Outstanding service! Highly recommend! I was working in Vacaville and needed body work. This shop came up first in yelp and I want to say thank you to everyone who posted reviews. Great customer service, our vehicle was repaired here after it was rear ended, they were very attentive to detail and got our car back to it's original condition! I hope to not need repair services in the future but if I ever do, I will not hesitate to come back!! Thank you for your great service!

Such a great experience with this business. They were so friendly, helpful, and honest. I can say without a doubt that I will not be taking my cars to a shop other than Vacaville Auto Body- ever. This is the Auto Body Shop to go to in Vacaville, actually more like the whole Bay Area! I have received an outstanding experience as a customer. I had to get my car door fixed, was quoted in several shops and Vacaville Auto Body Center had the most fair price. Not only that they worked efficiently to get my car back to me as soon as possible, faster than was estimated than the competitors. Very friendly made me aware of things that came up during inspection/repairing of my car and promptly were able to take care of it. I will be a regular customer, because I trust that they will deliver on what they agree on.

My Car was rear ended over a month ago and I had many choices of Body Shops to have my repairs done and boy am I ever so glad that I chose in my eyes Vacaville's #1 Auto Body Repair Facility that is Vacaville Auto Body Center from the minute I decided to have my repairs done there it was the most seamless process that I have ever experienced in my lifetime, James's and his team I believe have always had a passion for automobiles and it sure show in their impeccable customer service and all the repairs done at their facility. My car had damage from front headlight all the way around back. They fixed the damage, and it looks as good as new. From accident to picking auto up was 5 weeks but down time at their shop was a week. Excellent work, great folks to work with. This place is the best! Very honest and trustworthy with high quality service. Everyone there is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. James and Andrea worked with me the past few days to help find and fix a leak in my SUV and they have been phenomenal. Definitely the only place I will take my vehicles. Bought a 2019 Tesla Model 3 through Carvana. Had some rear bumper damage that wasn t disclosed on the listing, so Carvana offered to pay for the repair through the warranty. I contacted Vacaville Auto Body and came in for an estimate. The repair took about 4 days, which they said, and the bumper looks flawless. Very professional shop with personable people. Would definitely recommend!Service: Painting

Receptionist name Andrea rudely said "will be right with you" no greeting, no smile and continued a story she was telling to another employee. Ended the story after two minutes and continued to look another direction than my way. Horrible customer service experience. I honestly feel I weren't African American she would've been more customer friendly.

I have been working with Vacaville autobody recently to fix my car and I can t say enough good things about them! These guys rock! Each and everyone of them are purely there to help you and go above and beyond to do so! They stayed later while I waited for my rental car, and when I walked in Andrea already knew everything and jumped to help me out and get everything situated. Even when I called the first time they assured me that they were here for me and made sure I was okay. I ve neber had such good customer service the kindness in these people who really love what they do makes my heart warm, I will send everyone I know to them I ve already been telling everyone how amazing they are and I will never go anywhere else! Please please people go to Vacaville auto body they will go beyond your expectations. Thank you all for all of your hard work! It doesn t go unnoticed I will boast about you guys from here on out. I recently had my car in for some bodywork. The staff was awesome and paid very close to detail. When I went to drop it off they helped me get my stuff into the rental. I gave the young lady at the front desk a rockstar. I told her that the ones in the white cans were my favorite. When I picked up my car she had one that was cold and gave it to me. The atmosphere was so awesome that I would go to visit them anytime just to say hi.

I had to replace a door lock on a Lexus ES300 and I needed it done in 2 days. I had taken the inside door panel off and called to see what I needed to do. James told me on the phone he could have the part the next day. I asked what the labor would be and he said "You don't have to pay us to do it just fix it yourself, it's easy from here, I can step you through it and you can call me if you have any problems". Who does that? Like James said It was an easy fix and it saved me $80-$100 and a day in the shop. I am a customer for life!

Honestly, some of the most amazing people I ve ever met! They could ve totally taken me for a ride and they didn t which is surprising in the mechanic world! They bent over backwards to help me and to give me as many options as they possibly could for what would work for me and what was cheapest.
