I just wanted to share with the Owner of the Vacaville Nissan that I am extremely impressed by the service I received today. It was my very first visit as we just moved from Fairfield. Unfortunately due to the significant weather changes, my tire sensors went off and my tires were found to be low. Despite it being closing time, Jeff was happy to get me taken care of and did it with a smile on his face. He even took the time to notice my tires cracking and informed me that it would be best to start looking for tires. He shared a couple of brand tires specifically for my car and then informed me about the buy 3 get 1 free special. I honestly couldn t be happier with how my visit went and look forward to bringing our business to this dealership. Thank you so much Jeff for making my car safe to drive again! You re the real MVP!

I have always had great customer service at Vacaville Nissan's service dept. I recently went there to have some repairs done on my 2014 Sentra. Nick was very professional, helpful and kept me updated. My car came back riding like it was brand new again!

I never got the oil change after waiting more than 1 1=2 hours!! The service person was unattended and uncaring. Never a smile as he offered me a ride to my appointment that I was already going to be late to. Turns it, my car had not even been looked at! It was sitting all along. I could have gone somewhere else...which I will do..service has declined and the staff were not friendly or helpful as the mission stTmmmatemen and commitment statements on the wall in the showroom states.Service: Oil change

Use to be great but recently falling off. Now i usually use them for oil service sometimes other needs. Service records aren't updated tried to suggest the same 800 dollar package. I had done last servicing. Also seem to be trying to sell tires at the moment. Tried to get my wife to buy tires when her tires are still good. Atleast 3 other people I know same thing. I understand they gotta make their money but recently they aren't even being subtle with it.Service: Oil change

Seriously, the nicest and most helpful shop of all time. I took my Armada here for some needed service. I didn't know who carried the warrenty or any details of basically anything. Luckily I was paired with Nick in the service department who was incredibly helpful, told me he would handle it all and he did. He got $7500 worth of work covered by my warrenty, kept me up to date the whole time and when he called me 2 days later letting me know my SUV was done, I threw at him I needed an alignment. He said no problem and had it done and ready for pick up within a few hours and offered me a ride if needed.Top notch service you don't find at service departments.

I ve never had such an amazing service at a dealership before! I came to the dealership to get an oil change and tire rotation, but after checking in Ryan realized I had multiple parts of my car that could be recalled and replace for free, so the dealership paid for an Uber for me to go back to my home and wait, and sent an Uber back for me to pick up my car. Not only was my car serviced perfectly, but they gave a complimentary car wash!!Ryan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He worked diligently to make sure that my experience was unforgettable, and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to get their service done here!!

Had my hood latch updated on warranty. Fast service. In by 11AM out by 12:30 PM. And that's with a free car wash. Nice friendly employees.
