I was in a minor rear end accident and Rose Auto Body was one of the vendors I could choose from to get my car repaired (shoutout to State Farm for making the process easy and seamless!). Everyone at Rose Auto Body was so incredibly kind from start to finish. They are a family owned and run business, and who doesn't love that?! They did an AMAZING JOB repairing my car in less time than I had anticipated. They even detailed it inside and out which I was not expecting at all. If you need collision repair definitely go to Rose Auto Body. 5/5, definitely recommend.

We were completely impressed with the all around care we received at Rose Auto Body from customer service to the completion of the repair. They finished 3 days ahead of schedule, kept me informed by texts as they progressed, cleaned the inside, outside, and in the engine compartment and, the repair was immaculate! Thank you Chris, Lorrie, and your team! We're blessed our experienced turned out SO well.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rose Auto Body Shop, and I must say, their outstanding service and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. Upon reading their numerous five-star reviews, I decided to give them a try.I arrived at the shop without an appointment in the late afternoon, but to my surprise, the staff efficiently accommodated me and provided a prompt estimate for the required repairs. Additionally, they went above and beyond by arranging a rental car for me, ensuring that I wouldn't be inconvenienced during the repair process.The promised delivery date for my car was Wednesday, and true to their word, they delivered it on time. From the moment I laid eyes on my freshly repaired car, I was in awe. The meticulous detailing, including the engine, was simply outstanding. The big dent on the bumper was completely invisible, making it look as if it were brand new again. Not only that, but they also restored my headlights, which now looked as nice and vibrant as ever.Impressed with their work, I decided to bring in my van to have the headlights restored as well. Once again, Rose Auto Body Shop showcased their expertise and craftsmanship, leaving me in awe of the results. They even went the extra mile by fully cleaning and detailing my van, including the engine, making it look as good as the day I bought it.I highly recommend Rose Auto Body Shop. Their exceptionalwork deserves more than just five stars.

Rose Auto Body is Amazing! I dropped off my car for a detail. I mentioned that someone had hit my car in a parking lot just a few dats earlier. Chris jumped right into action and assessed the damage for me. Because the driver didn t leave a note Chris knew I was determining to turn the damage into my insurance or pay out of pocket. They put together a quote and even offered me a discount on the labor. At the last minute, I didn t have a ride back to the shop, Lorrie Rose didn t even hesitate to offer me a ride. As we pulled up to my vehicle I was so thrilled & happy. My car looked like brand new. I totally trust and recommend Rose Auto Body!

I was excited to attend this businesses ribbon cutting and Grand opening with the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce. The owners were incredibly nice and took the time to chat with me despite being surrounded by their friends and family. A commitment to community is important to me when I seek doing business with others and I am so happy they joined the Chamber and decided to support our community by opening their business in Vacaville. I need a repair quote and they do offer free quotes so I will be visiting them soon.

Family owned business that really takes great care of their clients. They were very communicative and sent multiple updates on the progress of my repairs. Very happy with the results and topped it off with a detailed clean! Thank you again rose family!

There are few businesses that I come across where the owner and team truly care and enjoy what they do. This is one of those places. Rose autobody are very detail oriented and will make sure you feel comfortable leaving your $100 or $100,000 car with them. They will treat you like you matter and make sure you walk away happy. I will for sure send everyone their way who needs work done on their car

Beyond happy with the service here. Lorrie is so sweet and Chris did an amazing job with repairing my car. He even went above and beyond to fix unrelated dents on my trunk AND washed/detailed my car. They are genuinely very kind and caring people that truly care about customer service. I ve had bad service at other auto shops after accidents and this place made up for it. I will definitely recommend this business to family and friends. The best!!!

Got my truck back faster than expected. Friendly, professional staff with good communication. Clear and detailed estimate process. And got my truck back cleaner than I brought it in. Thinking about taking it back for some other work I was considering doing in the future.

Rose Auto Body popped up in a quick local search and I was fortunate to have chosen them. Absolutely NO REGRET! The owners and workers went beyond and above to provide me with a great customer experience, quality of repairs/job done, ambient lounge/waiting area, good/constant communication and updates during the repair period. Vehicle was delivered in near perfect condition. Washed, cleaned, vacuumed, polished dashboard and console. I fell in love with my car all over again. Best of all, the Owners are very humble and respectful...took a time off their busy schedules to talk to you and get to know you and your story. Keep up the good job! This is business is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Rose Auto Body was very efficient n friendly. They are courteous n very conscientious. This shop did a beautiful job on my door panels, n after washed n detailed my jeep. If you need an awesome and honest place to take your car to get your auto body done here the place to come. Chris the owner is such a gentlemen and very straight forward guy. He has met my expectations and more. I have a 2002 Honda CRV and it looks new. Chris has taken care of my car inside and out. So I got in a tiny fender bender. Someone backed into the side of me when I was leaving the parking lot. I got free service. When I my ride back up they had made it better than it was when I left it! The work done on my vehicle was impeccably done you couldn't find where they did the repairs, the paint even though it's 7 years old I couldn't tell where it was repainted, I have already scheduled more work on it from work done by another shop (rework) and I have finally found a shop that I will use again.
