Andres was my service advisor for my appointment on Monday April 15, 2024. He met me immediately in the service bay, greeted me with a professional demeanor and appearance. Andres was friendly and made me feel like a guest as we completed the intake paperwork. The repair turned out to be a bit pricey and Andres was very empathetic and kind about delivering the news. Because the part had to be ordered and I did not have another vehicle to use, Andres set me up with a rental car for one day. Just as importantly, Andres provided text and phone call updates so that I knew what was going on with my car at all times. This communication is above and beyond what I've experienced at other dealerships, even other Honda dealerships. Andres is a valuable member of the service team in Valencia, treat him well!!

I had an exceptional experience with my Honda service advisor, Andres M. Not only was he extremely personable, but he also made the entire interaction feel like a genuine human connection. His great sense of humor added a pleasant touch to the service visit. Plus, I even walked away with a cute pink pen :) Overall, I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and warmth he brought to the table. High recommend!

The service here was great and they went out of there way to make sure the car was fully repaired to the highest standard. A refreshing take on service that I'm not accustomed to. They made a body repair and called me right away apologizing that it would take longer as the repaired bumper didn't look good in the managers eye so they fully replaced it and painted it. It may have been slightly inconvenient but definitely worth the extra few days because now it looks flawless. Thank you to the entire service team and body shop for doing the right thing for new and customer.

I was at AutoNation Honda Service Center on Thursday 3/7/2024. My Service Advisor was Zachariah. I was extremely impressed with him. He was friendly, had a positive attitude and kept me in the loop on what the status of my car was at all times. When I asked him about the recalls, he very professionally and patiently explained what they were and how I can get them completed. When I need to have my car serviced again, Zachariah is the person I will be asking for.

Very Satisfied Customer!! Every time I bring my car here, the wait time is short, and the service is great. The service advisors are excellent and listen carefully to my requests. Additional "shout out" goes to Zachariah Cassettari who regularly goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service!

The best Honda service center in the area. I drive from the valley to go here because I know my car will always be fixed right, my service advisor is always good. The Service manager is awesome. Everyone is helpful and friendly and the place is always spotless.

I went in to have my car serviced and everyone was nice. I was able to save over $500 by going here rather than a Honda in LA. I had tons of questions about my car and Brandon took the time to answer them. He was very attentive and even helped me carry my baby s car seat and have a scuff removed from my door . Thank you!

We left our Honda at 7 am for an Oil change. We received one text from the person who was assisting us, but never heard back all day. We sent a follow up text and nothing. We went to the dealership at 5:30pm to ask about the status of the car and Zachariah assisted us. He apologized for the lack of communication, and without even being asked, he got approval from his manager and said the oil change was on the house. Thank you Zachariah for making this right!! We really appreciate you going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Great experience, my advisor Isaac was fantastic, he explained everything to me and was able to get everything done in a timely manner! Manager William was also extremely helpful making feel at home! I ve had no negative issues with the service department! I ve taken several of my cars there over the years and will continue to do so!

I think I ve been coming here for the past four years exclusively. My Honda CR-V has been through a handful of dealership service departments across the country and this one has been my favorite. The mechanics do excellent work. Every visit is extensively thorough and I ve never had an issue with any service. And Isaac is the person you want to work with! I have always had a great experience with him. His communication is excellent, he s very accommodating, and very kind.

I had a great experience going to Valencia Honda. I needed routine maintenance on my vehicle. I called up and they got me scheduled for the next day. I really appreciated that. I arranged everything through Curtis. When I arrived, he greeted me. I went inside and the place was clean and had a coffee bar. There are shops in walking distance if you like to venture out while car is getting fixed. I the service was quick and efficient. Overall, I had a great experience and will be going back for service and maintenance.

William was so helpful. I felt like he really cared about my situation, and made sure that I was well informed. He also went out if his way to make sure my kids and I got a shuttle. Everyone at Auto Nation Honda Valencia was very professional and nice. I have a brand new Honda that had some issues, which was frustrating, but they took care of it. Customer service makes all the difference. I appreciated it!

I had to bring my car back as there was an oil leak when I returned home. This is the 2nd time it's happened. Lucky it was minor, but nonetheless an inconvenience. William was very helpful and got us in and out and took care of us. Everyone was very kind.

