I really loved the service at Speedy Oil Chang. I went in for an oil change. The technician checked out my lights,air filter, brake fluid, drain plug, coolant level, tire condition, wiper blade, and exterior lights which I did no know one was burnt out. They made recommendations and pointed out a very dirty cabin air filter. They even topped off my washer fluid, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid. Wow, and I just paid for an oil change.

Very accommodating, employees are very friendly, listened to what I wanted and quickly completed my oil change. Very impressed. It is now my oil change place station.

I ve been coming here for years and recently they got new owners. The mechanical staff is always friendly, but the owner who checked me out, was quite the opposite. He just grabbed my paperwork told me what I owed I paid he handed me my paperwork and that s it. The last owners went out of their way to say hello. How are you doing? This new owner seemed like he didn t care about anything except taking my money. I ll give this place one more shot but if the customer service doesn t step up I ll take my business elsewhere

This is the last time I'm going to you because you all are money eaters. also, the cashier himself was a little rude to me, letting me pay 103$ for what for an oil change, by telling me the price has changed. Really, is that a kind of joke or what? Last time, it was 89. Maybe it was less than that 76$. I don't know what to say. Advice to anyone who wants to change oil never ever go to this place because they will trick you just like ingot tricked.

I ve been going here for a couple years with no problems. To put it simple I got off of work at 7am because I work graveyard shift, to find a pool of oil under my Ford Fusion. I instantly was worried i blew my engine because of the way I drive. I topped off the oil with the quart I had in my trunk in case of emergencies and I ended up using the whole thing. Drove to the nearest mechanic that was open and was told my oil filter was nearly falling off. I ve noticed a ton of horrible reviews lately I guess I should have listened when they say never go to a quick change place to get your car worked on. If this car gets destroyed I m probably going to loose my job because of how far it is. I will not be going to a quick stop ever again.Don t give me one of those default responses either, it s worse than not even saying anything. From how many reviews I ve read this business has put numerous peoples lives in danger regarding lie s about brake pads being completely worn or leaving oil caps off leaving a fire hazard. I ve worked at a Spee Dee in South San Francisco before and I ve never seen this. Your guys actions are borderline cynical.

To make a long story short, my husband took my car in for an oil change, left with the car smelling like fumes. Thought maybe it was nothing to be concerned about. A week later and we finally pop the hood to realize whoever did our oil change never put the cap back on, so my car has been spitting oil out and I m surprised my car didn t catch fire or something due to their negligence. Called to figure something out, and they said they d call me back after checking the cameras. Never got a call back and still waiting on a refund.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

After getting my oil changed, I quickly noticed a pool of oil under my vehicle. I found this strange since the oil had just been changed. A few days went by and the pool became larger. At this time, I knew something was wrong and took it back to SpeeDee for a warranty check. Well, they did their check and found nothing wrong with their work. I was told that the leak was coming from a different area and that a diagnosis should be performed at another location. Well, I did just that, went to the dealership, and what was found? The oil leak from the improperly fitted oil filter SpeeDee "installed".I went back to them with all documentation provided by them and the dealership, who identified the issue, but my concerns were rejected and I was told nothing could be done. I was confused because their failure to properly install the oil filter could have damaged my vehicle. Still, my concerns were rejected and I was dismissed. I was willing to come back to them and was only looking for a partial to full refund for their failure to do the work correctly. Something I considered good business. I was wrong.I've been going to this place of business for quite some time now. However, a degrade in customer service and work quality has been noticed. Like many others, I tried staying loyal, but it doesn't matter to this business. If possible, I'd highly recommend staying away and go somewhere else. Any business that can't honor their work doesn't deserve your hard earned money. There's a new Take 5 Oil Change business in Suisun City. One might have better luck there.Service: Oil change

For showing up with no appointment on a Saturday it wasn't unreasonable to wait over 2 hrs for an oil change. But I feel as if there wasn't much of an inspection during my 18 pt or whatever it is. Most of the inspection items they rang up as Not Applicable. Told me I had an oil leak but not sure where.I know I have an oil leak, I have a nose! It smells regularly after start up.Other than that... I got my oil changed at a great price!!!

