Hands down the best auto body shop I ve ever been to. The customer service is second to none. My car was hit, they took great care of me. With constant updates and my car looked better than how I brought it in.

Update: the manager called me and replaced the bumper. Car looks great now. Wish it would ve gotten fixed right away, not after I posted a negative review. Still grateful however.Joke of a auto repair shop. Tried to lie to me that they installed an oem bumper when they didn t. The price estimate showed it was a non-oem part. Didn t install it correctly and or the bumper didn t fit correctly. Still they choose to return the car to me with a poor fitting bumper. Bumper got scuffed because they didn t install it correctly/ it didn t fit well. Came back showed them the bumper wasn t installed correctly. They fixed it , the bumper was still not fitting correctly, but refused to do more. They said the bumper had been scuffed so they couldn t do anything else. It only got scuffed because they didn t install it correctly in the first place. The photos are after they fixed the front bumper This place lacks professionalism, integrity, and pride for their work. The bumper was shaking when I was driving on the highway prior to them fixing it .

Everyone is so happy, I sat in the lobby for an hour waiting for my ride. Very professional and happy. The car was ready when they thought it would be and it looks great.

Young employee opened the door for me when I arrived. I walked in and was in awe and fascinated with the fancy body. As an airforce brat and carpenters daughter, the detailed craftsmanship of the counter and woodwork were amazing. The picture behind the front desk awesome. Most of all picture to left, sitting from waiting room had me memorized. From where I wad sitting the outline looked like a ghost, with with tree roots as legs. Little white house in middle. Fantastic painting. Tyler Frid approached me, very pleasant, looked at my car. Very explanatory, took care of my needs. Girls at desk, were extremely helpful. Did research of your building. I was very impressed, at same time was sadden to hear of Mr Crozat passing. Tyler said decades ago was Candy store. Probably had penny candy and cany sticks. Thank you.

10/10 experience. Super fast turn around time and excellent communication during repairs. Super friendly and efficient staff, very transparent and not at all the typical auto body repair experience of surprise pricing/ hoops to jump though. 100% recommend and will be back for any needed repairs. Made insurance claim hassle free. (Geico) very pleased with our experience.

The worst service ever! You brought your car to fix - you will get it back more destroyed. G and C is name of no quality! Not sure how they are still doing their business after so many complaints.

The folks at G&C Auto body are superb! Customer service was excellent, did an outstanding job on the repair and exceeding all my expectations. Their process was straightforward and they did not under deliver or over promise. They told me it would take up to 2 weeks for my repair but they got it done in less than 1 week. Super professional and nice over at G&C Auto Body! Always keeps you updated on repairs and how it s coming along. Only thing is giving me an estimate day and it took 2 days longer for it to be done. It isn t a big deal but not having it done when they said was a bit frustrating. Overall I definitely recommend this body shop!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great service here. It was my first time having to take my car in to get the front bumper fixed, so I was very anxious, but I was put at ease immediately, from the moment I called them to set up an appointment.Everyone was incredibly friendly and personable. Giving information and filling out papers in their lobby was a breeze. Brian helped me and he was on top of things the whole time, calling me about updates, going through the details of the issues of the bumper, etc. After an appointment was set up, he was able to get the parts needed and got done with my car in the matter of 24 hours! First off, great customer service and very nice employees. However, I can't recommend this shop. I took my car in for repair and the paint work was not good. The color match was terrible. My car looks like a patchwork of colors now. It bums me out everytime I look at it. I complained about how poorly it came out but they said that it was the best they could do. Now I have to take it elsewhere and pay out of pocket to get it repaintedServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was here for body repair. I worked with Kenny who was always professional and kind, I wasn t happy with my repair being delayed, but also understood it was through no fault of Kenny and his team. I was frustrated and expressed that and he listened, understood and apologized. This was my second time taking my car to this body shop and overall was pleased with the customer service and work on my car.I highly recommend!!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is hands down the best body shop I have ever used. They were extremely professional and helpful. Everything was explained well and the work was outstanding. The paint matches perfectly. I had an issue with my trim after the repair. They fixed the issue then ordered me a whole new part to keep it from happening again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good work and customer service.

Brian and the team at G&C Auto Body are phenomenal! I've never had a repair go so seamless. Brian communicated with me openly and frequently. AWESOME AFTER CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEFT!!I ve now been here THREE TIMES due to catalytic converter theft on my Prius. Harrison and staff have always been very helpful, expedient and thorough, and their customer service is top notch. They are the shop that Geico uses for estimates. I may be able to save a little bit of money if I went to that place (something garage in SOMA) m, but I bet that place is always overbooked and would have to trek to the City. I only mention so if your insurance doesn t cover your catalytic converter, that place could be a lifesaver for someone on.a set budget, otherwise, G&C is the place to go. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Excellent place to have your car repaired if you have the misfortune of needing this service. Brian was excellent to work with. He kept me informed of my car's progress and his interaction with my insurance company. I'd give more stars but the limit is 5!

I was in a minor accident recently and had to have my car repaired. I haven't ever used an auto body shop before. G&C is one of the local shops in AAA's Direct Repair Network and has very high ratings so I went with them. I am beyond satisfied with the service, the staff, the communication, the repair work, and the ease of facilitating drop-off/pick-up and the rental car assistance. Brian and Jackie were so helpful and communicated with me throughout the process. I definitely recommend G & C Auto Body in Vacaville!Service: Body & Trim

Best experience I've had with auto body repairs. Not knowing any body shops a friend told us about G&C. Called the office to see if we needed an appt. told to come in at our convenience, met with manager, James who was very pleasant, he explained the process, how much time involved and arranged the car rental details. The work done was great, completely satisfied. The staff at G&C are great, excellent customer service skills!!

If you want your car back the first time and done correctly you will avoid this shop which took over 5 weeks to get my car back. The people are nice yes but i didn t pay for nice people i paid for my car to be fixed properly the first time and $500 deductible. I then took it in a second time a couple weeks later because it was driving terrible the ABS light came on and was causing my steering to stiffen up then the traction control light came on which the steering got real loose plus they missed a section of my rear fender that had a huge gash in it and clearly needed the attention while it was in the shop the first time so they had it for 17 additional days to only get it back and they want me to pay again another $500 deductible for something thats just so absurd. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM FIX because i still feel unsafe driving my 2018 vehicle.

My new Kia Rio was in a fender bender / hit & run. The left side was scratched and dented.I came in to G & C not really familiar with the auto body business. I was immediately consulted with Patrick and he gave me straight forward information on the total estimate, the time frame for repair, and the logistics of the rental.All-in-all, I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday at Lunch, was given a rental vehicle (at a minimal cost) at the same time. I received a voicemail two day later with an update.The following Wednesday the vehicle was ready for pickup. The body-part they replaced had to be painted and match the rest of the vehicle's factory coat.It looks terrific!! Every time I approach my car I try and see if I can see anything they missed.Absolutely nothing hahaha. It's magic.Thank you for the great service and more importantly the great work your team at G & C Auto Body performed!!

This is my third car repair with G&C. I said I would refer friends and family, didn t think I would be back so soon. I wouldn t have picked any other shop to fix my car. Their amazing customer service brought me back!!! Brian & Harris & team are awesome.
