I went in to get a smog today and received amazing service from the office manager and the individual that performed the smog check. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Super kind and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Great service today! I called ahead and was able to sneak in for what was essentially a walk-in, during an otherwise busy day. The smog check was done quickly and everyone was friendly. After finishing the test, there was a small honest input mistake on the certificate (incorrect odometer reading). The owner went back out right away, tested it again and got me the new certificate, no problem!

I called this business after reading the excellent reviews! Lupe answered the phone and booked my appt when it was convenient for me. When I took my car in for the smog, Tim, the owner, greeted me right away and directed me to check in at the office for the paperwork. Lupe is very professional, kind, and an asset to Tim s business. Tim was done with the smog in 20 minutes. They were very busy and so efficient and professional throughout the entire experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Service: Emissions testing

Excellent service! I didn't have an appointment, and they squeezed me in. Even without an appointment, they were super fast. I think I waited 15 minutes for the test. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer!Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

This is a company that truly cares about taking care of its customers. They are fast, efficient, and do a great job. I ve gone here twice now for two different cars, and each time has been a pleasure. They are very kind both on the phone (where I had a couple questions) and in person. The process is so fast and efficient that you re there for typically no more than 15 minutes, and they make me feel right at home in that short window. I ve been lucky enough to pass my Smog tests, but I ve read reviews that they will be incredibly helpful/informational when the time comes that it doesn t. I have confidence in The Smog Connection and will continue to bring my cars here! Thank you Timm and Team!

I started going to Smog Connection, probably over 7 yrs ago. The owner Tim is a super nice and honest guy. Only 1 time as I recall, I was dragging my feet getting car smog done..Tim didn't have any appointment available. I started looking, knowing I was cutting it close. I went to another place..(won't give name). The happy smile, not there..but I paid way more. No way will that happen again. Smog Connection is the best.

Super nice owner and receptionist. Fast service and great customer service. My dad had been telling me about this place for awhile. He passed away in November 2019 and I figured I'd try them. I'd return in a heartbeat just to give my business to these kind people again.

They are seriously awesome. I went somewhere else before this & they were so rude & did nothing right compared to this place. The customer service here at the Smog Connection is amazing & i m always in & out super quick! Great prices, great service, & happy customers. What s better than that?

Love this place. Went for the first time the other day, got a quick same day appointment, car was in and out fast, the customer service was AMAZING, good, honest, Godly man, would reccomend here over anywhere.

The only place i go because I'm always treated great and they take great care of my vehicles. It's nice to know that my vehicles are being handled by a professional. 14 years they've always been trustworthy.

The best smog inspection shop I've ever used. Tests by appointment, so almost no waiting. A small business that thrives on word of mouth with an owner that cares about his reputation. NEVER does anything shady, Always passes cars that should pass. (You would be surprised how many subtle things can produce a bogus fail at the disreputable shop). Always polite, organized and fast. Charges the going rate. STAR certified station.

I got there at their lunch break sign said back at 2. They were back at 2!! By 2:15 I was on the road, test done. Friendly quick efficient clean.

I've been a customer for years this is the best shop in Vacaville or better yet the Sacramento valley area. My only dissapointment is that he is a fortyniner fan..lol too bad