Don't like being talked to like I don't know anything about mechanics. I especially don't like it because I do the majority of the work on my car. And I really REALLY don't like when someone talks to the male individual who is accompanying me and tells them to try and explain to me simply what their assessment is. And then to be CHARGED A FEE for the audacity is an added insult. Had this mechanic tell me there was no leak. I expressed my opinion on why the pressure test wouldn't catch all leak culprits-which I now had in mind-and I'm met with friction. I DO like being right, however, and fixing the leak myself. Easily, too! And to think extra diagnostics and a flush were recommended. Thanks, but no thanks, SpeeDee. I'm not sending a dime your way to touch and "assess" my vehicle. Never again. Go steal from other Vacavillians.

Took my car in for maintenance. They stripped out the head. Told me it was oil pressure sensor went bad. Overcharged me for their mess up. Car misfired for a week before they fixed and still tried to say it wasn t them. Even tried to say old spark plugs were mine. Speed is just a name here not the pace of service you'll receive. A simple oil change took relatively a hour. No wonder they take you out of your car to wait in their lobby as they service your vehicle. I assume Mobile 1 oil is better than Mobile Master synthetic and worth a $20 upcharge to a over $100 oil change?

Definitely will be getting my oil changed and any other service here. Everyone greeted me when I pulled in to get my service. It was done very quickly. Jennifer was even nice enough to throw in a complimentary air filter for me. This place is great! recommend.

Came in for a oil change on Friday & decided to check to see how much a tune up will be I was told by a mechanic and office guy working on that day which was a younger African American man that it will be $250 for a tune up . I had great service but it was too late to get my tune up so I was told to come back Monday . When I returned today I was told by another mechanic & a older Asian American man that my tune up will now be $310 plus taxs! They eventually said I can pay $275 & considered it a discount when I only have a 4 cylinder car. These guys definitely cheat you on prices & over charge women who come in ! I don t recommend anyone come here . You will get better prices , honest & honorable service somewhere else !!!!

DO NOT GO HERE THESE GUYS ARE DISHONEST AND THE MANAGER WILL NOT HELP TO FIX PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THEM. My wife has been going here for years and how do they treat her loyalty?? By breaking her oil housing and charging her for an error THEY MADE. They worked on her scion and told her they broke the housing because we do not have the right tools to do it right , are you serious!?if that was the issue then don t do the job. This did no make sense as well because they had done it plenty of other times. When she asked to speak to the manager per the mechanics request he did not want to take the time to help her and hid in his office. DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A GIRL.

Waited around for 45 minutes to then be told they were not going to perform service on my car due to what they called an "extremely small leak" (verbatim) on my oil filter. Said it would not impact car performance at all. Isn't that... what you're meant to fix? It took nearly an hour to tell me they would not be willing to do the work. Disappointing.Update: took it to my mechanic, who said there was absolutely no leak, oil was at 100%, and they had no idea what the people at SpeeDee were talking about. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

Fast and friendly. 1st time customer. I had back to back appointments today and needed to be in and out quickly. They changed my oil and filter, topped off fluids, check and corrected my tire pressure and had me out of there faster than expected and for less than $50.00. The waiting area was clean and I could watch my vehicle being serviced. Great job 5 star experience.

I brought my f150 in for an oil change. I was told the drain plug was so seized that they couldn't do my oil change because they couldn't get the plug out. I took my truck back home and went to change the oil myself and discovered the drain plug was just a little tighter than hand tight... They were either lying or trying to remove the wrong bolt... Not very smart.

