If you are looking for a car salesmen or in this case saleswoman I recommend going to Alexia C. After my moms car broke down we were in full panic mode on how we were going to buy a car, especially since our credit wasn't doing so great. Alexia had so much patience and found alternatives for my mom and made it possible to leave the dealership with her dream car! My mom has always put her kids first so she never had the opportunity of having a brand new vehicle. Alexia and her crew made this possible! Thank you so much for your attention to detail and patience you really made it easy and stress free. Which is something not many can say when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Thank you again! The environment was so welcoming even the other saleswomen were very helpful on what car would be beneficial to her and for her job.

Still surprised at how easy and awesome the service was from this dealership! I ve had my eye on the Mustang Mach-E for a while now, was just browsing with no real intentions in moving forward, until I found a great priced one , all blacked out, at Mazda of Vacaville. I submitted interest for more information, but thought they wouldn t be able to work with me since I still owed money on my current Nissan and didn t have a large down payment. Rachel from Mazda initially handled all the emails and then had me work with the manager, Jason. Jason was super helpful and eager to make something work for me to have my current dream car. He answered a lot of my questions via text, and understood that it wasn t easy for me to come in because of childcare and I live far. He was really accommodating and kind to help me mostly virtually. I also had a car to trade in that was not in the cleanest condition, they worked with me a lot. I was able to make it in today, nervous as I wasn t sure if I d be there forever. Melanie helped me while I was there with my paperwork, and she was funny, sweet and easy going. She helped me feel at ease about some things I was feeling nervous about. She helped me test drive the car and made it a fun/enjoyable experience. The whole process of paperwork was done super fast, had all my questions answered. It almost felt too good to be true, and although I m paying more monthly than I had planned, I love the car so much and I appreciated how smooth the process was, I decided to move forward. I highly recommend working with this team, they are professional and personable, and seem dedicated to get people in cars they really want. Thank you Jason, Melanie and Rachel. :-) I can t believe I left today with my first electric vehicle and I am so in love!!! Thanks for making the process a dream and being so understanding.

We purchased a vehicle here that needed a couple of things fixed and to be detailed prior to delivery. This seemed fine, what we weren t told was that the 2 day period of returning the vehicle and cancelling the contract ended before they even delivered the vehicle. We drove it home and immediately realized either the alternator or battery was bad. They refused to do anything (didn t even have the decency to call us back when promised) to fix it or reimburse us and refused to give us the paperwork showing what work they d supposedly done on the car. We re considering small claims court and at the very least will be reporting our experience to the head mazda office. We also patiently waited over 3 hours past when we were told it d be ready to pick up and didn t complain or plan to leave a bad review. When reaching out to the saleswoman about the car immediately not working, she implied that we rushed the service workers by showing up before it was actually done and that we should have purchased their warranty. Even if that were true (it wasn t, we were told it should be ready by 4 and showed up around 4:30), that s pretty egregious to essentially admit, in writing, that the work done on the car was rushed and not done properly due to that, yet still refuse to do so much as even try replacing the battery for us.Very much wished we d looked at the recent reviews of this place before purchasing- one or two off reviews can be dismissed as disgruntled customers but several 1 stars in a row with legitimate claims should really put you off buying anything here. Especially fellow military buyers- we ll be making sure to warn those on the base pages as well that no military customers should trust this place.

I drove a total of 30 miles to reach the dealership, expecting quality service, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite providing detailed descriptions of my car's issues over two phone calls, the staff neglected to take notes, displaying a lack of understanding regarding computer problems and screen glitches. Even more disappointing is the fact that I purchased a car from them in 2021. It's concerning to witness staff members eating Cheetos behind the desk and showing a reluctance to fulfill their duties. Overall, my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I would caution others against relying on this dealership for quality service, especially after the considerable distance traveled. Service staff needs to be held accountable for their lack of professionalism. This is not a mom and pop shop.

Very disappointed in the service department. I purchased my 4th (out of 6 family owned vehicles) Mazda from your store, and truly keep hoping for better service in your service department. Promises made for getting the car looked at (a simple oil change and a peek at wiper blades), only to be told to come & pick up our car-or leave it for 4 more days until staff will be able to look at it.Truly UNACCEPTABLE. You may think about training your staff as to what service & work ethics mean.We will not only take our car elsewhere, we will NOT be purchasing any additional cars from your store. We love Mazda-what a shame.

