I have been taking my vehicles to Cecil s for years. I have always been satisfied with the services performed on my cars and I ve never had any issues after work has been completed. Gina, who greets customers, is always friendly and courteous- quite honestly, I think she knows as much about vehicle repair as the mechanics.. I always receive reminders when the next service should be completed and I ve never had problems scheduling an appointment. I will continue taking my vehicle there till they take my license away

Cecil s Hi Tech Auto Care in Vacaville CA is an excellent place for all your cars needs. They really care about the customer. Fair pricing, precision auto technicians. They let you know exactly what is needed and explain everything up front . Joe

I have gone here for many years. They always do a great job. It is not the cheapest place, but I always get what I pay for and they only fix what is necessary. They have always been fair to me and honest. My car has 199,500 miles!!! And still going.

Have been taking my vehicle s to Cecil s Hi-Tech for years and I can honestly say that this place is first class and second to none I ll even go as far as saying they are cooler than the other side of the pillow. Straightforward and professional service from Gina and the mechanics working at Cecil s. They had my car repaired and ready to pick up early. They all know their stuff and are willing to actually talk with you about your car. Special shout-out to Gina for her excellent messaging correspondence. She answered all the questions I had kindly and promptly. Great shop!

I ve been going to Cecil s for over 7 years now. They are professional, personable and most of all HONEST. The work they do is amazing. I take my 2 cars and truck there for ALL my maintenance and/or repairs and will never go back to my dealership ever again.The Service Advisor Gina Gaddis is very professional, kind and courageous to all customers; And she s very knowledgeable about all the work/repair that s recommended by the mechanics/technicians. Had wonderful service here. I made the error of showing up to the wrong auto shop after make an appointment with someone else, but they were understanding and took my car in despite that.They attempted a fix, but when they realized it didn't work, called me immediately to explain that it would be another issue entirely. They were very empathetic about the cost difference. They offered a free car wash after birds dirtied my car up from the night it spent there.They got it fixed and left a nice note in my car, I had a wonderful experience with them, will be coming back!Service: A/C installation & repair

Cecil s Auto Repair has been servicing my 1996 Buick for over 18 years. Never been disappointed of service and repair. Gina at the front desk is very educated and knowledgeable. Went in for an oil change. Not the cheapest but Cecil's has a good rep. Disappointed though when they tried to talk me into cabin and engine air filters change. I had just recently changed the filters my self so I knew they did not need changed. I saw them pull in and know they never really checked the filters before making the recommendation. Easy $80+ for the business as you pay for over priced parts and labor for something you can do yourself in less than 5 Min. Seems like this is a standard as numerous calls were made to customers while I was waiting stating the all need new filters. Maybe they did..but I certainly did not. Beware of this if you use them.Service: Oil change

I started bringing my aging car to Cecil s on my Grandpa s recommendation when I moved to town 4 years ago and they feel like a team I can trust. They ve done great work at fair prices (similar or cheaper than other shops when I ve called around for quotes). They re usually busy so do call ahead for an appointment.

I have been getting my car serviced here exclusively for a few years and don't plan on going anywhere else at this point. I took my car to Cecil s Hi-Tech Auto Care yesterday. I appreciate how caring everyone was. Gina was very kind with a warm smile, talking with her made me feel like I was family. She really made me feel at ease, that my car and I were in the right place. I have used Cecil's Hi Tech for many years and even with the change of owners, employees at customer service and mechanics have always been respectful of customers, spot-on in their assessment of problems and willing to refer to other businesses if the problem exceeds their resources. Prices are fair, work is done promptly and customer is treated as a person presenting a mechanical problem not only a potential income source. Getting my car fixed wasn't the problem with this shop fortunately. It was the receptionists Gina, being professional isn't her strong suite. After what I thought would be a quick fix turns out it wasn't and she had no problem letting me know that as well as making other remarks. The lady who works in the front is very very unpleasant. I saw her be so rude to a woman for trying to ask simple questions that she would need to know moving forward to keep her car in good shape. I was there with a friend to pick up his car just standing waiting I didn't get work done, but if anything I know where not to go! My friends car was fine so I guess they may have some honest mechanics which is great. Front of house is the problem! Don't go here

I have been going to Cecil's for years. They are very fair and honest. Their customer service is very good and they are always able to work with me on any issues. I first started going to Cecil's after going to Big O Tire here in Vacaville to get my tires rotated. I was surprised by the Tech at Big O when after a simple tire rotation he said I needed to do $1500 worth of repairs to the car. I went over to Cecil's and asked them to look at the car and they said it was fine. Needless to say I have never been back to Big O and now I always bring my car to Cecil's. I trust them and they have always done right by me.

My husband started coming here years ago, and always trusted Cecil and then Mark.. My husband died 5 years ago and Mark, Mike, and Jeana take care of me so well! Mark goes out of his way to handle any questions and look at any issues my car might have. They are more than fair with the charges, and I trust them completely.

I had a intermittent problem with stalling at idle on my 2013 Camaro...after 2 previous diagnoses from 2 different repair facility's...1 of which was the dealer....of No Fault Found....I took it to Cecil's and not only did they fix it...they did it the same day....THANK YOU GINA AND TECHS....they are great with cars and great with folks....Hugs PamService: Auto engine diagnostic

My window in my Fiat had stopped going up so I called around and got turned by everyone until I reached out to them, they happened to have the part my car needed and I was in and out in under 3 hours, very awesome and affordable.

Despite these guys doing their best to fix my suv in which the problem was caused by previous mechanics trying to hide a problem that had taken out the ecm and costing over 1k to fix if the part could be found but they did their best to fix it and i truly appreciate that and very much appreciate Antonio for waving the diagnostic fee for that separate issue thank you!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Battery, Oil change

Took my Lexus in for minor service, and they needed to do less than they quoted, so the bill was fifty bucks less!! Don't know too many mechanics who wouldn't have just charged what they quoted and kept their mouths shut! Thank you Cecil's for honest quick service! I will be back!
