The store manager Mike goes above and beyond for his customers I cannot recommend this location enough!! I locked my keys in my car and Mike spent almost an hour helping me in the rain. This team really cares about its customers!!

Came from another AutoZone and they refused to replace my battery or even check it because it is difficult to get to. I went to this location and they were more than happy to help me and replaced it for me even though the battery was hard to get to. Super helpful. Recommend going to this location on Tree Nut RD.

Last night, a dark rainy Friday night , I stopped by to replace a failed wiper blade, for a rental car nonetheless. Connor was pleasant and understanding. He got me the blade and quickly installed it. I Am very grateful to him and the store, Budget, on the other hand, not so much.

I love this auto zone. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. I can in for a bolt and the employee came out and changed it for me. I loved that above and beyond service. The employees always seem to be so happy to work there.

this place is a dump, I went in last night around 8:15pm and the 3-4 employees were eating food and wrappers and food were spread all over the front counter and around the registers where business is to take place with customers. They didn't bat an eyelash and kept feeding their faces, like I was interrupting their living room dinner time!. One of the male employees was eating french fries with his dirty fingers, then proceeded with his unclean greasy hands to touch the mouse and use the register/computer equipment. The other female employee who came from the back with battery and told me it was old and wouldnt sell it to me, was eating a cup of ice cream while talking to me, then setting it down and picking back up and eating while talking to me. There is a break room for eating and times for taking a break and it's not when your in front at the counter serving customers. This is unacceptable behavior and should not be tolerated -they all should be fired. This store is unsanitary, unclean and run by a bunch of slobs called employees, and reflects very badly on this AutoZone store. O'Reilly is much more clean, professional and have competent respectful employees.

Chris is the go-to guy. When he's not in, the whole store smells like a cypress hill concert. But the staff are friendly and mostly helpful, even if their eyes are red.

I began experiencing erratic performance from my 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Following what seemed like endless equivocating between several mechanics about the problem (and receiving quotes of up to $14,000 for engine rebuilds), my son suggested that I check the sensors. Mike, the Vacaville Autozone store manager, knew exactly which sensor it was, with no equivocating. He was right. The car is now running smoothly and efficiently (the gas mileage is well over 38 mpg). Thank you Mike! (There are three orders of magnitude between an $80.00 sensor and a $14,000 repair bill), and thank you Autozone for your courteous, professional, and knowledgeable staff.

Stopped by this Autozone location to replace my windshield wipers that I've been putting off for a while now and I am so glad I did.Travis was the sales associate who helped me and deserves far more than a 5 star review for his exemplary customer service, knowledge of the product, and approachable personality which made me feel very comfortable.Whether you are well versed in the auto industry, or someone who's anxiety spikes when they have to take their vehicle to get a new part, maintenance, etc., I can assure you that you're in great hands with Travis. Have been here on two occasions one for a new battery which was a super easy experience. They advised me on best bang for my buck and even took the time and helped me replace the battery cause I wanted to learn how to do it myself.The second experience was just as amazing. Mike helped us figure out what part needed to be replaced to fix my front blinker and then came outside during this heatwave and helped to actually replace it. He was so nice, courteous, and super experienced that I won't go anywhere else for any future car related issues!

I needed a battery in a hurry and the service was great. I was worried but, Olso made sure I was taken care off. I was quoted with prices of three batteries with a description on each battery's run time charge and performance.Amazing customer service

Michael C at Autozone on Nut Tree and Alamo really came to our rescue today. My car wouldn t start so I brought it over here. He checked the battery and alternator and it turned out to be a bad battery. He found me a lower priced battery after I told him I didn t have enough for the first choice one. He waited for my husband to transfer me funds and then installed it and took the old one. Great customer service right when I needed it!! Thank you!!
