Leanne is our sales rep and she s amazing. been very helpful. gave us positive advice. didn t think that we ll be able to push through with getting the RV but she helped us through it. all the staff at vacaville camping world has been amazing and friendly. thank you.

Do not purchase from this location! Purchased Thor class A RV on 6/27/2023, since quality is giving wish alibaba vibes for the price of 140k!! Two doors fell off, huge paint bubble on top, RV alignment Is off and list goes on! Huge safety concern!! After numerous calls, finally scheduled appointment to camp world service center on 8/24 and haven t received any phone call of being ready or updates. Customer service and Manger never call you back , email or give you any communication. Will be uploading videos on tiktok about this whole experience with camp world Vacaville to bring awareness on how they treat PAYING customers! Stay tuned!

Rod Williams saved the day and the deal. Site unseen, over the phone, we purchased a brand new Forest River ePro travel trailer. As newbies, we needed severe hand holding and Rod did just that. Once on location at Camping World in Vacaville, we were trained and treated with great respect and courtesy. Even after the sale, Rod has been there to take excellent care of us. Happy to be part of the Camping World and Good Sam RV ers Family!

Rod Williams, Incredible salesman, gave us the opportunity to walk through multiple options without pressure and shared his wealth of knowledge in each model. We were undecided on which option we wanted, and he sent us home with all the information from each model so my wife and I can sit down and discuss which will be best for us. Thank you

We came in to shop around for an RV and Mr.Jake Freedy helped us find the one that would benefit our family! He was very knowledgeable about the RV s we were looking at. GM is a liar. Be careful with this store. They scratched my brand new truck when putting a fifth wheel hitch in and then said they did not do it. Will not give me walk around paperwork that the parts guy and I signed that states my truck was in perfect shape. It is 2 months old and has a few hundred miles on it. Nothing has ever been in the bed and it has only been driven a few times. Scratches clearly came from the hitch and a tool or tool box.Now they are trying to charge me $1,000.00 over retail which GM said was his cost. Liar. I was able to get a copy of the work order after a bit of a struggle. He told his team to not give me any paperwork for some reason. What are you trying to hid? All prices on it were retail, his second in command confirmed this I also got a price from another Camping world for exactly the same work including labor. The parts and labor prices were exactly the same on the work order and the quote. Retail price $2,856.00 which I told them I would pay but he wants $3,800.00 for some reason and will not respond to my e mails offering to pay.We also canceled a deal on a fifth wheel do to this and shorty repair work on the front of the fifth wheel.I am adding to this review because I was threatened this morning ( Sunday ) by Eddie the GM if I did not pay is price today that is way inflated over retail that he was going to call the police and have me arrested. This is a manager of this company. I can t make this up. So I took the hitch off and dropped it off.All of this after Debbie a manager called me and tried to work this out a few days ago and offered my a fair price which I said I would pay if she just got me an invoice.#slander and threatsCamping world, you should be assumed you have a person like this working there.

Rod was so helpful while we were buying our new trailer. He was waiting for us at the door as we arrived for our appointment. He went above and beyond showing us around and was wonderful with our 2 year old who wanted to see and explore all the trailers. Great communication as we waited for financing and the trailer to be ready. He made the entire process easy and fun. Rod is the man if you need a new trailer for your family.

I will never buy anything from their retail store or online again! They were unable to handle a simple return. Cost me time and money and I'm stuck with the $250+ item that doesn't work.

I worked with Alysia while I was at Vacaville Camping World. She was very knowledgeable in the trailer we looked at, if she didn't know she found out in a timely manner. Easy to work with and helped out throughout the buying process.

Great selection but you're entering the used car salesman domain. You can't look around on your own you have to be with a salesman and they escort you They sit you down like in a car dealership even if you tell them you're just looking. And then they call you over and over again after you leave even if you're not serious about the purchase. If you don't mind the hardcore salesmanship tactics it's a good place to look at a variety of RVs and motorhomes.Update: I get calls all the time to include Sunday nights. Luckily I gave them a number that just goes to VM but who keeps calling when they don't get a call back cuz I am not interested I guess some salesman can't take a hint or clue.

What an AMAZING experience we had.We worked with Jake and couldn'thave asked for a more friendly personwith a great personality to work with.Any questions we had that he wasn'tsure of, he got the answers for us. Heallowed us to take our time, was notpushy in any way and he really showedthat he cared about what we wantedor didn't want. I even asked to doanother walkthrough of a unit that wedecided to purchase and he tooknotes of things I thought needed to betouched up or fixed and was sopatient.If there were more "lakes" in this worldit would be a much better place!Now onto the whole back team.when doing our paperwork we had thepleasure of meeting a few equallyfriendly people who made thisexperience one of the best ever.I have bought a trailer previously fromanother company and Camping worldis hands down the best by far.I hope that the management here trulyappreciates and realizes what a greatgroup of employees they have workinghere!Jason, I talked to you on the phonebefore coming in and since youweren't going to be there you referredme to your son..... All I can say is ThankYou and Jake is a true example ofParenting done right!

