I called this place, and asked for a specific tire size. I also stated that I prefer a reputable name brand. He insisted his "china-made" tires are just as good, then proceed to ask me if I even have money to pay for the name brand I was asking for. He then rudely said he'll call me back for the availability. He never did, as I expected. Very poor customer service.

Very rude people and terrible customer service. My husband bought a tire from them Monday evening and by Tuesday morning it was flat and wouldn't hold air. They refused to refund or replace the tire. Bought a great tire from a different shop for the same price. DON'T GO HERE idk how they have 4 stars must be fake reviews

*Great* place. All the corporate tire shops didn t have my size tires in stock. These guys did, and charged a fantastic price. Go to the corporate places if you want to have your hand held and pay hundreds of dollars more.

i came here to get a tire fixed on my dads car real quick and they had the tire i needed and replaced it in like 7 minutes. i only had apple pay and since they dont take that, they were able to just take and input the card info and take my payment with no trouble. they were very kind and friendly and quick about everything, i definitely recommend

Great price, great availability and great service. They gave us a tire rotation for $30 in less than 15 minutes. It was great.

Never go to this shop, the owner does not value the customer's time. I went there and asked him to change my tires and he said he doesn't have in stock now but he can order them and it will be here next week. He passed almost a month doing that next week next week and in the last he said he could get them and I can go somewhere else. Why did he waste my time when he already knew he cannot get them. Very careless, totally inappropriate behavior.

I've been to many tire shops. The two gentlemen that were there were beyond rude and overcharged for a used tire. As I was talking to one of the men and he just cut me off and didn't let me continue speaking. I was very polite even in their rudeness and haven't been treated this poorly by anyone. They shouldn't even get one star!!!

Had a great experience, I caught a flat coming from woodland, so first off they were the only shop that was open late enough that I could get a tire from, second they gave me great service, the owner Amir was very understanding and worked with me, recommend 10 outta 10

came here right when they opened to have new tires put on my rims, after a couple minutes they tell me they can t get my lug nuts off when I easily got them off yesterday to get my ball joints done. Then they give me and attitude when I tell them to put the nuts back on the tire so I can leave. How do you run a tire shop but can t get the lug nuts off a tire????

Extremely rude customer service. Told me and my 3 year old to come in and then yelled at me when we walked too far. Lied to me and told me they don't have my tire size even though I only needed patch work. Then he told me he doesn't have time. Clearly lying to me. Took my business across the street at Firestone where they patched my tire for $20 and were super friendly and said they get constant complaints about Vacaville Tire Shop. I'll be making sure to tell everyone I know not to waste their time here.

Went in to get 4 new tires they used my tire key to unlock my rims and never gave it back. Also broke my break lines. Caught a flat 3 days later no honor of warranty and went three times back trying to get my key and never gave it back. Had to order a new wheel lock key from Amazon. SO IF YOU WANT BREAK LINES BROKEN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TIRE KEYS STOLEN COME ON DOWN.

Amir the owner not only has great pricing and customer service he also gives back to the Vacaville community. Stopped by today Friday 7-15-22 the owner keeps doing more and more for the local community. Best tire shop in Vacaville "PERIOD"!!

This is the most pleasant tires center we have ever been to. They open Sundays and help us change 2 front tires immediately on 5/22/22. Honest and no lies. A lot of tires available.

i called and when i didnt know my tire size he ridiculed me and called me the N word and hung up when i told him to give me a second. would stay away and get better service elsewhere. Person i spoke with had a middle eastern accent.

Fast service with a price that is very affordable if not competitive. Their service took 20 minutes to finish all 4 tires taken out, fitted, balanced and put back on. I Highly recommend this place even if they don't smile as much

Literally the best ever. Took probably 5 minutes and $40 for a brand new tire. Amazing !!!!! For the exact same tire just a few months before it was almost $200 at another shop. Will only go here from now on!

Vacaville Tire is the best tire shop in town! They are extremely nice and professional and ALWAYS have time no appointment needed. FAST EFFICIENT AFFORDABLE. Hard working small business I will never go anywhere else for tires, brakes, hubcaps, etc. I've lived in Vacaville for 20+ years I'm mad I didn't go to them sooner

So I was calling different tire shops in Vacaville for the cost of mounting 4 new tires I bought on line. The average price was between $100 to $200. $200 was from Les Schwab which I thought was way too much until I called this place, the guy I spoke to told me it would cost me $525. He had a accent so maybe I misunderstood him so I kindly asked him again how much? and he slowly says $525 for mounting and balance. I couldn t believe why they charge sooo much??? So I said ok thank you and without a single word he just hangs up. Big time RED FLAG!!!

We were on our way to the airport and we started to feel a vibration and thought we smelled something burning. We stopped at the Vacaville Tire Shop and they put on rotors and pads and new tires in about an hour. We might be a little later to the airport than we planned but I think we'll make our flight thanks to them!!

I bought a new tire on 2 separate occasions and both times they were flat within a day. I tried calling them but It goes straight toVoicemail...and their voicemail box is full!They re nice people but damn. Twice?!

Having frequented used tire shops in neighboring towns... this one's pretty substandard. no greeting, just "new or used? How many? Park your car here". I was ignored for a few minutes. I was the only customer. The technician took one tire off my car, (getting 4 changed) was distracted by what I'm guessing was a colleague, speaking in a language I'm not familiar with, (I'm an ignorant mono lingual American for the record, I'm not insulting them) then he quietly dissappeared for a half hour. I finally went looking for him. He was in office eating, perhaps for lunch, idk, just seems wierd, like he forgot I was here. Judge Judy was on in the shop, it was pretty sub standard. Better than having your tires blow out at 70 mph I guess, but damn. I'll be looking elsewhere, next time for this service.

Called to ask a question about if they had a tire in stock, I said I had a flat tire and then they hung up. Great customer service.
