Absolutely love this dealer, always kind and helpful. I drive just under an hour from the AV because of the amazing customer service. Dante has been there for me for the last couple years and he s always made sure my corvette is taken care of! Even the mechanics are sweet and helpful explaining what happened to my car when the torque tube broke. LOVE THE STAFF HERE.

Had my Chevy Silverado just serviced at AutoNation in Valencia on April 5th.Steve Johnson was able to get me in for service on somewhat short notice which helped me out. Went over the service items we needed to do and got it all done the same day and on time. It's always easy to communicate with Steve on both what we had already taken care of and what needed to be done now. Thanks Steve

AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia Service has always been friendly and accurate with our repairs. We scheduled an appointment via the phone versus online this time. Lorenzo was the assigned service advisor that morning. I explained that the vehicle was due for an oil change, needed to service the air conditioning, and a few other items. I did share that our family had access to another vehicle to provide the tech team enough time to complete a full inspection. Perhaps it was early but the advisor attempted to keep up with my jovial attitude. afterwards, the technician even sent me a video of the visual inspection, really cool! Approximately 3+/- weeks later the vehicle was complete with the help of the new service manager Mr. Jack Elliot. Big shout out to Mr. Elliot, for sharing his background, and sharing how the team will deliver on the best in class customer experience, leveraging the technology available to them. He helped keep our out of pocket costs down and leveraged his resources to reduce additional unwarranted expenses. This is one of the many reason we make the drive from Palmdale, CA to Valencia, CA, thank you AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia for hiring talented leaders like Jack Elliot. - Torres Family

Horrible experience the other day. Made an appointment to get an oil change, dropped off my vehicle at 10am, came back at 2pm to check on it, it was not even touched. I understand getting backed up, but no communication and that also defeats the purpose of making an appointment.I asked the advisor kenny to make sure I get emailed something to leave feedback survey like they normally send out, never got that.Disappointed in this particular dealer, not my first time.

Everyone is so nice at Auto Nation Chevrolet! Especially Steven Johnson who is my service specialist. He is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I take my SUV in it s an easy process, communication is above and beyond and the prices are fair. Highly recommend!!

I have always had great customer service from Steve and Jerry. Each has kept me informed and made sure all is taken care of. I especially like the idea of the mechanic sending a video letting me know what was done and what might need to be done in the near future. Communication just got better. Thank you Valencia Chevy.

I took in my C7 Corvette for a new battery. The appointment was made the day before with ease. The time the car was at the dealership for the new battery installation was reasonable given the volume of cars at the dealership needing service. After paying for it, it took about 25 minutes standing outside in the cold waiting for it. it turns out that the technician had misplaced the keys. Finally, it showed up and I got the Vette back with the new battery. Kenny my service writer was very helpful and I definitely look forward to having him assist me with future service needs. He was the one who found out why there was such a delay in getting my car back. We are new to Valencia and Autonation is our nearest dealership. All past service was at Community Chevy in Burbank where we lived previously.

I received a recall letter for my Bolt so I called the number to schedule for service and was directed to drop vehicle off. When I arrived I was told I called the Las Vegas call center, which is where all their calls are routed, and that I did not have an appointment. I was then instructed to go booth to booth to find a service rep who could help me because the receptionist refused to do so. I did find a very friendly service rep but after giving him keys I asked what the recall was and how long they would have car and he said he had no idea, then he calls me 1 hr later as I was just getting home to let me know car is ready for pickup. I absolutely hate dealing with my local chevy dealer because of the lack of customer service.

Our service advisor, Joe Orellana, hit it out of the park with customer service. My son is attending school out of state in Cali. He worked with a "worried mother" from afar to coordinate the fix of my son's car. Every email and text was responded to. Even on his day off! I loved his honesty when discussing the car's issues and recommendations!!!!! Keep up the good work.

I visited to AutoNation Chevrolet in Valencia to get an oil change for my 2017 Chevy Cruze. I was met as I pulled in and instructed to go inside.There, I met my new service advisor, Lorenzo Garcia. He took several minutes to review work that already had been done on my car, then went out to check the mileage.Upon his return, he recommended a full transmission service, to which I agreed.He said it would take 2 or 3 hours to complete and asked if I wanted to be driven home. I declined, then walked to a nearby restaurant for breakfast.When I returned, he told me how much longer the work would take, then asked if I'd like my car washed when it was done. Heck yeah!I want to point out specifically that there were no surprises, no service jobs that had to be done "right away." As a woman of the baby boomer generation, this was a particular relief.Overall, the service at the Autonation Chevrolet Valencia Service Center was excellent: friendly, professional and timely.

November 2023 I purchased a Used 2500 HD Z71 truck with an out the door price of 76k. Prior to picking up the truck a new windshield had to be installed, well fast forward a month and a half, while driving the truck during a rain storm the window began to leak. I made contact with my salesman Aaron Zaimal and explained my issue and he made arrangements for the window seal to be repaired. After taking delivery of the truck in November I had the front windshield tinted costing 300 dollars. The windshield had to be replaced because they failed to install the first one correctly therefore losing my tint job. I asked my salesman if they could help me out with the cost of the window tint due to it being their fault the window began to leak and he said he would check with his manager. I told him ether get the window tinted again or give me some oil changes to make it right. After a week went by I called my salesman again to check on the status of my request and he said the manager doesn't want to give me anything for my loss. with them not wanting to take care of a customer who spent 76k on a truck from their dealership, well when the time comes to trade in the truck for a new one I won't be doing any business with them again! I always like to keep my business local but because of 300.00 dollars they won't see me again!!

