I am so glad my brother-in-law recommended this place. It was so cool and relieving to find that there are still honest, and above all very fairly priced places. They explained in Detail everything that was going under my hood and asked for permission for any extras. I ended up purchasing a couple of extra things. And everything still came out to what a regular oil change was being quoted in a couple other places. I easily saved about 60 to $80 by coming here. And you bet this will be the only place I'll be coming back to, strongly recommend. Staff was above and beyond respectful

There fast and experienced. Great customer communication and friendly. While there working on your car you can have conversation with them. Very professional. Iv had no bad experiences with them!

The whole experience was quick and wonderful, never had to get out of the car once. The friendly staff made everything so easy. There was a little bit of a wait for me, I was the 4th car to show up in 5 min window, but the wait wasn't too bad. I made sure to grab a coffee and a snack before I got there, and I watched YouTube on my phone while I waited. Including the wait time, I was only there for about 40 min total. I highly recommend this place.

Just started going here the last few oil changes. Each employee was very nice. The communicate with each other and seem to be a great team with a fun, but professional demeanor. I will continue to go here and recommend you go there to. The cost is higher then I like, but I guess it s the convenience of not doing it yourself.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Awesome spot in Vacaville. Was in need of a change and kept forgetting. Pulled in and they knew me and my car needs already. I usually hit up the Pinole shop. Always speedy and nice.

Service is good. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Price is outrageous. The price for synthetic oil filter and oil should not be $100. I perform my own oil changes with synthetic oil and filter, for %40 of the cost I paid at this shop. I just happened to not have the time before going on a trip this time around. I will not be returning, even in the event of being short on time again. I will choose jiffy lube next time.Service: Oil change

In and out in less than 20 minutes! Only sketchy part is driving into the shop. Would hate for that to turn into a fail.

I didn't realize that they are no longer Cherry's, but should have known when greeted by a somewhat disgruntled employee. You no longer go inside to wait and pay, but now you stay in your vehicle and wait. No problem, however I waited for 45 minutes before I got to the oil change portion of the wait. I was asked "what do you want" and I explained I wanted synthetic oil and wanted to know the price as there are no prices posted. The employee said it would be $97 which is much higher than Cherry's charged. I asked if their prices were higher than Cherry's and the response was "yes they are". I than asked the employee to drop my hood and I left. I also noticed that there were many other vehicles that started into the line, but immediately turned around when they saw the length of the line. I was a loyal customer of Cherry's for over 40 years, but now I will be looking for another oil changer. Could be that they are new here, but Oil Changers is not a new company.Service: Oil change

I do not understand why new owners take away all the good qualities of a business. The prices increase but the quality of service decreases. The coupons can no longer be used and they did not do their job. I was scammed and now have to find another place that actually knows what they are doing.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Who ever hire the new employee doesn t know what he is doing. First they are working very slowly , and they look very bored when they saw a new car came, because obviously they are not happy working there. When my turn had come. I told them I am using 10-30 oil instead because my car has 240k miles on it. They refused because they said this is dangerous and I might sew them if the engine breaks down. I told them I have been doing it for 3 years since my car pass 170k it is a common and recommended practice for older engines with high mileage you can google it, and I told them it it recommended by mechanics but they refused. Even I showed them the sticker from previous oil change. The 2 employees were the thin girl and the fat white guy. I don t understand people who hate their jobs but they continue doing it. Just find another job fit for you lazy attitude.

Overall, the experience was very nice. Didn't have to get out of the car which was different for me. I would go back again to get my oil changed again. And they give military discounts, which is a plus for me. Thumbs up!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great price! Great customer service. Only complaint is how hot It is while waiting. With this heat is hard to believe that this is an acceptable work condition for the staff.

I have gone to this business for years with no issues. .Website says they close at 6pm on Wednesday. I was told they had already taken their last car of the day. As I was leaving the mechanics were mocking me and making jokes. I can totally understand they were closed but no need to be jerks. Website says they close at 6 it was 440. Unnecessary rudeness. I have always been told this place sucks but have never had a problem so I continued to go. The young workers are just unprofessional and unpleasant ..Services: Smog certification, Oil change

They Got me in and out of there and I didn't even have to leave the car. I love oil changers in Vallejo and when I found out there was one out here I love this one now.