My brakes have been squealing for nearly 2 years but I thought it was a flaw in the design, not the wearing of the brakes. I thought this because I have come here many times (my last oil change was performed here just a few months ago), specifically asked if my brakes needed to be replaced and have been told that there s nothing wrong with them every time. After going to another location for an oil change today, I have been informed that my brakes are completely worn to the point where they have been warped, creating a problem that will cost over $600. Luckily, I found this issue before taking my family on a 6 hour drive to Southern California. I originally gave this company 3 stars for their hit-or-miss customer service, but after finding that they skipped over a detail that put my family and I in danger, I m only giving them the maximum stars needed to leave a review.Again, after specifically asking them to check my brakes multiple times due to the noise they made and not even receiving a warning of the brakes getting low (I was literally told nothing is wrong with them every time), I now have a costly repair job and have been driving with 0% brake pads for who knows how long. I would think that, for a place that focuses on changing oil, a $350 brake job would be more than welcome. I won t be going here anymore and I should ve read the reviews before considering them in the first place. This company needs to focus more on quality over quantity, it may help them find flaws on lifesaving features, like brakes.P.S. I don t want a copy and pasted corporate response shifting responsibility because the company is locally owned and operated. I will not be sending any additional information to anyone. If you re willing to allow an entrepreneur to advertise the company s name, you should be willing to ensure they live up to the standards you expect.

Definitely does not live up to the SpeeDee me, service was very slow and took significantly longer than other oil change places I've been to.They will try and upsale you on an air filter or wiper blades every single timeThey have a perpetual coupon on their website for $8 off an oil change but all that coupon does is counteract an $8 hidden fee that they will never tell you about and just put it in the paperwork they give you after you've already paid

We dropped our vehicle off at 12pm, never heard back, called at 3:30pm to get an update and were told "sorry we thought we called, our mechanic found a black widow and REFUSED to work on the car". My car was there for 3.5 hours with NO work done on it at all AND NO PHONE call telling us they were not working on it. I can NOT believe a mechanic refused to work on this because of this reason. I WILL NEVER give my business to this place ever again and will be sure to never refer anyone here as well. Absolute waste of time and my boyfriend had to WALK with both of the kids to get the car because no one called us when him and I were available to take care of this during the day. terrible experience here. drove down early for a simple oil change and waited to be 1st (since its 1st come 1st served) since i was planning to leave for a trip. 3 employees are present by 8am when they open and i am still the only car there. i was then told by who i assume is a "lead" position that "there was a call out and it will be a few hours before we can change your oil" and that he "just called the manager about it". so at speedee OIL CHANGE with 3 people you cannot change the oil in my dodge??? nothing offered for inconvenience or anything. took my business elsewhere and will not be returning again.

Jose was my technician today. He was so great, really fast, professional and nice. It was so convenient being able to drive up without an appointment, keep my kids in the car with me while they changed my oil, and the whole thing only took 10 minutes! Best oil change experience ever. Thank you Jose and SpeeDee!

Went there today and the price went from $84 to $106 (tax and extra quart) for the full synthetic oil change. When I asked why the big price difference, the guy said that they raised the price $ 5.00. A comparison of my prior receipts, parts prices have also increased. Went here 3/22 now it's $110.00 plus for Mobile Full Synthetic. Try to get the coupon off their website.

I actually read the reviews beforehand but didn't know whether 12 negatives over a 5 year period should influence my decision considering that most satisfied customers never take the time to write a review.The prices they quoted for brakes, a synthetic oil change and a smog check, were better than I was getting elsewhere, so I decided to give them a chance.I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant technician who answered all my questions, confirmed the pricing, assured me I could use a coupon I found online, and told me he'd call me when it was done.I picked up my car when it was done and had no issues using the coupon. When I left the lot I felt like I was driving a different car my car was driving so wonderful!I'm glad I made the decision to take my car to SpeeDee today. I got a good deal, I got everything done (smog) at one location, I had great service by a very nice technician who also took the time to vacuum my car for the extra touch!It's also not like me to take the time to write a review, but I think the numbers get skewed a bit if people with positive experiences don't speak up from time to time.
