I visited this location because my tire pressure light came on. This was a continuous issue with my 2018 Corolla. I was promptly greeted and assisted with my issue. I was told that it would take an hour & a half to check all tires and repair anything that needed it.To my surprise, it only took 20 minutes and they were able to quickly repair my right rear tire. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs assistance as I m sure this company will find the solutions needed.

My husband was towed here a couple weeks ago after he hit a pothole and his tire went flat. He was in need of a new tire, but also a piece was missed that caused the break fluid to leak. When we took it in to the dealership, they found the missing piece, which would have been a pretty inexpensive fix.. my husband drove all the way back to Fresno, and then was driving around our two small children. We were informed that if we hadn't taken it in and if it had continued, it could have cause the breaks to fail. This oversight could have literally cost me my entire family.

Absolutely the best! I ve been going here for years now and I love the service EVERY TIME. I recently went to get an oil change and the kind worker, Johnny I believe was his name, helped me within the hour!! He even went above and beyond to check my car and answered every little questions I had. I ve done small repairs like my oil change, to big ones such as switching out worn out struts.. they do it all! No complaints here!! Quick, simple, and just great service! Thank you Atd!!

Scam artists work in the front office. I definitely believe per the reviews that the mechanics are amazing. But the people who work in the front are unfortunately snakes and scam artist my car had a flat tire and I only had 28 miles to tow to them.I used it after I called them and said that I have a flat and they said they will be able to repair for free they even make me an appointment. However, once I got there, the guy pretended to inspect my tire and say oh I cannot take the risk to fix the flat because apparently my treads were very low. I literally wasted my tow to go to these snake oil salesman.Specially the Asian American gentleman with the slick back hair watch out for him. He will definitely lie to you and take your money. Any chance he gets. These people who make a living of commissions, really need to reconsider their morality. And take better acting classes.

American Tire Depot exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was courteous, and the service was exceptional. I appreciated the transparency in pricing and the no-nonsense approach. They had a wide range of tires to choose from, and the installation process was quick and efficient. I've found my go-to place for tires, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality service and products.

The gentlemen inside whose names are Anthony, Peter, Johnny & Leo are amazing. Mechanics and tire techs are splendid people as well! Always go above and beyond for me and all of my vehicles I bring to them. They are a full auto service shop would recommend them to everyone. 10/10

I had recently come after some bad work at a different shop. Car was not driving right and tires were bald. In the middle of a rainstorm, and 30 minutes before close they helped me get back on the road again. Props to the Asian guy and the shorter Mexican guy they helped me get back on the road safely

These guys are great! I came here years ago with a nail in my tire and they fix it free of charge. I was so surprised. But I m so pleased. So I brought my business back to them every time I had tire issues. Then I found out they did more than tires. so this is a go to for me and appreciate all that you guys do

I had Anthony over at American Tire Depot on Rye canyon in Valencia by the Home Depot great experience!!! He was very professional knowledgeable and very helpful. Great guy Thank you for everything.

This is my go to shop for all my automotive needs. The staff is professional, friendly, and honest. They take the time to explain what the issues are and go over the repair process. I highly recommend this place! 5 STARS!

Told me it would take 45 minutes for an oil change but it took like an hour and 40. So they gave it to me for free along with a free tire rotation and put air into my tires. It would ve cost 75 for oil change and free tire rotation which is not bad. Great and polite workers.

This guy's literally saved my road trip when they came to my rescue and got a nail out of my tire. They didn't charge me anything and absolutely save the day. Highly highly highly recommend!

Shout out to leo! He helped me with my mini cooper that has 6 different codes. He was honest and super helpful. Definitely come by these guys are legit and won t upcharge you for useless things your car doesn t need

Peter at American Tire Depot was amazing!! My son's Lexus had an issue with a bead failure on older tire....that was completely irreparable. All the tires were a number of years old. Peter thoroughly explained all of our options....and we opted for a NEW set of tires...Just to have the peace of mind for our son who will be driving next year to a College in a different town. Great experience overall. Peter stayed late on a holiday weekend to make sure we were taken care of . Great customer service!!.....A++++

I don't want to say alot of word about this American Tire Depot.If you need tire service or oil change just go there. I guarantee you will love this place. They are professional you can trust. Thanks for great service.

The guys are very skilled and professional. Awesome job! Samuel was very compassionate to help with my oil change even when there was no spot in the garage to put the car. He did the oil change manually using the jack on the floor. That was very nice of him.

I moved to California recently. I was looking for a good place for the regular car oil change. After checking few locations decided to stop by the American Tire Depot in Valencia. I was welcomed by a person named Jonny who was very nice, courteous and immediately scheduled the oil change while I waited at the shop. It was an excellent experience, RameshI stopped at American tire Depot in Valencia andexperienced a similar experience except the person at the front desk was Anthony. He was very attentive and helpful. Very nice place to go for Auto needs.Ramesh Naik

Just had one of my tires patched due to a nail in the tire. I had a great customer experience since they did it within an hour and a half that they had originally estimated that it ll be finished.

I went there on 8-19-16 to have 4 new tires put on. I didnt catch the damage done to all 4 of my custom 22" rims until the next day. They deny everything, telling me I must of curb them. How the heck do you curb all 4 rims ? I drive a 18 wheeler 9-13 hrs. a day, curb/road debris really? Plz take pic of your rims right before you give them over to these guys so you don't get screwed over. Lying basters

Original 04/2018 (5-stars) - Andy was very professional with helping me pick out tires for my wife s car. It s helpful that there s a Jack in the Box and a Home Depot next door if there s a wait whenever you might come.EDIT 07/2019 (3-stars at best) - I ve tried giving them business in my other 2 vehicles (oil change, plug a leaking tire) and I get the same story every time of we re a bit behind, can you drop it off or come back tomorrow? With my schedule, that s not an option. If they were to hire 1-2 more people, it would make a world of difference. While waiting in the waiting room, the phone constantly rings and it s all they can do is answer it. If you have to wait on your car, you have to make it in as soon as they open.

I called and requested a specific tire. They called me the next day letting me know it was delivered. I decided to make an appointment for the following day. Super nice guys working. It took longer than expected because they are down to one working tire machine. Can t fault the guys for that. Everything except that was great. Company needs to get on the ball. Great guys, no hassle and good service despite cruddy machines. 4 stars only due to machines.
