Cross posting since Serj is the same owner of German Hi Tech. Literally the worst mechanic shop ever. There was a change of ownership, and in between that I discovered that the work I had paid over $2000 for was never actually done (fun). And the new owner Serj would not lift a finger to help me. I took matter to my own hands and took German Hi Tech to small claims court and won, but unsurprisingly they have yet to pay on their verdict. The owner Serj now has a bench warrant for his arrest and soon will have a sheriff posted at their business to collect, if that tells you enough about what type of person is running this business he does not pay his debts. Do not trust your car with them, seriously, take your car to a reputable shop instead and save yourself the headache.

Went to my dealership about my headlight being out they told me they changed the bulb but it still was not working.. they then told me the bulb went out again and that I would need to get my entire headlight replaced which can be minimum $300 + service fee. Upset and exhausted from the back and forth, I came to 360 where vic and serge looked at my car and showed me that my bulb was never replaced by the dealer! It was an old bulb!! Serge changed my lightbulb and my car works perfectly! I can t believe how greedy and disingenuous dealerships have become, and I am so grateful for the kind, friendly, and integrous service by 360 Auto. I will be back! Thank you guys!!The picture attached is my new and replaced bulb that Serge was so kind to show me was in fact, not new or not possibly even replaced.

I highly recommend 360 auto for all your car repairs. Top notch customer service by Rita! And, Serge the owner is amazing! Love how he always educates me on what needs to be done before he works on my car. Outstanding service. On time and on budget. No surprises- Rita does a great job communicating and estimating a precise timeline as well as the cost. They also do a great job next door at German Hitech. Both shops will take care of your car without the crazy dealership static. 360 Auto Clinic saved our vacation. We had driven all day Sunday from Reno, NV on our way to Disneyland. Around Valencia, 60 miles or so from our hotel, our "overheating light" came on so we pulled over right away. I popped the hood and saw the radiator hose had sprung a hole. I found 360 Auto Clinic on yelp and had our car towed there. The next morning, I called and spoke with Rita and told her what was up with our car. She said she would have her techs check it out and let me know what they found. Long story short, 360 auto had our car fixed, tested, and ready to go by end of Monday after only receiving it Sunday night. Rita was VERY helpful and kept us updated during the entire process. I can't thank Rita and the team there enough for fixing our car, especially with us being 6 hours from home. Thank you 360 Auto! Highly Recommended!!

Organized. The lady up front who checks you in is a smart cookies. I love that in a business. No sugar coating. But sometimes they don't know what the problem is and will charge you to have to return it to be charged again for something else. So...your guess is good as mine.

First Class Auto Repair BusinessI received outstanding customer service from drop-off to pick-up. Great line of communication from both Rita at the service desk and the mechanics working on my car. Very thorough examination followed by what I feel were honest recommendations and professional workmanship. I have a 2004 Toyota Camry. I came here last year with a check engine light praying for the best outcome and they did the inspection. They found out it was just the battery! They said that if i got it replaced there they would wave the inspection fee. I got it replaced. I was so happy I came back to get my brakes checked, tires checked, and a strange wobble in my back axle I had when I did sharp reverse turns. I left my car for a couple hours. They called me back and said I needed 4 new tires and my brakes were fine, and that i needed a new front right axle (it was damaged). The total for all of this came out to be 1100. I said Okay I got the money and my cars important! I left it overnight it was ready around 12:30pm the next day. I picked up my car and was very pleased with the results and the price also! My cars runs very smooth and the car shaking when i go to high a speed at certain times (which I forgot to mention) is gone! So is the wobble! I would recommend these guys to anyone! I took my vehicle in to change an engine water hose. When I went to pick up the vehicle and started driving it home, driving less than 1/2 a mile, warning lights started flashed to pull over safely and turn off engine. I barely made it back to their establishment. I let them know I was really bothered they didn't test drive the vehicle after the job which included having to purge the car of air and wasting so much of our time. They let me know they should have charged more to replace the hose I had brought it in for because it took longer than expected, then they (Rita and Serge) lied 3 times about completing the job and asked us to bring the car back in so they could complete the job. We took it back in this morning and they lied again saying they couldn't complete the job because it needed more work. These people are very unethical and wasted so much of me and my husbands time. My husband is currently trying the get our vehicle back home so he can purge it himself. The owner Serge apologized and stated yesterday that if we brought it back this morning that he would have his mechanics purge the vehicle of air. But when my husband took it in they said they hooked it up to their system to diagnose it and stated it needed more work when we knew it didn't. And we knew that those diagnostic systems could not detect what they were stating. I will never go back to this unethical bad business where people flat out lie and they could care less about other peoples time. This establishment assumes people do not know anything about cars so they can take advantage of them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been here twice. Each time the staff is friendly and professional. The last time I went they were very busy and said I'd have to wait 3 hours, so I said it's no problem to reschedule. Rita said "Let me see what I can do". somehow she got a technician who could work on my car and they said it would be an hour which was fine. 45 minutes later I was driving off. Rita and Yesenia are two terrific people, and if you're looking for a place that is customer oriented, professional, fair prices, and no upselling, this is the place.Service: Oil change

