Upon my arrival at Jiffy Lube, I encountered a service representative whose demeanor was regrettably unprofessional, prompting concerns about the quality of customer service. Despite potential mitigating circumstances, the individual's discourteous behavior persisted. Subsequently, during the service, my vehicle suffered significant damage, including the irreparable bending of the air filter housing, a enormous crack that has resulted in an ongoing rattling noise every time I operated my vehicle, necessitating the purchase of a replacement. Additionally, the oil intake tube was cracked. I strongly recommend seeking alternative automotive service providers to avoid the risk of potential damage to one's vehicle.

Very friendly staff. Topped off my oil in a few minutes. Charge was totally reasonable and no labor fee.This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube. It was a great experience.

Yes I have visited J Lube in Vacaville for the past several years. Regardless if they are really busy or not the service by all the employees that day is friendly, knowledgeable, and just great. I especially appreciate that each customer is immediately greeted as soon as one drives into the store entrance. Prices are reasonable. Always feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Thank you

My daughter took her vehicle in and they were very professional and were able to get her in and out quickly. Their customer service was great and we will definitely be bringing our vehicles back. Gabe was very helpful and kind!

Wow If I could give this place 100 stars I would! These employees are AMAZING and hardworking. They were able to get me in last minute for an oil change, tire rotation/check, and top off windshield fluid, and quickly. I don t live in town but I d definitely make the far drive just so I can receive their excellent services again. Forever grateful for you all.

The auto techs are all courteous and provided prompt and efficient service. I got an oil change, my windshield wipers, and airfilters replaced. My windshield fluid was also refilled. Lastly, I used the online discount of $25.00. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Gab was really nice and explained and answered all my questions. I did not have any concerns about wanting to sell me anything or get anything that I didn t want to be put on. He was very nice and kind and everyone there. They all greeted me goodbye as well which was nice.

This facility stays true to its word, continuing to service customers until close. I am always able to sneak in around 1700 on my way home from work when they close at 1730. Extremely convenient and fast. The employees are always courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I appreciate their recommendations. "This filter is starting to get dirt, but could probably wait to be changed until next visit," as they physically show you the part in question. The services only took 15-20 minutes for a oil change and tire rotation. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I tend to get my service at a small location in Fairfield but happened to be in Vacaville on my day off. Stopped at a couple "lube shops" along Monte Vista but didn't go in. Ultimately I googled lube shops and I was a block away from yours. Less than 30 minutes - in and out. The entire staff was awesome!

It's been quite a while since I last got one of my vehicles taken care of at Jiffy Lube. But you know, something interesting happened recently. I had this really awesome customer service experience at the Jiffy Lube in Vacaville. It was so good that I actually made a spontaneous choice to bring in my wife's car for an oil change on that very same day.I mean, seriously, the folks (Daniel and Colby) there treated me so well. The customer service was just top-notch. It got me thinking that I should probably start bringing in my vehicles for regular maintenance at that particular location. When you find a place that treats you right and does a great job, it just makes sense to stick with them, you know? So, yeah, I'm definitely planning to make this Jiffy Lube my go-to spot for keeping my vehicles in good shape.

Excellent quick service! I planned to take in both of my cars on the same day, planned to be waiting for a couple of hours. The first car was done within 15-20 minutes, then the second just 30 minutes, but added spark plug service. They got me on my way in virtually no time, and got to enjoy the rest of my day off! I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years, And I have used the same coupon that pops up on yelp every time without an issue. Now all of a sudden they no longer accept it. This is false advertising, and I will no longer be bringing my vehicle or any of my families company vehicles to this location or any Jiffy Lube for that matter.

I have been coming to Jiffy Lube in Vacaville CA for many years. I feel protected with their quality service and friendly, respectful manner. I depend on Jiffy Lube top off service when I travel, they have my records in their computer system and can always see where my car needs service. Quick and friendly service! Gabe was very informative and patient. I went in for an oil change and Gabe clearly discussed options and gave an accurate time estimate. Staff was super friendly and easy. Gabe checked me in on arrival, there were 2 or 3 other vehicles ahead of me , and they got me through the whole process of oil change + air filter in about an hour. It was a good experience overall.

I won t go any place other than here for my car maintenance. The staff is very professional, punctual, courteous and definitely 5 star worthy! The crew here is the BEST and KNOWS WHAT TEAM WORK IS!! I've been coming to this location for 2 years now. Service is always great, the guys are professional. Vince is the face of this location. He does an outstanding job with customer service. He always in a great mood, great attitude. It makes me happy to see him walk up. The rest of the staff is great as well. They have everything in stock. My truck takes 2 different fuel filters and I run full synthetic oil. They are able to accommodate me everytime and in a timely manner( this is a busy location). Thanks you!

Everyone here was very friendly. They had the fuel filters for our Ram diesel. The lobby was clean and the wait time was acceptable. Special shout out to Gabe who was very helpful and friendly.

I usually go to Jiffy Lube for all of my oil change services. They are usually respectful, knowledgeable and quick. I always stay in my car during oil changes. This time, I expressed that I did not want to leave my car for personal reasons and was told they could not do the service while I m in my car. I understand safety, which is why they usually say they need to drive my car in, and then I can be walked to my car. I am not sure why I was denied this option this time around.Went down the road to Express Oil Change and they had no problems with me staying in the car and it was cheaper!

I arrived about 15 minutes before opening. The crew were getting things set up prepped for their day. Without my knowledge the manager entered my vehicle into the computer system before opening to speed up service. A hallmark of a pro. I got to talking with the crew, and was met with friendly and professional communication. The multi point inspection that was done found a power steering leak and a break light out. I opted to replace the brake light and like magic the crew had completed the task without me observing. I happily paid for services rendered, thanked the GM and his team, and got on with my morning. I recently chance my oil in this place . No good employees not professional, their just started doing this job . Because their left mi oil filters dip oil , my filter air thier loses my screw the cabin box filter grrr . I never used jiffylube and never recommended..
