Maurice L. Was incredibly helpfull! He cares about customers. He not only is passionate about his job but also truly loves the customer. This was an A+ experience and A+ service. The customer service we've received at this AutoZone location has been amazing. They are clear, communicative and extremely helpful. We get our needed parts from here and have come here when something was wrong with our car and we didnt know what it was and every time they have been able to identify it. Today we noticed our battery wasn't mounted and the manager helped us remount it and even cleaned it up as it was corroded. Big thank you to Paul Wiley for helping us. This is our favorite location to come to just because of the staff.

Paul Wiley is a good dude. I came in with an issue with my car, he heard me out then came out personally to diagnose everything down to the T and saved me time and money making a trip to the mechanic shop. Not only did he give me what I needed he also found an issue with my battery and fixed my Terminals/connectors and took the time to fix them for me as well. Next time you come in, ask for Paul. He ll take care of you.

Came in to purchase a new car battery. And I received great customer service from Maurice. Very helpful! He helped me right away was in and out the door in no more than 20 minutes. This will be my new go to autozone store.

Maurice L And Jacob, let me tell you about these outstanding two human beings that helped me from a battery problem, so we thought to a belt problem. If it wasn t for them, actually looking through the vehicle, we would ve been stuck on the highway with two infant twins. I really appreciate everything they ve done for us to get us back on the road.

Went for a battery car replacement. My battery is hidden though and they didnt want to open it up because it was bolted in. I thought that s just standard procedure but we went to a different autozone location just 3 miles away and they did it for us. They unbolted it and checked the battery.

I just left Autozone from getting my new battery installed and Paul and Maurice were supppper fantastic. Their customer service and hard work truly shows that they love what they do. Yesterday I went to autozone on Monte vista and I needed a new battery. All I gotta say is Santos was awesome. He removed the old battery and put in my new battery. I'm so happy autozone provides that free service.

I just wanted to share how amazing this location is. The management and staff are so welcoming, asking all the right questions and providing such heartfelt service right when you walk in. Dylan C was the customer a service rep, and he was awesome!! I had a few items under warranty that did not live up to performance standards and he replaced them with no questions asked!!! Went above and beyond to make things right. Very impressed!

I went into AutoZone Vacaville/E.Monte Vista to receive assistance with clicking noise my car was making. I received outstanding customer service from Paul. He went from looking up the part I needed to fixing the noise completely!!!! I ended up not even purchasing the part(actuator). Although I live up the freeway with a AutoZone I m my town. I highly recommend auto zone Vacaville/ E.Monte vista. And thank you Maurice for coming out just to see if I was okay as well. You guys are beyond great!!! 10/10

I was highly satisfied with the Vacaville Autozone specifically Valerie who went out of her way to replace our van battery.This event happened on Mother s Day where we were previously stuck with AAA. Valerie recommended the best battery and even took the time to explain the technicality and educated me in how the battery works and the watch outs when replacing a battery.Thank you so much for your excellent service and genuine care, Valerie. Thank you for making sure that Autozone customer get an excellent experience and care.
