The BEST shop to go to hands down. Nester is friendly, explains everything so that I can understand, fair pricing, but most importantly- I TRUST them. I had a transmission issue and they didn't charge me for the diagnostic. They referred me back to the dealer and I was able to solve the problem. My Ford Excursion was having AC issues of not blowing cold air.� I was referred from another shop to contact Vaca Valley Auto Care. I was met by Nester and I explained my issues with my AC.� Nester was upfront of what it may need and the possibile cost.� While waiting in the shop Nester and the other staff were very welcoming and professional.� Nester was able to get my AC blowing cold and I discussed other maintenance I need.� I will absolutely utilize Vaca Valley Auto for all my future vehicle repairs.Thanks Nester for all of your help!

The only problem is that do not have enough stars for this excellent auto repair shop. Nestor is the best of the best. Trustworthy, honest, great service.My air conditioner went out suddenly, not a great time to go out with three digits temperature, we called and Dillon answered the phone, he was so helpful and friendly and assured we will do our best to help you. We brought the car down, and also told Dillon that the Engine light went on and could they please check that too, he said they will check that also and call us back.With all the professional courtesy calls and explains what they did to the car, we were so happy with the work they did. When we picked up the car, both Dillon and Hector were so awesome, but were very smart and educated on all phases of auto repair. They explained in detail all they did to the car. We are very happy with Vaca Valley Auto Carr and will bring our car for future repairs. Thanks Guys, we appreciate all you did.

Great customer service, Dillion is awesome. Fast work, clear communication and nothing that you couldn't ask for. Would definitely recommend as a trusted honest and helpful shop. Took my car in thinking it was the water pump. Ended up being the radiator. They let me know. It was cheaper then I thought. 5 star

This place is awesome! They helped getting my 1987 Mitsubishi montero running like a champ hats off to you guys especially Dillon for helping me with my stress. It was tough to find a shop who would take on the challenge with this vehicle, with no problem they said yes, and fixed it. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Nester and Dillion are the best, bar none! They have been nothing but honest and fast. Their prices can't be beat either. I honestly will not take my car to anyone but them.

We have been taking our cars here for 5+ years. I used to be skeptical of mechanics because of bad past experiences, but these mechanics are truly honest! They also work with our budget and offered package deals. I won t trust my cars with anyone else.

It is exceedingly rare to find an autoshop that leaves you feeling like they 100% have your best interest in mind. I have lived in Vacaville for over 14 years and have taken my vehichles to a variety of places. Nester at Vaca Valley Auto Care has always been honest, knowledgable, and professional.I cannot recommend this place enough and wish that I wold have discovered them years ago!

I'm not sure why the first rating was as it appeared, but this merchant is the only merchant I have my vehicles serviced at. I've lived more than 40 miles away from Vacaville and I still come here. He's been servicing my vehicles since 1992. Lee and his crew have always treated me with the upmost of care. Very honest people.

Very satisfied. They only do things right cuz they don't know how to do it wrong. Awesome customer service. The staff is always trying to help repair the car..... TRY THEM . THEY ARE LEGIT. not like other mechanics which are dishonest and they like to repair the hole in their wallet. Vaca valley Auto Care will actually help you
