This dealership has some of the best auto salesmen I ve encountered thus far. Bryan and Daniel are some stand-up gentlemen truly catering to the overall satisfaction of the consumer s car buying experience. They were bloodhounds for communication, I mean constant comms back and forth between us with very little time in between. They care about how people perceive them and they want to do an amazing job. They made the whole experience enjoyable, straight-forward, and memorable. Again, Daniel and Bryan, thank you guys for your hospitality and professionalism. All the best to you both!

There is a lot to say about the amazing work and dedication from Yesenia Rodriguez and Christian. Our family is very much in love and happy for purchasing a Honda. Odyssey, it was a great price. Even though the process was long, Christian did everything to make it very comfortable for us. He bought pizza for our children and for us. And was always checking up on our children and making sure they were comfortable. Yesenia really took at heart what I was looking for she worked really hard to provide us with the right Mini Van. We are very pleased and satisfied with all their service and their professionalism. This is a great place to find your right vehicle with a really good price. And I just need to say thank you to the team again for their hard work professionalism and friendliness. I forgot to mention how friendly Christian was and professional Yesenia are. Our kids wear very happy to have met Christian Thank you again for having amazing customer service experience. I had gone to Dealership prior to my purchase of my 2024 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring I wanted a 2025 but when I saw my car it was it !! Lenin Rubi was there both visits he is so nice and professional !! He answered all my questions and concerns about a hybrid. I had told him when I was ready I would buy from him and I did !! It went so smooth I was going to sell my current vehicle to Car Max but John Jonas, sales manager made me an incredible deal and I was sold !! Transaction so smooth Chris Rivas, Finance Manager great asset to company He was professional and so easy to understand He even helped me get money back from my trade in for cancelled extended warranty !! If you need a vehicle buy Honda at AutoNation Honda ask for Lenin He will find the perfect Honda for you !! Jerry in parts was quick to get me wheel locks for my new Honda so nice and professional!! Thomas from service was professional and fixed a minor issue with my New Honda fast and reliable also installed my new wheel locks all within a half hour !! Excellent Service This dealership has great employees and they really have great customer service and they love there jobs !! Thank you !! Team you are phenomenal !! You all should be proud!!

I was early to my appointment and Curtis came right out and began check-in immediately. I appreciated this because I was able to make the shuttle. Curtis was very professional and thorough. He applied a number of coupons to help with the costs. He called and explained that I needed new tires and I agreed. Car was ready in the time frame that I requested. All went perfectly.

Bought a 2023 accord. Was able to do the majority of my purchase through email and phone communications. When I showed up a white accord had just arrived and they allowed me to switch colors . Scheduled a maintenance and recall appointment. They were able to schedule it around my work schedule. Had a 2022 accord which was totaled . Also bought through autonation honda of Valencia. No msrp markup. Very happy with both purchases.

Auto Nation Honda (Valencia) is a great place to purchase a Honda. Initially, I dreaded going in because I thought they'd try to intimidate me and be aggressive because I'm female. To my surprise, everyone I came in contact with was professional and courteous -- and just downright nice. They worked with me and put my mind at ease. It was a "no stress" purchase and I wasn't there all day! It was the best car purchase experience I've ever had. Thank you Henry, Bryan, & Mario. You guys are the best!

Wonderful experience working with Sanjay Gupta. He understood my needs in leasing another car. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. Went in for my regular car maintenance, Isaac was my attendee and executed all my car needs in a precise and quick manner. They were all very informative and they also let me know about a recall part I had no notice off. I appreciate the quick job done to get me out of there quick.

AutoNation Honda Valencia is definitely one of the better Dealership/services centers. I have purchased several cars from them and utilize them for all my Honda services. There has been times when my regular service advisor was not available and the one I got has missed a few things. However, they are all very nice and professional. I have never gotten the feeling that they were pressuring to sell. They state the facts, give solid advice and allow you to decide.

Christian H. Was fantastic. I cannot stand pushy salesman. He was friendly and just answered my questions. He went above and beyond to find the exact model and color I wanted. This caused him to drive a total of 3 hours to get my car. He took photos to let me know he had the car I wanted and kept me updated via text. Very sweet and hard working. So very happy with my purchase. Thanks Christian!!!

I just bought a used van here. Jake B was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable with his service. It s always a good feeling to buy with a great salesman! I highly suggest asking for him. The gentleman who helped with the finance papers was kind and helpful as well. All around I would suggest coming here to buy a vehicle! Thanks for a good experience.

AutoNation Honda did a great job with my car service. Scheduling and rescheduling appointment was effortless and they took care of checking me in once I got there. They finished my car in the allotted appointment time and communicated with me that my car was ready for pick up. I last minute brought up a recall for my car and they were able to finish it during the same car service. Very friendly environment!

My appointment was at 8am I was told it will take 3 to 4 hours.I showed up on time. My car was taken in. I was greeted by manager. He was friendly knowledgeable and we had a nice conversation. Tom was in charge of my car. I went to waiting room. There was coffee and water and tv show playing. To my surprise my car was done in 1 1/2 hrs. I came in for a recall but they still checked my car. The found some really dirty filters which I changed out. Overall it was fast and easy

Auto Nation Honda has the best costumer service. On my last visit my Service Advisor: Curtis Knauss did an excellent and professional job and his manager too.There is no other place I could take my car for all services because they always are full of professionalism and commitment to satisfy my needs as costumerMy loyalty and trust has been well earn for the last 7 years due their technicians . Honda Valencia Services& parts you are the best!!

