Our son bought a Ford Maverick online. There just so happened to be a Ford Maverick on hand that someone else had ordered and did not pick up, so my husband and I went in to check it out and learn about the purchase our son had made.We test drove and learned about it, then were on our way feeling certain our son would be delighted with his purchase when it arrived. As we left we had an idea that maybe we should take the one on the lot for ourselves, as we d spent the last couple years researching a good flat tow friendly vehicle for our class C RV (aka a TOAD); the hybrid (only the hybrid) Ford Maverick fits the bill! For many reasons we went forward with the purchase, but it was only because of Jason Price. He was there when we started having questions about this potential tow vehicle and was as patient as they come. Seeing our change in plans during our visit, he wouldn t even hear of us purchasing a vehicle without us first leaving to really talk through it. Despite his pain from a new injury, he kindly and gently offered every insight and research he could put forward to help us in our quest. I m a new fan of Ford because of Jason Price. He s a true class act and one I encourage you to visit if you re looking for a new Ford.

It was what one would describe as painless. Transaction was smooth. Salesman Jason Price was very helpful and honest. Finance manager was not pushy when it came to selling me extra warranties or gap insurance once he knew I had that covered already through my credit union.

Absolutely excellent my car is new and had some recalls and some other issues they fixed everything I paid for my own rental at Hertz. Mr. Lance made sure everything went smoothly this is my 6th car from Ford I'm a forever customer. But I was promised that the rental car would be paid for and they never reimbursed me for the cost.

Ordered at the beginning of January and received/purchased in March my new Ford Maverick thru this AutoNation Ford Valencia. The salesman Jason Price was knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my hybrid pickup. He was very helpful, and was not the pushy salesman we ve all come to expect from a car dealership - refreshing. Jonathan, the financial manager, made the contract and purchasing process painless. No stress. I left the dealership feeling good. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I was in search for a Ford Bronco for about 3 months. After a few bad experiences with other Ford dealerships, I decided to give Ford Valencia a final try. And I am so very glad I did!!!From the moment I stepped onto the Ford Valencia car lot, my good luck began. Memo greeted us. Memo was more than happy to answer all my many questions and show me all Broncos they had on the premises. He continued to be a resource throughout the financial process & document signing. Memo even helped me sync the Ford App to my car & made sure I was satisfied prior to driving off the lot! He has even followed up with me a week later (after I have really gotten to know my new car) to see if he can answer any additional questions!!All car dealerships need a top notch personable, informative, honest, and enthusiastic salesman like Memo!!

I just purchased a car from them. I was very happy that the salesman did not use the high pressure tactic. I connected with him well. I really had a very positive experience with John in the Finance Department. He was very helpful, and also did not go to that dreaded pressure move. The dealership also handled a small issue for me in a very professional manner. I had personalized plates on the car that I traded in, which meant a great deal to me. There was no issue getting the back one off, but the front one was a problem. AutoNation Ford promised me that I would get both plates back, and last night I arrived home to a FedEx with both plates enclosed. That meant a great deal to me. Thank you very much. I love my new car, and had a very positive experience at this dealership.JE, Woodland Hills, CA

My Service Advisor , Gregg, had great customer service. He made it quick and easy. I use to dread coming here with my past vehicles. This is my first time back in about a year and i have to say, it was a very pleasant experience this time.

Ford Auto Nation has always taken very good care of me and my vehicle. They have recently gone above expectations recently when I had a last minute issue with my car right before a road trip. They were able to get me in and out so that I felt safe to do my trip. I appreciate all they did. Thank you very much Lance.

I can t stress enough, how courteous and how helpful all of staff were. The process was low pressure, honest and easy. They even help with accommodating my disability without question. I can say without question that, even though they re 2 1/2 hours away from me, they ve earned my Business.

I don t trust repair shops because I'm afraid of being taken advantage of so I thought let s go to ford to get my vehicle fixed. They quote d me for my repairs and it was expensive, okay I need it done so I approve of the repairs and then to find out the fixed the wrong part. So they repair the part that needed to be fixed but I feel screwed because I m pretty sure the part that needed to be fixed was a lot cheaper then what was repaired, I m thinking they would fix the part they replaced for free or even put my old parts back on and charge me for the parts they needed to fix but they charged me for the original price. I feel like I got cheated. Lastly my adviser was a nice guy but it is very hard to get a hold of this company once they have your vehicle, you can call and ask to speak to service department if they already have your vehicle and you ll always go to their voicemail, I then tried to act as a new customers and I got through right away. They need to open up for communication through email or even a website that shows they status of the vehicle, it went from a couple day repair 2 weeks and I even hadTo rent a car for the entire time which took my savings account low and I m living paycheck to paycheck already, this is justA honest review, I m not upset or bitter, but just honest unbiased

Was traveling from Phx to San Mateo, CA on family emergency and my transmission blew out approx 5 miles from AutoNation on a Saturday. Got car towed in and explained my situation and urgency. Everyone worked with me including general manager to get me a fair price on repair AND back on road so I could get to hospital. Outstanding service and support! Huge thanks to everyone.

