What hasn't this place fixed on my car! Haha! They are absolutely amazing!! My car has had so many problems but they always seem to find the problem and fix it and don't upsell anything and always are up front and honest with about what needs to be done. We will always bring our cars to them. Ralph is absolutely amazing and helpful. We have taken my car to other shops and they have made things worse and this shop always fixes other people's screw ups.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes, Battery

Finally found an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable repair shop in Vacaville, CA. Already paid over $2,000 of repair bills accumulated by Les Schwab but they have not corrected the diagnosis of humming noise and vibrations. Les Scwab replaced the two front shock absorbers, all four breaks, one wheelbearing hub and they have not solved the problem. Hence, sought help from the Import Masters and in just 10 minutes, Martin their tech, diagnosed an uneven tire thread and a CV joint. Firestone replaced my tires and Import Masters replaced the CV joint. Now my car is running new again. Thanked Ralph, the owner and Martin, the best car technician in town. First time here and upon entering the building was greeted by a respectful voice, Martin. I explained my car issues and he asked for the keys to check out the problem. Martin explained the issue and ordered the part to arrive in 30 mins. The work was done in no time and I found myself and the car back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Import Master Auto Services and will return as a customer again.

Came in for an oil change today. Despite having cars on most of the racks, they were still able to get me in immediately. Had me in and out in less than an hour and charged a reasonable price. Clean facility, clean bathrooms, great customer service. Will definitely come back. Thanks guys!

Great Customer service fast efficient reasonable price They take the time to explain to you what the problem is with your car. My car always comes back clean. No grease or dirt on my steering wheel or Floor mats So give them a call. They definitely know how to work on cars. The only place that I will take my cars too.

I called at 10 am because my whip wasn't starting. Whoever answered the phone said I could take it right in, so I got it towed over. 5 pm came and went, so I figured they were closed for the day and Id get a call in the morning. Surprise!! They ended up calling me at 5:30 (after their business hours) saying it was done and I could come get it. Yippee!!!! Yaaay!!! I was beyond stoked! Thank you so much guys for quickly taking care of me & my jeep!!Great mechanics, I would recommend this shop to anyone :D10/10 Service: Battery

10/10! Offers fair pricing, quick, and great customer service! Called a week prior to inquire about an oil change quote. After reading their reviews I made an appointment and I m glad that I did. It took less than an hour for them to service my car. Keep in mind the type of oil needed for your car and the quantity of how much is needed. My total was $89.11 (includes labor, motor oil, and tax)! PS: They do military discount on selected services. Call to inquire!

We were broke down on the road while heading home after a long trip. At 4:30 I spoke with Eric. He said bring it in the morning. He had us back on the road by noon the next day. He was very courteous and honest. We went to the dealer first before finding this business.. The dealer quoted us $5,000.Import Master Auto Service did the repairs for UNDER $650. Thank goodness there are honest people out there not taking advantage of 2 seniors in a bad situation!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They work fast and repair cost was reasonable and fair. Great attitude and customer service from all mechanics and staff. We had the same mechanic for many years but were really looking for someone closer to our new home. Totally recommend.

My go to place for all repairs on my Lexus. They are honest and don't haggle you into getting unnecessary work done. No appointments, so get there early. First come first serve. Highly recommended!

These guys are very honest and helpful, they got me right in and were able to diagnose my issues quickly. They offered pointers and were very kind and professional. I've finally found my local mechanic shop!

I brought my car in there to have a radiator hose replaced they found that both my radiator hoses were bad and then the guy Eric was a saint I did not have money to replace the second one so the guy put it in and he didn't even charge me I got to tell you this guy Eric is a gentleman and you just don't find those anymore I would recommend using this shop for sure like I said you don't find people like that no more I'm a senior citizen on social security and he did me righteous Service: General repairs & maintenance

Import Masters are who you want to go to if you want car nerds who know their way around a vehicle. Their excellent prices, and they look out for you. No BS or tricks. Family owned and runned! Love these guys! I get my oil changed here, and all my needs taken care. Not one woopsie moment ever!

They good and fast but pricey. But thats how it goes when you get dropped of by a tow truck Fixed my starter and they did a good job. Charged me $400 tho

No problem with the work or the people being courteous. Just a major issue with the price quoted to the price billed. Almost double to the original quote.(after giving a two star review management contacted me and try to rectify the problem)