Terrible Service - Go ElsewhereMade an appointment and had my car sit there for 2 days before they told me it would take 2 weeks for the parts to be delivered seems like the service rep could have told me that when I brought my car in to save me from wasting 2 days. Their service rep Lorenzo Garcia treated me like I was an idiot and then had to apologize when he realized he totally misunderstood what I originally came in for (seems he has issues listening to women). It s shocking how many people work in the service department, yet it took 4 hours to get someone to call me back to tell me my car wouldn t be ready for 2 weeks. It s sad to see the older man outside running to get cars while there are a bunch of young service reps sitting in cubicles, seemingly doing nothing.

I had an appointment with Service Advisor Joe Orellana to complete a recall. Joe was on time for my scheduled appointment. The recall was not completed because the part needed was not in stock. Joe explained the part was ordered and he would contact me when it was received to schedule another appointment. The entire process took about 10 minutes to complete. I appreciated the efficiency in getting in and out of the appointment.

I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse from AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia. After owning the car for about a year and a half, the hands free system lost the ability to send or respond to messages on my iPhone. I connected three other phones to the hands free system and they all had the same problem. I contacted Valencia Chevrolet about the problem and they informed me that it was a simple fix and referred me to a sales representative. He was unable to fix the problem and referred me to their service department. The service technician was also unable to fix the problem, even after connecting his own personal phone with the same results, and he referred the problem to their General Motors Tech support. Whatever incompetent they contacted, demanded that Valencia Chevrolet connect my phone to a similar model Traverse. The only similar model was a loaner and they had no idea when it would be back. The only thing connecting my phone to their Traverse would prove, is that my phone is bad or their vehicle was bad. Forgetting that 4 other phones, including their service tech s, had been connected to my vehicle and the messaging feature still did not work. I contacted Valencia Chevrolet s General Manager, Charles Coia, for help and he told me that this was all above anything he could help me with and referred it back to the service manager. Valencia Chevrolet s customer service and ability to problem solve have been nothing but a black hole. Their General Manger, Charles, is totally unqualified. They have never once followed up once on this problem. I have had to make every call to them to try and push this along. They were over the top helpful in taking my money to sell me the car and tell me that that customer service is their number one priority. The part they left out was that their pledge was only true until they made the sale. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a Chevrolet stay as far away from this dealer as possible. The worst part is that my whole family was totally against me buying a Chevy but I bought it anyways and now I have to admit they were right.

2nd time for repair and very bad experience. Have to pay rental car for 1 week until the only EV techinician confirm is warranty and don't want to reimburse me that week. Also car was delivery after 27 days very dirty outside and inside a lot of dust, I complaint and then need wait 40 minutes to wash it. Never come back here.

I recently brought my Equinox in for a regular service, and was in a tight time crunch and needed to be in and out of there ASAP as I was called in early to a new job. Joe Orellana was amazing and was able to have his guys finish my service in record time! He didn't have to do this. I am SO appreciative that Joe went above and beyond to help me meet my time constraints. Joe Orellana....you ROCK!!! Thank you!!

after changing the transmission in this service, I received a car in which the parking assistant did not work and the cover on the rear bumper was scratched. The representative of this company initially stated that I did not have this function in the package, and when I showed him that this equipment is, he refused me, saying that it was not their fault and that I had a bad car. All in all it took me 2 weeks. customer service is very, very bad... In response to my review, the administration of this service wrote that they are very sorry and they are ready to help me if I contact the manager. But unfortunately I could not contact the manager: he did not answer my calls and messages left to him. The service center workers broke part of the car's system and scratched the car, and at the same time they refuse to fix it. Their best tactic is ignoring the customer. They took my vehicle on Thur night and were supposed to let know the issue by Fri morning. Here I am Monday without a call. I have called 3 times and no one is ever able to speak to me. Kenny was my service provider is MIA or dodging my calls. Very unprofessional. Communication is non existent and I've been told I will be given a call back 3 days in a row.

The purpose of this review is to commend Service Advisor Dante Mastroianni formally and publicly, for the excellent service he provided us with during the first service to our brand new 2023 Custom Chevrolet Traverse Redline Series. In my opinion, the level of service that Mr. Mastroianni extended to our family was far beyond our expectations. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from this industry, the work that Dante, (AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia) did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.What particularly impresses me about the level of service provided by Dante is that we are always treated as family and made a priority! We have purchased 4 brand new vehicles (One straight off the show room floor) and one Lease, since 2018! No other mechanic or dealership has ever or will ever touch our vehicles! We will always return to Dante! It appears that it's simply Dante's extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support that motivates him to always go the extra mile for all his customers and their families.
