I rented this unit during Covid-19. The manager at the front desk was respectful to our health and safety. He processed the paperwork through a window while we stood outside.I like that this business is traditional in a sense that they use paper contracts. I am a paper person! We were able to write a check for our unit and be in it, that day.An induvial lives onsite and I knew our stuff would be safe because of that.. and the lovely cats, of course :) They have units for cars, RV's and Boats as well.The unit itself was an end unit and it was not the smallest but the next size up. The price was perfect for the unit, not too high and not too low. The unit was clean and did not seem to have any weather issues while our furniture was in the unit... for over 4 months. I liked that the unit is month to month. The do an auto debit out of your bank account.When we cancelled it, we were able to do it in the same day. They mailed us a check a week later for the deposit.Thank you for an excellent experience.

Great service, I came here as a point to offset the reviews, since this place gets a bad rap for bad service. The representative helped me for what I wanted in a decent amount of time, was respectful, and professional.The facilities are for the most part clean. You can help dust, and the general stuff that comes with big empty buildings pretty much.pricing isn't horrible either if you want to store a few things. the smallest you can go is tall but not deep so you might want to only put boxed things in there to stack.Again, the one star reviews are just disgruntled people that felt they were entitled to services that could not be offered.

We have rented storage units here for the last few years and have had an excellent experience.The facility is very clean and safe. Our experience with the John the manager has been awesome!!! He is very helpful, and provides the personal touch, he makes you feel valued as a person, not just another customer. I highly recommend U-Store America in Vacaville Ca.

Prices can be haggled and you can catch a pretty good deal. I think the golden rules is just treat each other with respect and dignity and good things can come your way. Only downside is the lack of available storage units available. Since I don't know what baseline is for this business I'm accepting the I'm just super busy right now exception.

This is a newer storage facility that is secure with alarms and fire suppression systems.The storage units are spotless this place actively supports our military veterans and communities. They helped out my daughter's girl scout troop when they were in a bind and needed a place to have a couple thousand cases of girl scout cookies delivered for cookie season.For those alone they will get my business.

Called for info because I didn't know smack about storage units sizes and prices etc...needed to store items till our house was built. Then the rep asked a bit rudely "ma'am are you done asking questions I have a customer in front of me". Who knew???.....So I shut my mouth so he can help a customer and I will never call again or recommend them.

Terrible customer service! The one & only person that works there is the worst! Rarely in the office, horrible bedside manner, can never get a straight answer to ANY question. As for the storage it is cheaper than others but you get what you pay for. I've only been a customer for 4-5 months but apparently What I have paid for is dead mice in my units and water leaking when it rains. Go somewhere else, you'll thank me later.

Decent price for pretty well secured facility and all the cats that greet you are even cool to be around. I'd prefer dogs but still cute

Good area to park any vehicle, boats, trailers, TV's, campers and vans. Also has locked storage spaces all sizes. Kept very clean, security code system. Good off street private.

I have had my storage here for 5 years now. At first did not care for the customer service or should I say the lack of. But over the years things change. I would not store my items any where else. Thank you

This manager is the worst! Talked to him on the phone, and discussed some procedures, and he said he did not want to do business with me and hung up! This is not a place where the the customer is always right! Take your business elsewhere!

This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. I will be moving my things out next weekend.

The only employee on staff "the manager" is terrible. He's never in the office. Never answers the phone and never gives you a straight answer. If they hired new employees this place would actually be ok.

Tell others why you loved this place well first of all I don't love this place love is a pretty strong word it's like hate, hate is a strong word as well and neither one of them should be used willy-nilly
