I had an appointment at 8am on Saturday. I dropped off my car the night before. I called at 1pm to inquire the status of the diagnostic. They said they would call me back. I called by 5 and said service department is closed. So what s the point of an appointment? If they re not going to work on my car?

Had an appt at 11am, got there and the car wasn't ready to be shown. They had to finish some inspection. So I said fine let's finalize the numbers before test driving it since I knew I'd likely want the car. The advertised deal online was a lease for $239. By the end of talking and once they ran the numbers all of a sudden it was $360 a month. I understand there's some taxes and fees involved but that is a 54% increase in the monthly payment. Taxes are typically 10%. They couldn't make it make sense, said it was stuff out of their control, like the manufacturer adding a cargo net, first aid kit, and mats adds that much. Waste of my time.

Service department is horrible. The lack of professionalism is unsettling. A simple oil change service, which I was told would take 1-2 hours, took 4. Not exaggerating. When I brought it up to the service associate who took in my car all he said was ok . No ownership at all. No apology. Nothing. If Hyundai had another dealership close by I would much rather go anywhere instead of Vacaville Hyundai. I m in the market for a new car and Hyundai has been great to me but I will 100% be buying from another dealership if I buy another Hyundai.

I reached out to Hyundai of Vacaville in hopes they could get a specific vehicle. Not only did Dia reply promptly, she also sent a video explaining/demonstrating the differences in models and features. Dia seemed more like a long time friend than sales associate and her friendly disposition made her so easy to work with. And if she was busy, she made sure to have a colleague reach out. (Thanks Chef!) Because we had our kids with us my husband and I had a misunderstanding which resulted in changes needing to be made to our finance agreement, but it was done without question and we didn't feel pressured into keeping options we ultimately decided we didn't want. Truly the easiest car purchase we have ever made. Hope you all at Hyundai of Vacaville have a fantastic New Year!!

Edwin was amazing to work with and Greg came through for our cars! Such a blessing! We have never had a better buying experience and have recommended our friends to head over this weekend! We also loved how Gill explained all the paperwork we were signing so easily. I definitely recommend buying a car from Hyundai Vacaville! Their playlist is fire in the sales room as well! we will continue to purchase our cars here

Been going to this dealership for 7 years. Service continues to decline. Took vehicle for oil change and tire rotation Saturday May 6. Driving home after service, cabin filled with a strong oil smell which still there three days later. Right side of windshield was covered in oil as well as splatter on right front quarter panel. Paper towel to clean this was covered in oil. Hood had oil residue as well as scratches from something dropped. Responded to text survey and heard nothing back. Oil is in cracks on right side of vehicle

Took my car here for an engine replacement and to have the front passenger side speaker replaced. After receiving the car back, i didn't realize the passenger door panel had been broken and not put on correctly until someone sat in the seat a few days later and told me. I then looked at it and was able to see that a clip is clearly broken, the buttons don't sit right, and the window button sticks. Additionally, i have now come to notice that the engine has a rattling noise when accelerating. I called the dealership to bring it in and was told i have to schedule an appointment so the techs can confirm. This is ridiculous that i have to schedule an appointment for the techs to confirm that they didn't do their job right instead of being able to bring it in immediately. The front end staff here is great but the techs clearly don't care for their quality of work. Wouldn't recommend coming to this dealership for any type of maintenance unless it's for warranty work, not worth wasting the money.Update: 3/7/22After managing to bring my car in the following day from posting the original review, it was found that the alternator bolt was loose. After going to pick my car back up, there was now a hissing sound coming from the car so I brought it back. They then found that they had broke the air intake. After i week of them having my car they call me to tell me it was ready. When i picked it up I immediately heard another rattle and was told it was probably something inside the air vents. I then noticed that the door panel was still broken and had not been replaced so i told them and they said they would order it. On 03/26/22 it was finally replaced. The rattling noise never stopped so today i looked under the hood. After a few minutes of looking around i then find that the alternator support bracket bolt was hanging out. I called service to ask for the torque specs so i can tighten it myself. I was told just hand tight. This should speak for itself about these tecs. Also, there is all this oil looking stuff behind the engine that they never cleaned up. I was never given any complimentary detail for my inconveniences. Out of words for the service on my car will not be coming back after i drop it off this Saturday for the techs to go over every single bolt and make sure everything is tight.

The Service Department is horrible. They're impossible to get ahold of on the phone (20+ minute wait times before the receptionist gives up and asks you to leave a message), they don't return messages, and they take forever for repairs. I had to escalate my warranty repair to Hyundai of America's consumer service department, and even my *official* *Hyundai* case manager can't get ahold of these folks! To date, Hyundai of Vacaville has had my car for a warranty repair for *20* days and they haven't even submitted a repair authorization to Hyundai of America yet! I'm sure that this dealership's sales folks are fine, but avoid their service department for anything other than routine oil changes -- they're utterly horrible. For the life of me, I can't understand why Hyundai of America hasn't revoked this dealership's franchise rights yet -- these guys are just the worst.

