Excellent service on my insurance covered cell phone repair. The young man with the Tungsten ring was efficient and operated with an appropriate sense of urgency as he performed a systems analysis. They repaired my phone quickly. Everyone was friendly.

Jon's customer service was excellent. Jennifer, on the other hand, needs training on how to treat customers. I arrived a minute before closing because of traffic and she was put out even locked the door so "no one else came in" and turned off the lights while I was still being helped by Jon.

Excellent source for car and truck batteries,Boat and Rv batteries, or key fob batteries!The lifetime warranty fob battery replacement can't be beat!They can even test batteries as well.I know I can trust these guys to get me what I need or show me how to find it elsewhere.(Dislaimer: I also work here and love batteries and electronics, so I am a smidge biased)

Incredibly rude employees. They are pushy when trying to sell you stuff yet extremely unhelpful when help is needed. I work with industrial electrical systems and in my opinion I was very surprised with the lack of employee knowledge which was delivered in a very pushy and condescending way. Fortunately as a consumer I have many other choices. I'm voting with my wallet; I will never return. I hope the management is intelligent enough to understand that businesses need consumers. Consumers have many online choices; for a store with a physical presence to be successful, it's important for the store to focus on good customer service; in my opinion the store falls short on polite service.

Employee is pushy and argumentative. Does not spend any time trying to aid customer in purchase, only pushing personal opinion on why the customer should buy what she says, and not what they actually need.

Bought a new battery for my bike on Monday took it home and it was dead, bike not even able to turn over once. That s fine I just threw it on the charger and left it for a few hours. I came back tried to start my bike still didn t work so I put it on my secondary battery charger and left it over night. Next morning only 80%. I didn t have time to take the battery back until Thursday so it was on a trickle charger for 2 days. Get to the store they test it and say it s 90% charged and it s good. Well if a battery is brand new and I paid $130 I expect it to be 100% and not have to be charged as soon as I get home. I explain what I did and that it goes to around 5v under load. Well this girl then tries to bench load test with a multimeter then proceeds to tell me it s got 12v. Slightly irritated she asked her supervisor if I could just exchange she says no so again I explain why I want a new battery, no dice. Then a third employee gets in the conversation, again tells me no and that s it s my bike. I didn t know they were also trained mechanics!? Anyway we argue I leave and get a new battery from cycle gear take it home OMG it was the battery all along! Will no longer be shopping or recommending them to anyone.Reply:If who ever replied to my review would bother reading it completely then you would see that even after 3 WHOLE DAYS on 2 CHARGERS it still was not at 100%. What other evidence of a bad battery do you need. Your people couldn t even bench test correctly, why would I let them try to test it in my bike??

I had an older iPhone 8 Plus that my husband uses, it works well and has a nice matching rose gold Mophie battery case so decided to replace the battery as it was just about shot. the ladies who I assume own/ran the store were very knowledgable, the battery had to be ordered and thankfully no supply chain issues, and she called me as soon as it arrived. Thank goodness for our local Batteries + Bulbs here in Vacaville. it is next to Denny's so we had breakfast while waiting for the install.

I've had very positive experiences in the past. However, I recently found that it all depends on who is working on a given day. I went there the other day to purchase a couple of cabinet replacement bulbs. The young "lady" at the checkout was very rude & curt to me. She couldn't get me out of the store fast enough. She gave me back my burnt out bulb. I'm not aware of what is recyclable & asked her about it. Her reply was a very stern one. I felt belittled & disrespected. I won't be returning. We will use Amazon or other local stores from now on.

Good products but the customer support is horrible. The veteran employee is rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. A young man was in training with this employee. I hope he does not pick up her bad habits.

Experience went smoothly and the store was very accommodating however it should be noted the store was actually unaware of both service items I requested and that were confirmed by the appointment email. I requested both a battery and a power port service for example and the email confirmed it but the store itself only saw the battery service. Thankfully my power port was gunked up and didn't actually need replacing but had they needed to do both services it would have been difficult for them to schedule their technician's time appropriately. In other words - you may want to fix your system!

I'm conflicted about this review. My phone was repaired and works as it should, but with the exception of one employee (who may have been the manager, not sure) the customer service was horrible. There was two women working the counter, one of them was completely rude to myself and another customer and the other was unwilling to help the other customer out. I'd be more than happy to elaborate on the experience, but the way they treated her and myself was disrespectful in my opinion.

They've got EVERYTHING; and this particular store is staffed with friendly people who really want to help. I ordered a hard-to-get battery and they had it in within a week. They even worked with me to get the best price. I'd definitely go back!

I highly recommend the Vacaville Battery Plus Bulbs store in Vacaville & their awesome staff.They had my iPhone 6s battery replaced & out the door in about 20 minutes! Battery capacity is now 100% & I am 100% satisfied! Thank-you! Awesome job!