Went in for an oil change. They were able to accommodate me that same day. Service advisor, Curtis, was very helpful and answered all my questions. They had an area where you can work at while waiting for your car. The overall service was done in a little over an hour. No complaints with the service and would recommend.

My service advisor was excellent. Zachariah was very knowledgeable, explained things clearly and concisely. Lastly, as a female customer I appreciate him not trying to offer something I didn t need. He was upfront and honest which is greatly appreciated.

This would be a five star review if it only included Lisa Plowman and the car. She was a wonderful salesperson in every way. The Honda I bought is just what I hoped for and more. The amount of time the purchase took due to the finance department, with the pressure to add on warrantees and long waiting periods between conversations was excessive. In the end I drove off in the exact car I wanted and I love it!

We bought a used Hyundai from them and only had one thing we asked to be fixed prior to purchase. Unfortunately, while waiting to get that fixed, we found the other things. Normally, with a used car, at that point, too late. However, they happily fixed these issues with a smile, even though they did not have to. Such a breath of fresh air in this day and age. Good old fashioned customer service. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

We are a Honda family. We have purchased, leased, and have had our Hondas serviced by Honda Nation since they opened in Santa Clarita. (That's a lot of years!)Servicing: Zachariah has assisted us twice since he joined Honda Nation. He is very thorough with what needs to be serviced and always with a smile. He remembers people when they return.If additional service is required, it is discussed with us and we are given the option of waiting until the next service appointment or completing it that day.Several times, one of the mechanics has actually shown me the problem and discussed it with me.

I had an exceptionally phenomenal experience with Bret Smith from Honda auto nation in Valencia. He made the process of getting a newly leased car so easy, fast and dare I say fun? His level of professionalism, outgoing personality and knowledge of cars made this whole experience feel less like a chore and more of a fun day where I am now the owner of a 2024 Honda CRV and I couldn t be happier about the car! The service department offers free inspections. They also send videos and pictures of any issues with your car while they look at it. I really liked how they consistently updated me on the car.I recently bought a used Honda and wanted to get it looked at. It's a 14 year old car so I was concerned about its status. Honda ensured me that the car was in good condition. They found minor issues and gave me the option to repair it with them or take it to another shop. I decided to have them perform the service because I knew I was in good hands. They also let me know about upcoming maintenance I would need to do as my car approaches 100,000 miles.You may pay more here than at other independent mechanic shops, but that's because these guys are experts. They hold themselves accountable and keep clean records and pictures of your car. If you're looking to take your Honda in somewhere, take it here!Thanks for patching up my Honda!

I ve generally had good experiences here, both in buying a vehicle and I m having them serviced. When we bought our Odyssey, we haggled for a long time with Galpin in the San Fernando Valley. Then Gil here at AutoNation gave us a better deal, so we drove up here. Service is generally fast, though sometimes even if you have an appointment you have to wait a bit since there is sometimes only one intake guy working. Also, they brought back the free coffee and tea (but not the donuts).

Recently went in for an oil change and other maintenance on my car and had a great experience. Emmanuel did a great job at explaining everything my car needed and was very nice. I always have a good experience when I take my car to get serviced.

My daughters accord was in need of a oil change as well she said was hearing a noise , AutoNation had a full synthetic oil change advertised for 44.95 , so we had the oil changed , transmission fluid changed and turns out the rear brakes need replacement. All repairs completed in 4 hours . When I went to pay the invoice showed a 16.00 dollar up charge for an oil additive? I never authorized this and questioned what it was was told in order to get the discounted brake pad replacement he charged more for the oil ? Service was good , shuttle good , free coffee good , just be upfront with your charges if the oil change is 44.95 then charge that ! People don t like bait and switch

My service appointment was perfect. Quick intake, done in less than 5 minutes by a professional and friendly service advisor named Isaac. My car was done at nearly the exact time estimated, and my car came back clean and running smooth. Would definitely recommend the Honda Service Center and Isaac specifically.

I purchased a used 2022 Honda Insight from AutoNation Honda Valencia 12/31/23. I chose AutoNation as they had good reviews reporting honest and transparent sale practices, my experience was no different. So many other used car dealerships had reviews citing unexpected add-on fees or surprises after agreement to purchase, different from AutoNation which appeared to favor transparency. My experience did not disappoint. My sales rep, Jake, was excellent. He was knowledgable, responsive and not pushy, allowing for a stress-free process. Overall I was very happy with everyone at AutoNation Honda Valencia, thanks!

I had an early service appointment at AutoNation Honda Valencia. I enjoy bringing my car to this location, everyone is always delightful and helpful. The Servicemen are not pushy when it comes to extra add on services. My car was serviced in under 2 hours which isn t to bad. The complimentary shuttle is a plus as well. Nickolas was my servicemen and he kept me informed via text messages. I ll definitely keep returning for all my services.

My experience at Honda was super smooth and solid! My Mom and I were direct and clear as to what we were looking for and everyone was receptive and came up with a great solution for us after a slight hiccup. Our salesman Iseck is focused and sharp, as well as his colleagues Henry, John, Chris, Cristian, and a couple of others that all work as a team. They help each other to get quick answers for their customers. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and the way in which everything was handled. Also, Iseck helped me with returning my other leased vehicle and I got more back from it than I expected, as my mileage was also on the lower end.Thank you Honda Valencia!!!!