Buyer beware - they will try to cheat and trick you!!The finance manager tried to trick me into purchasing VIN etching - he said it was part of the theft system - an $800 additional cost he tried to "hide" on the sales contract. He also said the prepaid maintenance contract included everything (oil change, air filter change, etc.) when it only includes oil change - a $2,500 charge that will cost you around $880 at a local oil change shop.Their Cilajet (paint and interior protection) system is about twice the price of the same protection at other dealerships.Really poor sales experience. The car I bought they didn't even do a "new car get ready" inspection on (I found the unfilled check list in my documents). They never explained anything about the entertainment system or Mazda connect. They absolutely tried to cheat me. Buyer beware

We just bought a CX-9 this past weekend! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted with a smile by Clint, one of the sales rep. We went back and forth towards making a good deal, but we never felt forced. We were eventually greeted by Mike, the manager of the dealership. He sat down with me to talk towards what I wanted and eventually offered a worthy deal. The paperwork was carefully explained by Tracy, their financial rep. The whole experience took about 4-5 hours but it was painless. We were treated with respect and the dealership felt comfortable. Highly recommend!

Najia was very sweet to me and my friend when we came to buy a car. I highly recommended that you talk to her and deal with her only. Unfortunately I didn t drive away in a new car from this dealership. Someone decided not to disclose that the car needed a new muffler until I arrived and they couldn t let me take the car home that I would have signed for. The bait and switch tactic was cute but I want what I want and they killed the deal by wasting my time. I traveled all the way from Modesto to get this specific car. In this economy sales people and managers should be trying to earn business instead of losing potential customers. Again if you need to buy a car here only deal with Najia.

Extremely condescending staff. If I could give 0 stars, I would.I went in to get an offer on my car because I was looking to sell it. I had stopped at a couple places before the Mazda dealership to get written offers and see where different places are at because it would be stupid to not shop around for the best offer. I go in and no one is there in the lobby and I am just standing there for a minute or so and a girl finally came out of one of the offices. She asks me some questions and I am reluctant to give my contact info because I don't want to be harassed by a bunch of sales calls, having worked in a dealership before, I know how it goes. She insisted she had to collect the information to send my car info to a purchasing manager who is supposedly off site. So I answer her questions and she gets info on my car. Then she told me she is going to go talk to someone about my car (but didn't you just tell me the person is off site?) anyway, as she's getting up she asks me what I'm looking to get for the car. That's a tactic to be able to underpay you if your number is lower than what they'd offer you. So I said I'd like to know what they will offer me before I say any numbers, and this is where the condescending behavior really started. She got annoyed with me for not wanting to give a number and asked me perhaps the dumbest question you can ask if you're trying to get someone to sell their car to you: "you want us to give you a number first even if we low ball you?" I was dumbstruck. So I told her that I'd appreciate not being low balled and for them to just tell me what they'll give me for the car. She leaves and is gone for quite a while. I hear them laughing in their office and I didn't assume it was about me at first but I now think otherwise because after waiting alone in the lobby for a while, she comes back out and I hear a guy YELL after her in a very condescending tone "AND NOT A DOLLAR MORE!" and laughed. She then comes to the desk and tells me it looks like I also went to one of their sister dealerships for a quote and they wanted to offer me $xxxx for my car (which wasn't even the right number) and slapped a copy of check down in front of me and proceeded to tell me that all of the dealerships in the area are owned by the same people and they submitted my car to all of them and the best they can do is $xxxx. I know this is not true because I called some of the other dealerships she claimed they own and was told that they all USED to be an auto group, but not anymore.Of course I did not sell to them after the experience I had.Over all I do not recommend doing business with this dealership in particular, regardless of whether they own others or not. Of all the places I stopped to get an offer, this is the one I would never return to. What is the point in making a potential customer feel embarrassed or ashamed???? You won't gain business that way and I will never be back, even if looking for a new car or to sell a different car, and I will make sure anyone else I know stays far away too.

