Snuck us in without a service appt and they were super nice about everything. The most clean and tidy Toyota waiting room I ve ever seen.

Don t go here for anything. I ordered some parts for my truck & had a couple of them installed & had to come back cause it was installed wrong. I bought 2 headlights which were over $1,000 ea & one of them had a broken piece when I opened my box & they refuse to replace it. Even thou it hasn t been 30days. They said they don t refund product you buy from them when they get it from somewhere else. No matter what. So please be aware.

Been going here for oil change since I ve lived in Vacaville and bought more than a few vehicles here and this past oil change was a disappointment. Wasted appoint left without an oil change. Service rep assumed I was following Toyotas recommendations of 10K miles oil change even though my records show that I ve been coming in every 5K. Multi point inspection the performed is also questionable and top off fluids questionable.Service: Oil change

Still using their makeshift waiting room. The renovated showroom has been closed for almost 2vyears now.

Took my car in recently for the 10,000 mile checkup and was pleasantly surprised by the wait time.

Repairs are good but standard service is high priced. Customer service not a strong suit