I purchased a Hyundai sonata limited hybrid,at Vacaville dealer.The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable.The warranty is great,good suspension and the sound system is bose. Best part is the vehicle gives me a good mileage 51 miles per gallon.The price was great no ridiculous price markup.Good job Hyundai,the only comment I have is no floor mats included in the vehicle,I ended up buying a floor mats.What up with that Hyundai?limitted edition no floor mats

Amazing experience at Hyundai Vacaville. I was here just to check out a used Sonata, but my sellsperson Najia was so welcoming and helpful. She asked me if I liked the car and then she got me the best deal I could get. I got a used 2015 Sonata, but it's previous owners kept it in mint condition and it definitely doesn't looks like a 7 year old car. Thanks guys, it was great doing business with you.

DO NOT BUY FROM HYUNDAI OF VACAVILLE !!!I regrettably bought a new car from them in 2021. I also bought the extended warranty. I had nothing but problems with the infotainment center and they could not fix it. I finally sold the car in Jan of 2023 and asked the finance person to cancel my extended warranty package. After jumping through the HOOP to get that done, I was told my remaining money would be mailed back to me in 6-8 weeks. Today is 9-27-2023 and after weeks of calling and leaving my name and number asking someone to call me back, they refuse to. They are obviously holding onto my money, hoping I move on without it. Every time I have called to speak to the finance person, they are unavailable or in a meeting. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!They need to be better than this!!

This used to be my favorite dealership. I was recently quoted $400.00 for a blend vent part. I checked on Amazon for the same part $29.00! I get that they need to make a profit but seriously?!!!

Pleased with the performance of this Hyundai dealer and its customer service. My only drawback is the impacted service drive and parking, and a one month wait time for an appointment. Service advisor Rocky did very well and represented the dealership well.

Friendly dealership all around. Prices are more reasonable than other dealerships we checked out. Oscar and the rest of the staff were very attentive, not pushy at all. We got the exact new car that we wanted and it was in impeccable shape when we received it. We would definitely buy another vehicle from Hyundai of Vacaville.

Extremely disappointed with my experience due to deceptive business practices and subpar customer service. I had filled out a sales order form even before their opening hours. Afterward, I received a text asking how they could assist me, to which I promptly replied that I was interested in leasing a car. They assured me they would get back to me.However, the frustration began when, despite three follow-up calls and their promises of actively working on my request, I received the news that the vehicle I wanted had been sold. This ordeal left me thoroughly unsatisfied, and I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase or lease from this dealership. Your experience is likely to be far from pleasant, so exercise caution and consider alternative options

I am a repeat buyer from this dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. I called a week after the purchase because I forgot how to operate a feature. My salesman, Edwin, offered to walk my husband though it, and even offered to come by our home so that we wouldn't be inconvenienced having to come into the dealership. That's what I call service after the sale!UPDATE:I had to change my rating from a 5 to a 2. Still stand by that this is a great vehicle, but the Service department sucks!. Was told that I needed 4 new tires for a vehicle with only 38,000. They said that Michelin tires were no good and that this is the expected life. I then drove to 2 different tire shops to a second and third opinion (without telling them any backstory). Both said that they are excellent tires, and based on the current wear, I should expect to get about 60,000 miles.Shame on Hyundai of Vacaville for trying to get over on me. I would still consider buying a third Hyundai, but definitely won't have it serviced here.

My experience with Hyundai of Vacaville has been phenomenal. Garrett was direct and upfront about pricing and completely understood my needs for a new vehicle. He simplified the process of buying by having my sign most of the documents online. We agreed on the pricing over the phone and email and I spent a little more than 2 hours at the dealership to get my brand new vehicle. Shout out to Jose in finance to make the process super smooth (was done in 15 mins). No upsell and respected my choices.I have had extremely positive experience with this dealership and would recommend giving them a chance for your car buying needs.

Bought a new car, and they up-saled me on the protective coating, Cilijet (spelling?). Not mad about that, but when we brought the car in to have it done, it ruined the paint job. I have now had to drive from Woodland to Vacaville multiple times to get them to fix their mistake. Two weeks out, still no resolution. What's worse, they do not call me or send me updates on my car. Starting to get frustrated. Might want to try a different Hyundai dealership. Car's awesome though (2023 Hyundai Tucson PHEV).Update. We are over a month out and they still haven't fixed the paint job. They did give us a loaner Hyundai Santa Fe, so at least we are not car-less. However, we bought a new car over a month and a half ago and haven't been able to drive it for a month. Really annoying. The folks we are talking to are nice, but talk is cheap when nothing gets done to rectify this problem.

Thank you to the technicians and staff at Hyundai in Vacaville, especially Logan Clark. I typically hate getting my car services but the staff was so accommodating to me and my frenchie. Even though it was a busy Saturday the entire staff maintained such a great energy and got me back on the road as quickly as possible.

I ve left a negative review in the past and Vacaville Hyundai continues to disappoint. Called Hyundai customer service because my car seat is starting to fall apart along the stitching. They said it wasn t. Refused to look at the account notes to figure out where the discrepancy happened. I have 4 Hyundai vehicles in different cities and this dealership is the only one that ever gives us any issues.

My man Danimal (Daniel) B was an awesome guy. Obviously new at the car selling game so he was learning still, but he knew where to find answers and was able to get me really close to what my target number was. Still not sure I believe that he "couldn't find" the base model keys and *had* to show us the convenience model, but it fit out budget and needs so full send. And honestly, I respect the hustle if that was an upsell.I've bought two cars in the past 4 years, both from this dealership and I've yet to be disappointed.
