and he said they could repair it. Joel did a great job explaining to us how the insurance process was going to work and and helped us navigate the confusion through the process. Joel was amazing and always so reassuring. Miguel then took over seeing the 5th wheel being restored. More than once my wife and I called with questions and uncertainty and we received the exact same treatment from Miguel that we had received from Joel , comforting and reassuring us that our coach would be restored to a like new status. When we picked up the coach we were amazed that it was restored just like they said it would be. We were able to meet Miguel and talk to Dan the lead Tech and the rest of the crew they walked us through the coach and explained the repairs and answered all our questions. They even repaired a previous repair made by Giant RV had been made to our pop out that was staining out carpet , Giant RV used duct tape to make the repair can you believe that!If you are wonder about the Name change from Final Touch RV to Elite Coach Works Inc , the shop merged with a repair shop that does maintenance. So while I had my coach in the Shop I was able to have routine maintenance on my axles and brakes. Once I hooked it up the mechanic took me for test drive and gave recommendations on setting my electric brakes.Anyone looking for help with a damaged RV will be hard pressed to find a shop with more Integrity or professionalism. From now on both my wife agree we will be taking our 5th wheel to Ellie for all maintenance and repairs even though it is hour drive it is so worth the extra time.Thank you Elite Coach Works Inc.

My RV was recently repaired by Final Touch for some scratches and incurred down the side of the coach. Although the quality of the final paint was good there was other issues that took place the Joel was not willing to repair. While clear coating my coach they had to remove a cover over the camera to mask it off apparently and somehow in the transaction of what they had done they must have had an issue because they got into my dashboard make a repair to the camera system. I found my radio lose the wires disconnected several screws loose and a cracked panel on my dashboard. Joe claims that they had nothing to do with that however it wasn't that way when I take it to go to them to make matters worse there's a few other issues that took place fingerprints in the paint wish they had to clean off and rebuffed the coach but I know it sooner drove 4 miles from their shop when the cover over the camera on the back of the coach fell off because he had over tighten the screws that held in place. I'm so frustrated at the Quality of the finish on the parts that they took off and tried to repair. What frustrates me even more is that Joel claims he asked the employees who may have been involved nobody fessed up to it imagine that so I made out to be the liar. I'm not going to waste my breath and try to sue Joel whether your parents is still have to be done to my coach but he's lost a customer and I certainly don't intend to talk up his service any longer. So this was Joel decision and I made mine to post here. So if you intend on dealing with Joel Final Touch take pictures of everything inspect the work list to make sure it was all done and hold him accountable for everything that the insurance company pays him or he will try to screw you.

I tried to get a written estimate to do some paint work on my 2006 Roadtrek van conversion. First Miguel asked if I intended to "shop" this work. He almost refused to talk to me after I told him that if the price was reasonable i simply wanted to proceed. While he was hesitant & was told by Joel, the manager, not to work w/ me, Joel promised that I would have his estimate by that Wednesday. No estimate or communication on Wednesday. I called him on Thursday. Nothing. I called him on that Friday. I was told that they were too busy to talk to me but promised that I would have the estimate by the following Monday. Again, nothing.I called again & finally received my written estimate that next Wednesday.I called Miguel on the following Friday & scheduled my work for April 15th. I understand all body shops are busy so I agreed. Then this past Monday Miguel called & RESCINDED their estimate. Miguel said that Joel refused to honor his estimate. My repair time was then canceled.I am still shocked. I would advise EVERYONE who wants to deal w/ Joel & Miguel to do so very cautiously.

We purchased our 30Y Winnebago Adventurer on a Ford V10 chassis brand new in 2002. It was and is the perfect floor plan for us. We have treated this like our baby, but, the one thing we could not solve were the sun damage to the vinyl stickers on the coach. It made our coach look old long before it s time. Our interior was in good condition, we had maintained the coach impeccably through the years. And while I could see us owning the coach for another ten years, we could not live with an old looking coach for that long. So, we considered the option of new or slightly used. The fact is, we could not find another coach that we liked as much as ours, without spending another 100k+. The only thing that we really did not like about our coach was the exterior and outdated electronics. We made plans to have our coach repainted and the electronics updated. We spoke to people locally, looked at local work (we live in San Diego) and by far, the people who seemed to really understand what we were trying to do, and had the skill and desire to help us, were the people at Final Touch RV. We had looked at a number of motor home colors that we liked a great deal. We even took a quick picture of one going down the road. We emailed that picture to Joel and his staff at Final Touch. They immediately identified the colors as being from a Tiffin motor home. Since we were a distance away, I was not going to drive all the way up to Castaic, without having a pretty good idea of the cost. Joel was a man of his word. Gave me a quote over the phone, stuck to it, and was very reasonable with the extra, unanticipated costs. Joel set his paint people to work on the colors, and color schemes. We chose to have the motor home repainted with the design of a current Adventurer (without the logo s why advertise for them when the original materials did not hold up) using the Tiffin colors we liked so much. We also had the team of Final Touch upgrade all of our TV electronics, and install a wine cellar! They took out the old Cathode ray tubes, and, put the 36 LED in completely matching oak bezel around the new TV, hooked it up to surround sound, installed a new receiver, and outdoor television (this even now doubles as an outdoor television for us). Even when we had to make some minor adjustments, they did so, willingly, and completely. So, at the end of the day, I have basically a new motor home. My sister met us at a local campground, and jumped out of her RV, asking me why I didn t tell her I bought a new motor home. A friend of mine who is an engineer, looked at the workmanship, and said, these guys really paid attention to the details. The quality of the finish is amazing. Much better than you EVER would get from the factory. I could not be happier with my decision to work with the people at Final Touch.