Thomas is the best service writer I have met at AutoNation Honda of Valencia. I've been bringing my 2016 Accord there since I got it in 2016. He always gives the facts to me straight.He recognizes that car maintenance can be pricey and advises me truthfully as to what is priority in terms of safety. He is courteous, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. He quotes the service price without trying to inflate it with unnecessary add-ons, and even surprises me with significant discounts upon picking up the car. He treats me with respect and hasn't ever talked down the facts because I'm a woman in a car dealership. Thomas is a true asset to the Service department and the dealership.

It was easy to book an appointment online. When I got there Andres Maravilla greeted me and was very polite. Throughout the process he kept me updated on my vehicle, offering me something to drink. And when it was all done it was a very easy checkout and pay! Love it there! Won t take my car anywhere else!!

Great and friendly service! Everyone there is helpful! You are updated about everything that is going on with your care. They are knowledgeable and courteous. My car was done fast shuttle service driver is friendly. Love this way more then Autonation Chrysler/Jeep best choice I made was to get a Honda. Service department made the choice worth it!

First, I would like to say, this dealership and service center are definitely better than most. I have purchased several cars here and have been serving all my Honda's here for over 10 years. That being said, I was a bit disappointed to find out from the Costco Tire Center that I needed to replace two fairly new tires because of an alignment issue. I m disappointed because I had been in for regular service a month or so earlier and there was no mention of an alignment issue on the service recommendations. I hate to say it, but I feel like the Multipoint inspection was less the thorough. Had they mentioned it, I would have done it and saved myself $500 on replacing the tires. The devil is in the details and the details are what you are supposed to be looking at. Again, I have a long standing relationship with this dealership and I hope this incident is not indicative of what to expect of service moving forward.

This is the only place I have my Hondas serviced. My advisor always hooks me up and does me right by not trying to sell me stuff I don t need. A little pricey on some things but in line with other places locally. I recommend Thomas any day.

Overall good service, no issues with the quality of the work. We did have some recall work done and they had to move one of the car seats, I suppose, to complete it.This is fine, I completely understand, and frankly wouldn't want them to try to reinstall the car seat. But they need to inform the customer, either before or after service, and say something like: "Hey, we performed the recall work and had to unclip one of your car seats to complete it. The one on the passenger side, third row. We apologize for any inconvenience but please remember to reinstall it before use."Without any warning or heads up it's borderline dangerous especially if only one side is unclipped and it doesn't look like anything changed.

Really happy with the service. This was my second visit, no waiting when you drive in. Just had to have my keys checked they weren t always working. It only took a short 1/2 hr, and I was on my way. William the manager was so pleasant, he made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area, with great coffee! I will be back!

Service here is a joke. I went to fix the RECALL I got from my car and for my tire since I had a leak. I previously called the manager William and requested everything get done in one day to avoid missing work frequently. On the phone he stated he will give my car a car wash and personally fill up the tank. He sweet talked me into driving all the way over there because he was going to make sure I was happy . Once I got my car it was still as I left it (dirty) my tank was not filled as promised and my tire WAS NOT FIXED. I sat there all morning waiting for my car and I was very disappointed at the end. I drove back instantly once I realized my services were not done and William s response was You re suppose to remind me I don t remember this type of stuff . Later that day, my tire sensor came up stating my tire STILL HAD A LEAK. Now I have to take another morning off of work and fix this. I will not be coming back to Honda Autonation Valencia.

Quick, easy, and professional. Met with service agent promptly upon arrival, quick review of vehicle condition and services needed, and a printed estimate in about 5 mins. Work was completed in a reasonable time frame and checkout was quick.

Yesterday, i went to AutoNation Honda Valencia to get service on transmission. The drop off was so easy and fast. I did't get late in my lunch time. And less than 2 hours i informed what is wrong on my car then i approved the service. The service was done before the goal time. Thank you :)

My experience was exceptional. Unfortunately, my car stalled on the grapevine and I was towed to Santa Clarita. I am from Northern California and needless to say this was a tough thing. Nick was able to fit me in and get my battery tested and replaced on get me back on my way. He provided exceptional customer service and I m fortunate to have been helped by him.

Honda center at Valencia has been my first choice for my Pilot since 7-8 years. Accessibility to appointments is very good, service is fast and honest. The service advisors are very helpful and knowledgeable.