I bought a car on September 9, 2023. They, gave it to me finally a week later because they needed to replace a part. After this, over 7 months has passed and I have not received my car tags or car registration. I called many times to ask about the tags and got my name and phone number taken and never received a call back. I went to the dmv on 3/26/24 because I have expired tags and needed to figure out what is going on. So, they never started the process of putting the car on my name. DMV gave me a complaint form which I filed and send. DMV told me to come to the dealer and they tried to put it on me. Like there was an application on the windshield for me to request tags etc but I paid registration and dmv fees when I purchased the vehicle. Now, they said that the car needs smog because the tags were from out of state. Again, not my problem! I don t want to keep driving with expired tags. Awful experience and would never buy from Mazda Vacaville ever again.

I m really upset that I been calling and checking on a vehicle all week and not once did anyone say or representative sales person say. I should come in and do the paperwork for this vehicle in case someone purchase, you guys been telling me to call back everyday to check the status. Now today I get and ok to come check out vehicles because it s out of the shop and do the paperwork today then. I get a phone call form luk stating the vehicle is sold it s upsetting and it s very hurtful and misleading.I don t want and suv if I was looking for a car communication is the key and I wish people would be more understanding.

Contacted the dealership online. I think they have a bot or an assistant who can only respond with scripted responses. Apparently car sales are really good because they can afford to ignore inquiring customers.

I had a wonderful buying experience with Alexia's assistance! We discussed the car's details, completed all the procedures, and I drove my new car home within a day. She is very knowledgeable about the car and helped me get familiar with its features.

BUYERS BEWAREMazda at Vacaville sales team are complete scammers. I purchased a 2016 Ram 3500 back in May 2022. Truck looked nice from the exterior.Scam #1. Sales team tried to sale me a tracking device in the truck. I did not request the device and asked them to remove it. They reported that it was already installed and could not be removed. The Cost was $1000.00. In the end I was leaving if it was not removed. Amazingly the devices was removed in seconds.Scam #2. Sales team reported the truck went through a complete inspection and was cleared. I even sign documents. However, when I return home I noticed the brakes were not working and a loud noise coming from the back axel. Found out that the truck was never inspected, there was Rust all through the bottom of the truck. The brake parts are rusted so that the parking brake pads were completely missing and the rear brakes pads were crumbling at the edges. The truck was not safe todrive.Scam # 3. They did not license the vehicle, the truck cannot be registered in the state of Arizona because they never gave me a copy of the title.Scam #4, There no Title. The title is missing. The sales team reported that they sent it to the bank however the bank has not received it, Title is missing its been more than 90 days. Truck can not be licensee without the Title.Scam #5. I contacted the sales team and after telling them my name and what truck I had purchase, the sales man hung up the phone. Would not speak to me.Scam # 6, 60 days after I had purchase the vehicle I received a package in the mail of a important document that was never signed. Never should have left the dealership with out it.I did write the dealerships with some of these complaints. I received an email offering a lot of things to correct these issues. I return the email and have sent more emails. Have not received any emails back from the dealership.Over all this dealership is out to cheat the buyers, I would never recommend them to anyone.Sincerely,Kirt Boylan

I bought a 2023 Mazda3 carbon edition in April, Melanie is the one who helped me. I went in only expecting to test drive a Mazda3 and Melanie actually helped me find the car that called me. Everything of course took forever but that was bound to happen but everyone was so nice to me, no one rushed me, and they got me the best deal that they could (obviously I paid the MSRP for the vehicle but for the APR and extended warranty, they really helped me out). Great place to purchase the vehicle in my opinion and Melanie was absolutely amazing!

Alim Khan has phenomenal customer service. I came here at the end of January with no plans of purchasing a vehicle. I had a 2015 Mazda 3 grand touring and he was able to find me all the amenities I wanted with what I was looking for. I originally wanted a Mazda, CX 30 but he was able to acquire me a Mazda, 2020 CX 5 grand touring premium package instead and I am absolutely in love. I m telling you, please come and see Al he is one amazing being, a friend, and a terrific salesman! Thank you Alim

The service department here installed a new engine for me in my 2016 Miata. They did a great job the car feels solid and the car wasn't damaged in any way (dents, scratches, etc.). Thumbs up!

I was sold a car with bad brake lights at a 26.9 APR.. Then ignored from day one when I requested they fix the brake lights. My credit was almost 700 when I purchased and now is below 600. Thanks Mazda of Vacaville for taking advantage of a black, single working mother. I'll make sure to tell all my friends about you.

