I am very pleased with the paint job Maaco did on my 2011 Toyota Corolla. The paint matched perfectly and the price was reasonable. No more rusty roof and scratched up hood. Thank you Maaco and Stacie for the excellent customer service experience.Mila

Took my vehicle to address peeling clear coat on hood, top and rear hatch. Had checked other local shops but was suggested to try Maaco because they would be more reasonable. Vince did the inspection and the actual paint had faded and would need to be repainted. He quoted me a price of under $1500 to paint the hood, top and rear hatch. It actually ended up being a little over $1400 plus he took care of the fading headlights and other areas. I waited a week before writing this review to make sure I had time to check all the details of the work. I'm very meticulous about my cars and I was not disappointed by any aspect of the work performed. Vince and the office staff are amazing plus they have a lot of sports jerseys, shoes and other items for sale at the shop. I've lived in Vacaville over 25 years and passed by this place many times thinking, I'd never take my cars there. I remember the $399 paint job from the 90's commercial and thought, they'll probably paint the emblems, trim and everything else. Not some place I'd consider doing any work for me. Totally misjudged and can't speak for any of the other Maaco's but the Vacaville shop will definitely get my business again if needed. Thanks

Did a great job on my wifes 2003 Sierra, repainted the roof and tonneau cover. There were a few issues to follow up on and Bill made it happen. Very pleased with the work and the price.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Maaco is the place to go for an honest and reliable place to get any body work and paint work. I had a dent and scratch on my front fender for my Harley and they fixed up like brand new. Very good pricing for the quality!!

I am a return customer. Last paint is still like day one. Quality all the way. No fear of workmanship. Very friendly staff. Very efficient and friendly office employee.its actually fun to place an order with confidence it will be completed on time and with quality work

Terrible service. They wouldn't even take my car. The man who I inquired about a quote with said that they only take big trucks for $7k or more so painting my car wasn't even worth their time. I thought Maaco was the place to take your car for an affordable paint job. I guess not.

I can t share enough gratitude to Maacos and Vince. This incident traumatized me, on so many levels. But, from the moment I called, I was treated with such care and overall concern. The hurricane of emotions I brought in was not even something they worried about. Maacos and Vince took care of my car and were more concerned about making sure I was ok. They did a beautiful job, looks like nothing even happened. I am so happy and grateful for ALL that Maacos and Vince did for me and my car Thank you so very much

Maaco is a good value paint job.If you're restoring a vintage beauty, this is not the place for you. Keeping that in mind, I was getting a paint job on a 14 year old 4x4 pickup with a mismatched camper shell. I have no complaints, but I expected some drips here and there. I wasn't let down. I had to bring the truck back a couple times, once for a longer hair in the paint and some missed spots on the camper. The owner, Vince, was happy to redo the door (and front quarter panel) to fix the hair and the camper got touch up paint applied.I highly recommend calling ahead when you're expecting to pick up your vehicle. If it's not ready, they won't call you, which can lead to some major inconvenience and it wasn't ready on time for either the initial pick up time or the fix pick up time.All in all, I was happy for the job I got for the price I paid and I would recommend Vacaville Maaco for someone looking for a paint job on an older but not classic vehicle.

We had our small RV done there a few years ago for over $5k. I was reluctant to do a review as they were so nice. But the more I look at the paint job, the more I wish I had gone some place else. There were a number of birds eyes, poor paint coverage, no caulking removed, they just painted right over everything, including rubber sealing. But the worst was the pin striping. Look at the photos below.2019-05-20 in answer to the response to my email below I have emailed the company and asked if they would be willing to redo the pin striping. So far it's been a month and I've gotten no reply. Again, they are very nice people and I don't wish them ill will, but they really need to work on quality control.