Fast, friendly, professional service. They always treat me like a VIP in this place. Sylvia was very patient with helping me with a confusing warranty issue. Junior did a great and speedy job repairing my phone -- as usual! I won't go anywhere else to have repair work done. Thanks, Guys!

Worked for this place for almost a year and found it to be a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. After working here I can attest to the quality of the products sold here as well as the knowledge of those employed here. The manager and assistant managers are both extremely knowledgeable and work to help customers find exactly what they need. I definitely recommend coming here first with any odd battery or bulb questions, and even if they can't help you, they can usually point you in the right direction.

It is a wierd location next to Dennys. Once you find the front door it's nice inside. They are very helpful and got me what I needed. He checked and double checked my battery and garage opener. Thanks so much.

Pickup took less than 10 seconds and I was out the door. The item I was purchasing cost $7 each...same item offered on amazon for $33 each! Additionally, the 10% discount saved me even more. Best, quickest deal I've had in a very long time. Thanks.

Cracked my screen on my galaxy note 8 and needed a repair fast. Took it to them and within 3 hours it was like bran new. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions you may have. Was a tad pricy, however you can't argue with that when you need it done fast. Would highly recommend.

I was very excited to try this place out as they are just about to open a brand new one around the corner from my house but I soon became very disappointed. I ordered a car battery online and read that they install them for you at the store. That on top of the 10% discount offered online had me all set to give a 5 star rating. That was of course until I showed up and encountered the sales rep who ripped my battery cable and then told me there was nothing she could do for me. I was beyond myself so of course I asked for a manager who was not present, but proceeded to tell me and my wife that our stock Toyota parts were cheap after market replacement and that's why they separated. Mind you, he is telling me this over the phone without having seen it in person and completely trying to cover for his employee who was ill trained instead of trying to take care of his paying customer.Needless to say I had to drive away angery and disappointed and take it to a mechanic to fix. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Great customer service and great warranties on batteries. I came back a year-and-a-half after I bought my car battery, as it was defective...and they actually exchanged it for a brand new one. The manager even installed the battery for me in the parking lot...I will definitely go back to this place when I need another battery!

Batteries Plus Bulbs is the worst place to take your IPhone to have the battery changed. Took my daughters AT&T iPhone 7Plus there cuz it needed a battery cuz it was draining too fast. ABSOLUTELY, NOTHING WRONG with it except the battery. NOT A SCRATCH on it. NEVER dropped, EVER! I leave it there for a little bit and come back to pick it up, and they tell me they ran into a problem and they were going to have to keep it overnight ! I was clearly upset but what could I do. So I leave it and in the morning there is an email telling me they would be replacing my phone because it was damaged by their technician. What could I do? They said they would have my new phone in a couple of days. Well when I go to pick up my new phone, it s not a new phone , but a re-furbished phone from Verizon , not even the same carrier of my original phone. That had clearly been dropped because of the visible damage on the corners. There wasn t a dam thing I could do about it because I didn t read the fine print that says they only have to replace my new phone with a used one. And the used one keeps giving me problems with getting hot all the time. Tom the manager didn t do anything about it. Never had a problem with my phone getting hot! They are people who don t give a dam about treating the customer right. They did me wrong and they don t care. So if you have a problem with your iPhone and all you need is a battery, DONT TAKE IT TO BATTERIES PLUS BULBS!!!!

The girl that charge me 42.14 to replace 3 batters for three car keys remote charge me to install. She did tell me there a charge to install She was rude to me and my Wife.I'll be going to CVS for all my batteries. i never charge to install batteries at CVS .

I went in to get a battery for a 2008 jetta. Was quoted a lower price than what the sales guy said he had in stock. I then asked about the battery and it being in warranty since it had been purchased at a battery's plus 4 years ago at a different location. They told me they cannot ot honor it.I then called the store that I had bought the original battery and found out the price for the same battery was 35 dollars cheaper 20 Mike's away. I was then told by the other store that this Vacaville can honor warranties from other batteries plus stores.

Was able to get an appointment just before closing to install my iPhone 6 Plus battery (my daughter tried and failed to get the battery out). The service was outstanding and I d recommend the Vacaville store to everyone.

Needed a new battery for my land line wireless telephone. Ordered it on line at batteries +..........ready the same day...........went down to the store right here in my town. Picked it up. Plugged it in.........Back in business.....This is a GREAT store! A GREAT business.

They charge customers a fee per pound for used /drained/dead batteries??? That's like saying O'Reilly auto parts having to charge customers who bring in their used motor oil for recycling. Oh well guess these batteries will be seeing the garbage can some place and the destination will be landfill. Oh by the way people, do not have this business change out your watch batteries, they will break your watch. The workers are not trained to do such specialty job. Go to a shop that only specializes on watches, strictly watches.

You've always had what I needed or you've suggested another merchant who would. Most recently, I purchased a motorcycle battery online and when I picked it up, you counseled me on previous buyers' experience and suggested another that would work better for my bike.