I had a good enough experience buying a used truck from this dealership three months ago. However, I have yet to get my plates or title which is orchestrated through the dealership. Repeated calls to the manager, Christian, over the past two weeks have gone unanswered despite assurances that he'll call me. I can't imagine being so unresponsive to someone who made such a major purchase.Update on October 12: I still don't have title to my vehicle despite repeated contact w/Christian whom owner refers to in their response and whom I've been in regular contact for months. DMV says that dealership still has not arranged lien release from prior owner of vehicle. This has gone from ridiculous to absurd.

My apologies that this review is coming months late! I bought a brand new CX-5 in January and I have to say the process went extremely smooth. Melanie was extremely nice and made me feel good about any reservations I had. I ve bought many cars in my life and this was the best experience I ve had. Also, Alex was amazing and thank you for putting up with me and my questions! I felt great about my purchase because of them. And I love my car!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason, a sales manager at a Mazda dealership, during my search for a new car. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. I also had the pleasure of working with Rachel. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable about a Mazda 3 and was able to provide me with detailed information about the car's features and performance. She listened attentively to my concerns and was very understanding of my needs as a buyer. Throughout the purchasing process, Rachel was very professional and always went the extra mile to make sure that I had a positive experience. Her friendly demeanor and expert knowledge made me feel confident in my decision to buy a Mazda 3.Overall, my experience at the Mazda dealership was outstanding thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jason and Rachel. They both went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.

This place was great years ago. Last time I was here before Covid, they tried to claim my car needed exploratory surgery for an error that I knew the car did not display. Then they subscribed me to a year of Carfax for my car. Today, I received a text message from them some five years later for the first time since then, when I had only interacted with their Maps listing by liking some reviews. I don t know how in the world, but leave me alone.

Excellent Car Buying Experience. I was looking for a 2018 Mazda 3 with heated seats. My son did some computer searches and found the car that met my criteria at a great price at Mazda of Vacaville. Our salesman Lamont was helpful from the pre-phone interview, through test drive and purchase. The manager gave us a good price on my trade-in. Lamont, the manager and the finance manager all stayed 2 hours past closing to finish our deal. It was worth driving more than 30 minutes to buy this car. My long-time hometown mechanic gave the car two thumbs up.

I went in there with an idea of what I wanted and Al helped me. He was very thorough in explaining the differences in the models and was overall very helpful. The Vacaville dealership didn t have the color I wanted, but they were able to get one transferred the very next day so I purchased. I absolutely love my car, and Al made the process so easy. 10/10 recommend to everyone!!

I was worried about coming here after seeing some of the reviews. However, my experience buying a slightly used car was straightforward and easy. Alim, Melanie, and Alex were very nice and helpful. They didn't try to sell me extra things and the pricing was transparent.A few weeks after I bought the car from here, it was unfortunately stolen. It was a tricky situation with my insurance and the police, since I wasn't yet showing up as the owner according to the DMV. I called the dealership and Alex went above and beyond to make sure I had the documents to prove that I was the owner. It was a stressful situation and he took a lot of time to explain to me what information the dealership would be able to provide, which I really appreciated.

Scam dealership. Adds options to service at ridiculous prices that arent required by Mazda official manual. 650 bucks for regularly scheduled maintenance. Id suggest looking around for independent mechanics.

I had my CX5 first oil change a few days ago. Friendly staff Jay! Smooth experience. I came around lunch time and it took about an hour to get everything done. However, a car wash would be appreciated.

I bought a new Mazda CX 30 April 12, 2023. There was some initial confusion about an out-of-state purchase, but Christian Dimas the general service manager went above and beyond to deliver the car to me. I had to pay California fees initially that I was told would be refunded in a about week because I lived in NV. It s now June 13 and no refund and Christian is not returning messages. Very disappointing because before they had my money they were super responsive.

I use to always take my car to a different Mazda location to do oil changes and any type of maintenance my car needed. However, previous locations always gave me a hard time getting what I needed and they never explained why I need a specific thing to get done all they cared about was the cash and that s it. Then I decided to visit a different location which happened to be this one, and I can t put into words how awesome the service is here . I always get greeted right when entering the door, they always offer coupons and decent prices, free car washes , and excellent satisfaction. There s also a service advisor here named TJ he s the best , always explains everything clearly and very nicely. And can t forget about the awesome service manager here, named Andrew he just goes above and beyond with providing outstanding customer service, he s always helpful and willing to help. Love this place