360 Auto Clinic would get 10 stars if possible. My family was traveling through California on vacation �and ran into some major engine issues. One call to the shop and they said bring it in and we will take care of you. They were able to diagnose and order parts within the hour. We spent the day at six flags and the car was all ready when we were done. Extremely straight shooting, honest and affordable. They texted us status throughout the day. The mechanic also found some other potential issues that I needed to have checked out once we got home. These are things my regular mechanic missed on my last visit.. One step above what was expected, seeing as they knew we would not be return customers. If I did live in the area they would be our permanent mechanics, I was that impressed with the operation and their knowledge. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I've just discovered this auto shop, because of an Amazon oil change voucher. I liked that is was close by to my home so I bought it. Turns out these guys are great. Besides being very friendly, they did a great job on my car and at a reasonable price. I had a few other things done to my car, so I've been to the shop twice now. They drove me home and back both times (I live over 2 miles away), while my car was being fixed. These guys are more than just mechanics they treat you like family, seriously. You know by talking to them they are very honest, and care about you and your car. Oh and by the way, their shop is one of the cleanest shops I've seen. Thank you Astor and Serj!

This review is long over due! I went to 360 for the first time several months back for an oil change and to have my brakes checked. My fiance discovered them for me and suggested that I give them a try since they are very close to where we live & had great reviews. My first impression of their shop was how clean it was/is and that really impressed me. Second, was how nice, and personable, and most important, honest they are here! They weren't trying to rip me off. The dealership I normally go to wanted to charge me double what they charged me for brakes and even suggested that I needed something that I didn't really need, come to find out from the guys at 360. I highly recommend them to anyone and I will be going back from here on out. Honesty, integrity is everything and it seems much harder to find these days, but these guys definitely have it!!

Mechanic was great and gave good advice on what to do with my car. Also alerted me to other repairs/maintenance that needed to be done. Overall, very honest and helpful. Prices are pretty competitive to the other shops in the area.The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is because the office seemed unprofessional and had a dog jumping on people. That won t keep me from coming back though.

If you are looking for an honest and affordable mechanic, this is the place. I bring all of my cars here and wouldn't go anywhere else. The owner and his staff are amazing people with true grasp of customer service skills. All it takes is to go there once, and they will win your loyalty right away. I am not big on writing reviews for businesses , but these guys deserve it.

We need to find a full service car repair place and tried 360 Auto Clinic after reviewed the comments to their service on Yelp. I had a complete check up and a long list fix ups. Their services were good, friendly and honest. I paid attention after my car was fixed for a while, and feel good and confident to drive my car again. Thank you-360 Auto Clinic, for your good service. I will be their regular customer in the future.

I have taken our 3 cars to 360 Auto Clinic on numerous occasions and have been very happy with the experience every time. Their prices are very reasonable and the repairs are done right the 1st time.I wish all businesses in this town were run like 360 Auto Clinic. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and will continue to do so.

This is hands down the best auto shop in SCV!I m a single woman and so it s easy to be taken advantage of in the car service industry. Serj never makes me feel I am paying for a service I do not need, and his prices are the most competitive around. You can t lose with these guys. If you re looking for quality service run by honest, hard working people, then you can not go wrong with 360 Auto:)

My experience at the 360 Auto Clinic was excellent. They're not only super nice, but they bend over backwards to do an excellent job. They are knowledgeable and generous with their time and attention.I recommend them highly. It's hard to find good, honest work at a fair price.

I have complete and total trust in the integrity of the team at 360 auto, as well as their ability to take care of my cars. I go to them for all of my repairs needs. If there is no need to do anything, they are honest about it and do not try to talk me into something I don t need. If there is a need, they explain it to me, show me (if possible) and afterwards show me the parts that they replaced. I highly recommend them.

I was surprised with how fast the got me in. Great customer service. Oscar informed me what I had to do after the diagnostic process was completed and they got my car back in working condition same day.If you need to get you car/vehicle fixed in Valencia or the Santa Clarita valley 360 Auto Clinic would be your way to go!

For a woman going to an auto mechanic is like going thru a haunted house - you don't know what's coming. You don't know if you will walk away afterwards laughing and smiling - or nightmares.My experience with 360 was the former - thrilled, because they made sure I drove away in a safe car but at a cost I could afford. I had to have several things fixed (as i hadn't been to the mechanic in years) and it was not going to be cheap regardless - but at many other shops that would not have been any concern to the shop owner. But this one found ways to make sure it didn't go over budget. And, when I drove away it was amazing how great it was to be driving a car that didn't shake, make loud squeaking noises and drip the occasional drip.Thanks 360!

Have been going here for the past two years. After I saw that they were using generic parts that were not suggested by my car manufacturer, I went out and purchased genuine parts. 360 Auto Clinic refused to use the genuine parts I had purchased on my car, they said they needed to make 10-20% off of parts. Go here if you want cheap parts at a premium price.

I have visited 360 Auto Clinic yesterday for the Oil Change based on my friend recommendation. These guys are very fair, respectful and professional. I never had such grate experience with any mechanic shop before. GOOD JOB, I TOTALY RECOMMEND THEM.

I took my lincoln town car to Auto clinic. It was leaking oil,water and it was pretty messed up under the car actually. They right away found out what is wrong with the car and took professional care. They are very fast and reliable and know what they are doing.definitely recommend
