If you want a shop that reinstalls only half the hardware and just bend pieces to fit this is your shop. Work was horrible and I had to have the bumper and radiator shroud removed and refitted. Also the paint repair cracked the first week at least they fixed that and the bad headlight they tried to give me the first time.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a really smooth and honest experience with the staff here. Constant communication and I got my car back a week before the original thought time. My battery kept having issues after the work was done, so the shop manager personally came to my house to give me a jump. When the car wouldn t start a few days later, he came back again, took my car for about an hour and returned it with a brand new battery free of charge! Awesome service and staff! I had a great conversation with Priscilla and Cheri as well! 10/10 would recommend you come here for any of your repair needs.Almost forgot, HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHERRY!

So Happy with the repairs that were done to my truck after I got into an accident. They kept me updated throughout the process and the front desk Admin Cheri was very helpful and her customer service was above and beyond I will be bringing my vehicle back here in the future if ever needed.

Gave my wife a quote for a ding on our car. Then called me in to say it would be twice as much. Not knowing the first quote that was given to my wife I reluctantly agreed thinking that $1000 was a lot to pay for a ding that didn't require any body work or paint to fix. Turned out the quote was for $400.Turns out all the things on the original quote were unnecessary. For example; scan damage before and after $100 (this they said was not needed and they removed it from the quote, but still cost $1000). Polishing $80 was in the quote (this they admitted they never did and removed it from the quote, but still cost $1000).I will never return to this place or ever recommend them to anyone. Matter of fact I would tell someone to avoid this place.They try to confuse you and then talk to you like you are an idiot. Note: everything can be simplified, so if it's confusing, it's by design to take you to the bank.They give you a cheap quote to get you in the door and then double it after already starting work on your car. That is disgusting.When confronted about it. They treated me like the enemy and an idiot. They said they verbally told my wife this and she agreed. This was of course a lie and if not, then what was the written quote for.They also do a scam with the insurance. You take your car in and they give you a quote for the repair let's say $2500.Then they ask you if you want the repair or the money. If you take the money, you walk off with $2500, but if you get the repair done it comes out to $7500. They try to pay you 1/3 of what the actual repair would cost.You were warned about this place, wish I read the reviews on them.I will note that the repair was satisfactory (not perfect, but satisfactory).Good luck out there guys, hope my reviews help

My review is the quality customer care they provide. In all sincerity they do care for the customer and at many times are pretty well rounded when being busy. I met this gal there named Cheri and was an absolutely wonderful person to talk to and she knew what she was talking about. She definitely shows care in her customers. And as someone who works customer service, not all are great in their respective fields. Cheri, provided excellent attendance (sometimes too much, ) I would recommend this facility to anyone who actually wants quality service.

Priscilla Carter came to give me an estimate for my car. I had work done years ago from another Caliber Collision in another area and my window trim had fallen off and my bumper is missing some clips and keeps popping out. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything to me in detail so I knew what everything would cost. Great communication. Quality work. Our car looks better than before the wreck. Paint match is perfect. Priscilla called to say it would be ready that night, then did a final walk and didnt like how the bumper looked. She called back immediately to ask if she could order some clips/brackets. Our vehicle was damaged in a hit and run. Within a few days we got our car into the shop to get repaired. The representative my wife spoke to gave us a timeline of when we can expect to be back on the road and they met that timeline.Our car looks like it did the day we purchased it and we re completely satisfied with the results. I would like to say thank you to the staff here at Calliber. I had explained some of the issues I had at a previous repair shop and was giving them a try. They exceeded all my expectations. I had hit a bear in my 2019 Tacoma. the repairs to the front of my truck was needed. the paint match and repairs were done perfectly. they worked with my insurance company flawlessly as well.