Ray H helped me in parts. Another trailer hit our mirror in a park. He knew exactly what to do to find the part number in an obscure location.Very knowledgeable and wonderful ambassador to the camping world .Thank you, Ray

I went in thinking I knew what I wanted. My heart was set, I didn t want anything else. I was sure that our salesman was going to try to swindle a good deal with some trailer that was out of my budget and comfort zone just to meet a monthly goal. RW was more than just a sales guy, though. He greeted us with a warm smile, firm handshake and the upmost confidence I had ever seen in a sales role. His demeanor never changed. Even when I said that I wanted to go home and think about my finances and next move. And this is what truly drove the sale for me. I am used to people turning cold when faced with rejection and genuinely, this is what sealed the deal. He took my vision and transformed it into reality. He pushed me out of my comfort zone; just enough to make me reconsider how much I was worth it. I didn t feel pressured, nor did I feel that I was just another sale. I felt heard and I felt that he was invested. We ran the numbers, gave me raw knowledge (that made me feel powerful) and he fought for a better deal for me! Because of that, I can now proudly say I am a new owner. If you get the chance, just go take a look - ask for RW and surely you will experience the same as I. As a first time buyer, I am extremely happy that I was walked through the whole process with this guy on MY side! Can t wait to see where life takes me in this gem! Thank again, RW and Vacaville camping world!!

My salesperson did a great job presenting my offer unfortunately we could not come to an agreement on pricing and financing so no sale. But I was treated fairly and in a timely manner, maybe next time.

After driving four hours, Sales guy irritating and insulting.Wouldn't answer our question and we left without a RV.Watched a service guy drive a customers RV under a tree scratching the side and roof.The noise was soooooo loud,It caught our attention.Not impressed at all.

If you are in the market for a Camper or a RV this is a good place to check out. They have a n okay selection of some to look at, but you will need a salesperson to walk through them. The store has a good selection of other stuff you might need or want also.

The sales and finance department employees were great. So are the store employees. Good experience with those folks.However, the service department was terrible! The quality of work performed was shoddy. It took six months to get my RV into the dealership for service. The service advisor, which I won't mention her name, was lazy and refused to answer my phone calls. It took almost four months to have the warranty work completed.When they say, "Your RV was inspected and good working order," don't believe them. Conduct a thorough inspection before you take your new RV off the lot. Otherwise, the service department will give you the runaround. This review is probably a waste of time but Camping World needs to get it together.

I purchased my RV through Sherri at the Vacaville Dealership and she was amazing to work with. She wasn't pushy and she really listened to what I wanted and made sure that whatever services I needed, it was done in a timely manner. With my rv, I was able to travel for one full year as a full timer and brought along my 3 boys and a cat. The rv, which we named "meraki," we got, thanks to Sherri's hard search, is one of the best thing I've done in my adventurous life. I'd definitely go there again and specifically, with Sherri. For her, she gets 5 stars.

I just purchased a new Motorhome with the help of Candace and her knowledge of the different models. She was very pleasant and helpful thru the whole process. Thank you Candace for your service to our country and to being for helpful to get our new motorhome which we will enjoy for years !

In short, overpriced. I bought an RV here a few years ago and I ve never been happy with the purchase. Granted, most of the flaws were from the Coleman RV. However, when I reached out to have some of the issues resolved, I was told I had to pay out of pocket. This was when the unit was less than six months old.I would never buy a new RV from this company or location.I do occasionally run over to the store to buy RV supplies. Every time I m here is the same story the staff seemed to be under trained and do not have the knowledge to work in this area. I understand it s tough to find employees however, basic customer service is almost always missed in this location.I do have the annual membership which makes the Supplies a little bit more affordable. Luckily, we have a great Walmart in town and I am able to get most of my RV supplies there for a fraction of the cost.

This place has the WORST costumer service I ve ever encountered. We spent a hour in the store and NOT ONE person greeted us or asked if we needed help. There were baskets full of merchandise sitting around everywhere. Marcus Lemonis would be very disappointed.

He will really take the time to understand your wants, needs and budget, and show you each and every possible make and model out there - and trust me - there are MANY! It's worth booking an appointment to meet with him specifically, trust me on this. He's down to earth, personable, humble and speaks from personal experience. (Ask him about his home crafted knives, you won't be sorry!) He's an all around super cool dude!
