Quick in quick out.... polite and helpful employees. It was pouring down rain that day as well. Had a nice warm comfortable place to sit and wait while test was being done.Clean and neat inside.

I went to have my car serviced at Magic Auto, next store to this All Smog Test Center and Repair.....since a smog test was due I went in to ask what they charge.....I was told $59.95. I said thank you and started to walk away and the owner said what's wrong. I said I can get it done on Auto Center Drive for $39.95 and have gone there several times with my 3 vehicles in the past. The man said he would take $12 off the cost. Since it was convenient, I agreed, it saved me a separate trip to get the smog heck done elsewhere. I made arrangements with Magic Auto to have "All Smog" do the smog check when they were done servicing my vehicle. Later in the day when I went to pick up my vehicle, I went to pay for the smog check and I was told it would be $68.... $59.95 for the smog inspection and $8.25 for the smog certificate. The owner denied offering me a $12 discount, and never told me about the additional fee for the smog certificate. BEWARE....this business is not where you want be!!!!

I was treated friendly and received good service. Mike also helped me with my coupon. The shop is clean and it has very much seating including a leather couch. They offer coffee and free water. My expectations were passed along with my smog test.

I went to "All Smog Center Test and Repair" a few years ago and I really had a great customer service experience. The manager explained everything to me and worked his best to get things done in a timely efficient matter. It was time to get my car smog again and I was a little scared, I call a few places in Santa Clarita and it seems that they just wanted to get me off the phone. So I remembered the experience I had at "All Smog Center" and went back. On Saturday day June 1, 2019, once again customer service was excellent, my car passed the smog test again, and it was done in a timely efficient manner! I highly recommend this place. Go for It!

Great service. One would think, gee it's just a smog place how can you get great service. Well I was taken care of like a valued customer. I was offered coffee and there was chairs and magazines for me to read. The owner Mike was very sociable and my visit was a pleasant one. I willr return!

The owner has gone out of his way to make sure the job is done fast and efficiently. He is a pleasure to deal with. I also found that in addition to Smog checks, he will do other small jobs, such as changing spark plugs, so it's worth asking him if you need other things done on the car while you're there.

Very poor service the owner could not find my obd2 plug and wanted to charge me an additional $45 to look for it, that's ridiculous . I went home found it with no problem. Warning becareful this is probably how he scams all of his customers. I returned which was a mistake when I was ready to pay and he didn't want to except my coupon because he said I didn't say anything about a coupon and wanted to charge me $60 when I had a coupon for $36 I refused to pay the $60. This owner is a really scam artist take your vehicle somewhere else.

Took my older vehicle there & the guy there said "can't do it, machine is broken, come back next week" Being this was about the third shop that told me that their "machine was broken" I asked him if there is a problem with these machines & he became very rude and defensive saying that the machine cost too much to fix and is not worth it for him to do vehicles like mine. So he was apparently lying when he said "come back next week' Some way to treat customers. If he is not willing to service all vehicles he shouldn't be on the STAR list.

Brought my wife s car in for a smog check. We needed a hose replaced in order for the smog check to be completed and that seemed to go smoothly. Before paying we presented the coupon for the smog check but they refused to take it as it must be printed out. Their website won t let you click on the coupon to print however and he wouldn t print it for us there. Seeing as how that s the reason we went here over many closer facilities it was frustrating. Overall a decent experience. Might try a different place next time.

They have a coupon advertising a $41.95 smog check. They tried to charge me $68. I informed him about the coupon and he stated it s not valid for my 2008 Mercedes E350. The process is the same for my car as any other modern car, they just need to connect to the OBD-II port and scan it, takes about 5 minutes. What a rip off! I went somewhere else and was charged $45.

Terrible customer service. I went in for a smog and when he went to look at my CAT he decided to tell me i didn't have a legal stamp on it and he automatically failed the vehicle and kept persisting that i pay him to do the repairs. Took it somewhere else and there was no issues with my numbers or Smog

The guy is very nice and informative and will tell you extra things on top of smog that can be done to improve your car. He likes Egypt.

Super slow and the technician went overboard searching for hidden modifications on my stock Corvette. When I asked what he was looking for, he said, "engine enhancements" I asked if they were allowed and he stated he would only pass a stock motor. Fortunately my motor was stock...at that time