Vince (the owner) and his team at Maaco went above and beyond to fix my complex list of vehicle issues. From running an engine diagnostic, to repairing my leaky roof, to replacing my battery, to fixing my security system issue, to repairing peeling paint, this team at Maaco is top notch. This was my third time taking a vehicle to Maaco for various issues, and I experienced the same outstanding customer service at my first two visits, as well. Vince and the team at Macco are an incredible team! Their customer service is exceptional and they keep you informed throughout the process. They recently did some repair paintwork to our fifth wheel and the quality in craftsmanship is excellent. This team has consistently delivered excellent service and created delight! I believe in this Maaco unreservedly and wholeheartedly. The paint job on my Accord is fantastic, and wonderfully affordable (honestly, astonishingly affordable). Then, I brought my car in for a quote to repair a piece of molding and they fixed it on the spot (and refused to charge me nor accept any money). I wouldn t go anywhere else.

I had posted a good review day I picked up Corolla. However, my wife identified sight dents on top hood driver/passenger side. I called Maaco and spoke with Bernita. She scheduled an appt 11/25 9am. Met with Vince 11/25, he said I will need to come back on 11/29 at 10am and talk to Bill. They will review photos prior to painting top hood to see if dents were present.I had scheduled my Tacoma Truck to be dropped off on 11/28, so they could paint truck cover. I informed Vince that I would not drop off my truck until Corolla top hood is resolved, he replied I understand.I will update this post as we proceed on this matter.I met with Bill of Maaco today Dec. 6th which was a follow up meeting from last week. Bill has agreed to fix dents on hood and repaint it next month. I want to personally Thank Bill and Maaco Team for bringing this matter to a speedy resolution. Therefore, I have changed their rating to 5 Stars.

We appreciated the reasonable price to prepare and paint our 2008 Roadtrek Versatile 210 RV/Chevy Van a new color. We liked Vince, the shop manager. He was available to discuss our wishes and have the work done exactly as we wanted and when he agreed to have it completed, Nov 14, 2022. We've received compliments everywhere we've driven the van. I wanted to give Maaco Vacaville and Vince five stars on my review...BUT...the painter forgot to latch the water heater vent on the outside of our van. A simple mistake. The first time we drove the van on the freeway, it blew off. We didn't notice it was missing until we stopped in Arizona.We bought a new vent at Camping World in Phoenix for $97. When we came home I called Maaco Vacaville and asked if Vince would reimburse the cost of their mistake. He wasn't in town, so a secretary asked me to send an email with pictures of the van and the receipt to Vince. So, I sent them. I did not receive a response. In a few weeks I emailed Vince again. He has never replied at all! Now is Jan 10, 2023!! So, I can only give this shop three stars after all.

Other than the paint job going through my insurance company was great trying to get a hold of the owner from Maaco was a challenge. I didn t hear back from him once my wife s car was broken into and because of that our storage was broken into and the owner did nothing about. We had both cars that were getting worked on and when I tried to get a hold of the owner several times I did not hear from him not once If you want to get anything done at maaco ONLY talk to Norma or BillService: Painting

Vince, the owner was amazing! Our friends let us borrow their camper and my wife scraped the entire left side driver wheel pulling out of the gas station. We we only visiting CA for two weeks and had just been in the road for a few days. We called multiple places in the Davis area. Vince, though incredibly busy, somehow managed to fit us in and created a high quality fix that worked for our time limitations and budget. We were so grateful. So disappointed. Just got my truck back from paint. Paint on my trim, inside of my door panel, on my key, half my leaf spring, windshield, and glob of paint on my bumper.Looks like a I don't care rush my truck out job.Won't got backTake my cash and give me a spray and pray paint job. Hope someone shows you the same respect you showed my truck

Bought used truck from dealership in the area, carfax said there was no reported damage to truck. After having the truck for a month or so, noticed a couple of bubbles popping up on door of truck. Took truck to Maaco and Vince told me that who ever painted the door did it wrong ie wrong color, and didn't use hardener in paint. Took the truck back to dealership and they "repaired" the door. Bubbles returned a few days later. Took it to Maaco, and they discovered that the upper half of the door had been damaged. Vince called me and explained my rights and what I should say to the dealership to get the dealership to repair the door at their expense.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