We are new to the area and have a leased vehicle with pre-paid service. They did a great job finding the information on our vehicle, scheduling our service and getting the work done. Gregg, our service rep, has a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to work with. I am very happy to have found a new service provider who is so good to do business with.

My service advisor was amazing and communicated with me through the whole process. However at point of picking up the vehicle, the attendant that brought my vehicle, smelled like cigarette, as I entered my vehicle it smelled like cigarette smoke, I almost choked inside my vehicle, would ask not to smoke before delivering the vehicle next time. I m due for another service appointment, and I m hopeful that it doesn t smell like cigarette smoke then.

Took my expedition in for oil change. Dealer recommended coolant flush and a transmission flush. Since it s the wife car I said go ahead. Couple weeks go by I notice's a small puddle under the front of the car. Thinking it s just water, since it s been raining. But I noticed it was still happening. Got down there and check it out. It was dripping coolant. From 2 lower hoses. I called and made appointment with the dealer. They tell me it s my heater hose that needs to be replaced at $1200. I said what no way I m not paying that. My car was not leaking before the coolant flush. And know it is. That s your fault and the dealer should be responsible. I left message for the service manager to call me , and haven t heard anything. I guess I will be taking my business else were and won t be purchasing my new car from there either. This is not how you treat your customers.

The servicing of my F-150 is always smooth and easy. Scheduling is done online and I drop my vehicle off with no delays. The service team gets to the bottom of my vehicles maintenance needs and offers a ride home if it will take more than an hour. They always do a thorough inspection and I can expect a phone call within an hour if they discover any issues. Most of the time the actual cost is less tuan the estimate and that s a nice surprise. All the service managers are informative and kind. I often work with Morgan and she is wonderful. This time she was busy and the gal sitting next to her jumped right in to help me when I first arrived. I highly recommend them!

Great experience! We heard they had the vehicle we were looking for in stock so we rushed right over. Zach and James were super helpful and straightforward. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a Ford.

I recently purchased a brand new ford f150 at another dealership and had nothing but problems with it. It came off the line with a cracked valve body. The Ford dealership I purchased the vehicle from was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. That being said I was hesitant to purchase another Ford until I met Jason at Auto Nation. He was patient, helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and didn't push us to buy a vehicle we didn't need/want. It took multiple test drives and over a week for Jason to find us a vehicle we liked and fit our needs. This wasn't a feet. I've been driving a truck for the past 20 years.. . We switched gears to an SUV and ended up purchasing a 2023 Ford Explorer ST.Jason also helped us with our vehicles buy back. He introduced us Amni, who assisted us with surrendering our previous vehicle and the paperwork. Everything went off without a hitch.Jason made a positive impact and helped restore our confidence in Ford. Good customer service can indeed make a significant difference in the overall buying experience. If it wasn't for him I would've never purchased another Ford!

Customer service was exceptional! Our service advisor Lance Chavez was extremely responsive, kind, transparent, and helpful. He made sure my car was inspected throughout and communicated well with us.Love that you can book appointments online and that it actually works! Wait can be long but it s expected and it goes to show how good their service is that everyone goes! The service center also honored the coupon that was on their website. Car came back with a pep in its step!

Just wanted to share my (so far) great experience with AutoNation, Ford Valencia. I've taken my truck in for service on 2 seperate occasions and was fortunate enough to land the same Service Advisor, Gregg. Gregg has been exceptional with his service and knowledge, but most importantly his professionalism, and his care and kindness for his customers. AutoNation is lucky to have him, as am I that I was fortunate enough to land him twice as my Service Advisor. Thanks for being you Gregg.

Took my Ford Focus in for TCM recall two times and was told it was fine, both times I took to another mechanic and both times TCM malfunction came up on diagnostics, I even have a picture of it on phone, been trying for over a week to talk to service manager, left several voicemails and still haven t heard back! Very disappointed in Ford, I received a letter from Ford stating this problem with TCM and they would replace it but now I have a car I can t drive!

I went in today for a Transmission Fluid Exchange on my Ford Transit. Phone scheduling quoted me a price for the service and booked my appointment. I show up for the appointment, and service writer Eric quotes me a price $40 higher for my vehicle . He then checks in my vehicle but doesn t write me up , as in, create and provide copy of the service order.Odd, shops always give you some paperwork detailing what they will do, or attempt to do, especially if for my vehicle , a price was quoted.Turns out, both the phone scheduling and service writer were incorrect. Apparently my vehicle is incapable of receiving a transmission fluid exchange. How was it possible then, that I both got quoted on the phone, booked, and had the service writer quote me a different higher price for my vehicle , if the service was impossible on my model?Eric later admitted he was mistaken and had to ask a tech if the service was even possible. Again, how do you quote me a price (especially a higher one for my vehicle , if you don t draw up a work order, or know if the service is possible?)That sounded instead like a way to just get me to pay more since service writers are commission based. This is suspicious. Eric was unable to give me an explanation, and I didn t press further. He said that instead, they could have done a Drain + Fill, for only $40 less, which is much easier for the tech, using much less resources and time, for similar pay. I think that was also an attempt to get paid more for less time. All in all, I wasted time, gas, and mileage. I just picked up my vehicle and left.

