Had my truck towed in on 4/11 and went by on 4/12 to grab some stuff needed for work went in truck was fine in the same state I left it when it was towed in but came back to pick up 4/17 and the truck was completely thrashed. Someone went through all of my receipts, Paperwork, and stole multiple items broke my stereo microphone when I asked the shop about what happened. They said the truck was locked through the weekend And no one was in it. The truck came in that way which was false. I had them Tow and bring to the shop for repairs completely ridiculous that the truck was left open and no responsibility was claimed on their behalf due to my truck being damaged

Excellent A+ service!! Mo and staff here are friendly, professional and thorough. I called in the morning for a Brake/ Lamp inspection on my motorcycle and made an appointment for that morning, quick and easy. They even confirmed my appointment via text which was nice peace of mind since I was traveling through traffic from 30+ miles away. I highly recommend them for certified vehicle inspection services! ++

Bash and the staff did an incredible job. Not only were their prices SIGNIFICANTLY more affordable than their competitors they also did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this auto body shop.

Took my car to this shop for a Cylinder 1 misfire, was diagnosed as such and was recommended to replace the spark plug. They replaced the spark plug and they said I was good to go. Drove the car ten minutes home and found that the issue was still there.Decided to tow it to the dealership so I wouldn't waste any more money.. and guess what. Dealer found a CRACKED spark plug in cylinder 1. Either they gave me an incorrect spark plug and aren't knowledgeable or they supplied me with a cracked one already. Either way it's definitely unprofessional.Wouldn't waste my money here if I were you honestly.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was involved in a collision that almost took my life, and the damage so bad the car was nearly totaled. Fortunately enough for me, I was able to get my car done at this wonderful shop that was so thorough, communicative, and really just so excellent with their work!! In one of the dark is the hardest times of my life, Bash and the entire staff really came through for me and my car, I 100% recommend!! Even after the work was complete, Est�s continuously checked in to make sure all is well! Excellent customer service! My AC had gone out in my car and I was feeling miserable in the rising heat, so I decided to give this new place a try. I'm glad I did, because I was impressed with their level of customer service! The team offered to work after hours to get my car fixed, and despite being tired working hours after close they still were there with smiles on their faces when I came to pick up my car.I was given a detailed breakdown of the pricing. They were honest, patient, and kind all through the process. Not always something you'd find! I'll be recommending them to more people for their level of customer service and professionalism.

I was on my way to Fairfield when my vehicle started overheating. A tow truck picked up my car and since I wasn't familiar with the area they suggested Peabody Auto for me.I was so happy with their fast response to determining the issue with my car and replacing my radiator so quickly. The service and employees were fast, efficient, and friendly. Additionally, the employees were so helpful with all of my questions. Customer-service is definitely something they have at the highest level. As well as my car is in great shape again!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys do exceptional work & I won t take my car to anyone else. They are trustworthy, reliable & fair. They go above and beyond with customer service. I came here for an oil change. It is a good location so I thought I'd check it out. It was more expensive then I usually pay. The guys sitting at the front were not very friendly and seemed like they just want you to pay and get out. On the paperwork it said they would top off my other fluids, which they did not. So I ended up paying more than usual for less service. I won't be returning.Service: Oil change

Extremely pleased with the fast service with excellent quality. Finished Repairing both cars in the same week. Replaced a radiator on one and replaced an engine on the other car. Also washed the car with engine replaced plus Armour our tires as well. If you are looking for experienced, fair-minded, and honest mechanics. They are the real deal.

I found Peabody Auto Body through Costco and boy am I glad I did! They were professional, courteous and kind. They went above and beyond to explain my Costco tire warranty to me even better than Costco did. Their prices beat three other shops I called. They weren't pushy and didn't tell me I needed work that I didn't really need - in fact a dealership had just recently tried to sell me on a bunch of work - I asked Peabody Auto Body about some of the recommendations, they checked my car and said they didn't see the issue. Thank you for not ripping me off - for being so easy to work with and the best deal around. Looking forward to doing business again with you in the future.

They did not quote me on the phone. He hung up before answering my question on price and when he arrived and told me 275 per hour I thought it was ridiculous but knowing my tow was only 6 miles I Agee s thinking it would take 30 minutes. I took 75 minutes of their time. They start from the second they leave to get you to the time they get back to their shop. He towed me 6 miles. Was kind and professional but charged me 340.00 to tow a car 6 miles!! Outrages and I had quotes for 1/2 this Amount but because he did not tell me price before arrival and I was stranded on the side of the highway and not in a position to turn away a tow u excepted poor terms. I will never recommend this outrageously expensive tow service.

Small, local businesses are not always the cheapest, but there is much more than that to be considered in the customer experience. Mubasher "Bash" was a customer of mine, then I became his. With a full shop, his team squeezed me in same day with no appointment and was done within a few hours. This was perfect, since I was taking my daughter and niece on a trip to the snow the very next day. I don't remember the lady and the gentleman's names at the desk, but they were great as well.
