Very professional repair shop here in Vacaville California. The whole process was easy and the work done looks exceptional. Easy process which they walked me through all the way until it was completed. Staff was awesome and I would definitely recommend to others. A+++++

The team at Caliber did an amazing job on my van. There were a few accidents this thing has gone through, but they made it look BRAND AND NEW.. They really have pride in what they do. And it shows in the detail they have in making sure every piece fit perfect, color matches, and even detailed the inside before I got it back.

My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. Justin did an amazing job keeping me informed on what was going on with my truck. I want to give a huge thank you to him and the entire team that fixed my truck after getting hit.

I had my catalytic converter stolen so i came to caliber being very unfamiliar with the insurance process and how to go about it but the staff at Caliber was very professional and nice. They made the process easy and took a lot of stress off my plate.

Caliber Collision is the only auto repair shop I will use. Their staff is so friendly and they did an excellent job of taking care of me and my car repairs. They kept me updated. Amanda, did a great job assess our car and getting back to us in a timely manner. Even though our car was considered a total loss, she still couldn't tell us until presented the cost to the insurance. Thank you Amanda for being on top it all.JanetMercy.

Trash was left in my vehicle after repair was done when I picked up the vehicle. And I thought that I wouldn't have any more problems but yet I do so. I'm really upset about that. Never want to deal with this shop ever again, they are shady, They put that they repaired the sensor replace the sensor from my tire but I just took it to an outside tire shop which I was referred to and found out that it was faulty so I don't know what they're charging the Insurance Company for all this work sounds shady.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I worked with Kelly and Amanda to repair my vehicle after a pretty bad accident (Rear passenger side impact). They were super helpful and informed me of the progress every step of the way, which I really appreciate. They even did extra when trying to negotiate a car rental from my insurance company on my behalf. Very nice and helpful! The truck is like new again! They said, if I have any questions or issues, not to hesitate to call them again!

The entire team was friendly and attentive The mechanics went above and beyond expectations. The car looked beautiful!!! Johnny was my main point of contact and his customer service was the best I ve experienced. Even after the first visit he saw a black bumper marking and got a solution to get off. That just showed how great customer service he had.Ali the detailer also went above and beyond in customer service by taking off the cloudiness off of the headlights making the car look brand new to match the paint job!Because of the experience I had I will always recommend this place. I will never come back to this location or recommend. I would give a -100/100 if I could. The representative who tried to assist me only made my experience even more stressful and frustrating. Promises were made that were not fulfilled. We were lied to continuously as Amanda would state that they started working on the car on Monday when we turned the car in only for our insurance to show us it hadn t even been started on by Thursday. On top of that they had a ton of time to figure out what parts were needed for our car also considering it s an auto mechanic shop they SHOULD know what is needed for ANY car. We were told we could have the car Friday but instead weren t able to pick up until Tuesday because they ordered the WRONG window . On top of that they didn t even tint the window that was shattered because they took too long to even assist our car. We tried our best to talk to our insurance to remove our car from the premises to go to another better auto mechanic location. We we were also told that we could have our car to drive if they put a bag over the window until they received the correct window. Only for us to almost find a ride to retrieve our car and for Amanda to call us back to say that she can t actually approve this. This location is not professional and does not know how to handle a car or there customers. What happened to our car was already stressful so we thought taking our car to Caliber Collision would ease our worries on fixing our window only for us to be gravely upset. As I mentioned above I will never recommend this location to anyone and wouldn t wish this to anyone!

Getting into a car accident was a very stressful situation, but the moment I got in contact with Caliber Collision team and was put in contact with Johnny Lucero, the whole experience of getting my truck fixed was as smooth as could be. Johnny kept me informed throughout the whole process and if there were any sort of changes, he would immediately call to notify me. He took care of my truck as if it was his own and that s excellent customer service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery

Honestly service is pretty horrible. Dropped the car off as requested. Then got a phone call 4 days later stating my car had been broken into IN BORAD DAYLIGHT during business hours. AMANDA proceeded to tell me sorry it s just something that unfortunately happens. Because even if someone is not working on the car around the car or in the car they leave all cars unlocked and unattended even in the back parking lot where there is a gate that COULD be closed but wasn t. A police report WAS NOT filed by company. And apparently even though they had the car in their possession it s somehow not their responsibility. Absolutely will NEVER be back. Do not recommend ever going here. They even had major issues with my aunties car couple of years back, was hoping they got better at their services but apparently not. If I could give negative stars I would.

I went in for free estimate on 2/3/2023. They said they will send me an estimate but I didn't receive anything, so I called on 2/8/2023 if they have any updates. They said their technician is with a customer and she will call me back after. I haven't heard a word from them as of 2/10/2023.How can you rely on them and let them repair your car if they never follow up with you. If you read one-star review, other customers already complained about not getting follow-ups.I had to go to a different body shop eventually. Instead waiting for a week, I should've checked one-star reviews and gone elsewhere already.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