My family and I recently purchased a Ford escape from AutoNation Ford. We Are thoroughly Dissatisfied with the personnel handling the purchase. We were promised new tires on the vehicle that we purchased, and the tires were not new. When I took the escape for the first oil change, they did not give us new tires like they promised, we will never purchase from AutoNation Ford again. The sales representative, Guillermo and the finance manager did not hold up to their promises. Aaliyah did not respond to my calls. Thank you Victor Sibley, and Mary.

I was browsing around for a used F150 and came across a listing Coming Soon for one at Auto Nation Ford Valencia. We went to the dealership on a rainy afternoon right before the holidays and were lucky enough to see the truck before it was ready to be safety inspected, minor work etc We couldn t even take a test drive until all that was completed. But it was pretty much what we were looking for, so we struck a deal in principle and had to return a few days later to test drive. We did the deal and even though a couple minor things still needed completion, the team at the dealership and our salesman, Frankie, made sure things were completed. I appreciate everyone there!! Definitely would recommend Frankie to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I can count on excellent customer experience every time. Eric is very good at explaining everything that is going on with my truck. The work is done on time and the shuttle service is convenient for dropping off and picking up.

I had an appointment at 7:45 AM to get my brake pads changed on my grooming van. After looking at the van, they told me that they did not have the brake pads in stock and needed to order them, and that they wouldn t be delivered till the next day. I brought the van in on my only day off, and I assumed it was going to be ready the same day. So I was pretty upset because it wasn t possible for me to come back the following day because I had clients scheduled. And, the technician came in and told me I couldn t even drive the van at all because the brakes were so bad. I was extremely upset, and left. My husband and I called Laura in the service department, which is who we were dealing with and explained the situation to her. She said that she would do whatever she could to get the van done today. She ended up texting me about an hour later and told me that she had made a bunch of calls and was able to find some brake pads at another location and get the van done by 5 PM that day. I am extremely grateful that she worked so hard to get this done for me. I could ve potentially lost business, but Laura saved the day.

** Updated review: From 3 stars to 4 stars **After my previous visit, (original review below), the truck simply wouldn't start. I had it towed to AutoNation Ford Valencia again and this time the experience was different. Morgan was still very professional and friendly but this time called and texted me throughout the days they had the truck. Unfortunately, they couldn't replicate the issue, (the truck started fine every.single.time), but I understand old cars can be fickle so I'll just have to keep an eye on it. Morgan also requested a more detailed inspection for me which contained comments I can use to figure out what we'll need to spend on fixing next. Much better experience the second time around.** Original review ~ 2 wks ago: 3 stars **I had been coming to AutoNation Ford Valencia for a few years for a 2017 Focus I owned until recently. Nothing negative happened but also nothing extra-ordinary. The attendants have always been friendly enough and the transactions were straightforward. My 2017 Focus developed some problems here and there, nothing serious, but I can't be sure it was due to bad service so I always gave them the benefit of the doubt.I recently took my son's 2005 Ford Ranger due to a passenger airbag recall I found out it had and asked that they also do a checkup that would provide me with a breakdown of anything that might need servicing soon so my son can save towards those repairs. I explained I was willing to pay for that extra inspection but was told it would be included for free. The following is my feedback on this experience:1. Communication: I dropped off the car in the afternoon and received a friendly welcome text at 5pm stating that I would receive notifications via text and can text my own questions if needed. I then received a 2nd text at 8am the next morning stating that the car was ready for pickup. I was surprised because I didn't expect anyone to work on it overnight but my past experiences were not negative so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I replied to the text with a couple of questions but the text I received a couple of minutes later did not answer my questions. Instead it directed me to a link that only had one picture of the front of my car but not other information. I replied stating that the link did not have any useful info and included my questions again. I never got a reply.2. Clarity of services offered: Since I had explained what I wanted for the inspection I assumed the free inspection they told me about would include the details and cost breakdown. It did not; the inspection was a general overview of key components, (wiper fluid, tire pressure, etc.), but not a thorough overview of what areas might need attention soon. I was disappointed that the attendant did not bother to clarify what the free inspection actually included, let me know that I would need to request a different type of inspection, or go somewhere else.Once I picked up the car I noticed the airbag switch was still in the off position; I expected them to at least reset it since the recall had to do with the airbag. The combined lack of communication and clarification, along with what seems to be an obvious part of the post-service checklist for airbag servicing, left me uneasy about what exactly was done and the quality of the service.I have no way of checking whether the service was done properly and going back to get verbal reassurance from a rep is of no value so we have no choice but to "live with it".As a result, I'm leaving a "neutral" review because, while the folks seem nice and I never had any problems in the past, I also don't have any out-of-the-ordinary "positive" experiences and, at least with this latest trip, I was left feeling very uneasy.
