Started my morning with low tire pressure again. I arrived here just as they opened and was helped by Andras. He was very nice and professional, gathered my vehicle information,explained my warranty, and suggested a tire rotation, which is no additional charge. I don't enjoy coming to get my tire repaired, but every time I come here, the service is exceptional. Thank you to everyone from the front desk to repair shop for always being so nice and thourgly explaining everything.

Well, I went in on a chance that they wouldn't be busy, and I was lucky. David was awesome, gave me the best price in town (called 3 places prior), and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes with new tires. The place was very clean and the staff was very nice. I will return and recommend it to anyone needing tires.

Got a bad puncture flat on the way home, stopped by America's Tire in Vacaville and Justin got me right in. Had to replace the tire and bought another to match. Was a good price, certificate took care of the other. Was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Appreciate the quick turn around as I know they had to work me into existing appointments. Thank you again Justin and team.

Stayed open late for me after I called and needed a new set of tires. Showed up, and within 15 minutes of taking my car in, they were done. Great service. Always do business here. Awesome warranty as well.

I found out that a tire was about to fall off my car due to some tweaker stealing my bolts, and they got me in and out really quickly and I still made it to work on time. Great guys. Great personality. Great customer service.

I have been coming here since 2018 for all our vehicles. Had an issue with the Walnut Creek office on Monday and came here on Tuesday 12/19 and spoke with David who is the manager on staff this day. Him and his staff were very helpful and I was able to get my vehicle fixed and going within the hour. Cheers to him and the entire staff in Vacaville.

They can t deal with broken lug studs. We bought new tires and they said that one of the lug nuts was frozen onto the stud and it would break if they tried to remove it. We had to take it to another repair place to have them replace the stud. I can t blame them for this, but what happened next I can blame them. We brought the car back in to have the tire installed and they broke off another lug nut. This was shortly after the repair place had taken all the lug nuts off the wheel and replaced the broken one so it obviously wasn t frozen onto the stud. Now we have to go in to the repair place again and spend another $85 to have the stud replaced.I m pretty sure they break studs regularly and should be able to fix them in house. It shouldn t take 3 days to replace your tires.

Came from Arizona to here. Out in Arizona I bought tires from a place called Discount Tire, had a failure on 505. Fortunately for me, this place is the same company as Discount Tire and held up their tire warranty. In and out quick and efficiently. Very friendly staff. My only complaint is trying to get into the parking lot from the street, but nothing too bad.

From my first first to order General Grabber x3 tires for my 2020 Ford Ranger this location was awesome. My tires we re ordered that day and the following week they confirmed they were in and scheduled me in install ASAP. I checked in on a Saturday at 8 am. This staff had me out under an hour with new tires. Everyone team member I was in contact with was just great. Everyone acted like they enjoyed being there and working to provide very good customer service. Kudos to management and the whole team and thank you.These days it is hard to find excellent service and see people happy to be working. Purchased aftermarket wheels online from them for my Ram 2500. Brought in new tires that I purchased elsewhere. Price was as advertised with no surprises. In & out with no issues.

DONT GET TIRES HERE, they are closed every Sunday which always seems to be the same day I get a nail in my tire. So I ll be going elsewhere to get a tire even though mine is covered under warranty, Stay open 7 days a week so people who count on you guys to fix work vehicles don t get screwed out of a job.Never coming back

What's not to like? Their prices are unbeatable, the service is fast and quick and they keep you up to date on the progress. Definitely worth giving them a try if you haven't yet!

I had two nails on one of my tires. Spoke to Austin over the phone. Austin was really professional and said bring it in. Worked with David in person and he totally took care of patching up the tires. The crazy part I don't understand is David didn't charge me. I didn't even purchase the tires at America's Tire. These guys are awesome and I appreciate what they did. Both Austin and David are going places. It's hard to find good customer service and kind people these days! Thank you again fellas!

Last Thursday I took my wife's Crosstrek in for a tire rotation. I previously had bought my other car's tires from a different location and had it rotated regularly, and have had good experiences at other discount tire locations.A few minutes later I was told that they can't rotate my tires because one of the studs they took off was now rotating freely when they try to put it on, and I might need to have the wheel hub replaced. Whoever changed the tire last probably messed up the stud/lug nut, they told me.That person couldn't have been me because I do almost all of my own maintenance, and I use only hand tools and torque to spec. Still, studs can sometimes snap.I went home to take a look and discovered that the reason the lug nut was "rotating freely" was because whoever put the lug nut back on had cross-threaded the outer third of the stud, maybe didn't start it by hand before using the impact wrench. Also you left the lug nut barely hanging on to the stud, I was able to remove it by hand in my garage.Had to spend my afternoon today replacing the stud myself. Just wish the employee had owned up to the mistake.

Best tire shop in town. I Purchase all my tires here. Recently had my one of my mazda 3 tire repaired and it's always an excellent experience. Friendly staff and quick turn around service. James was professional and had everything finished in flash. Satisfied customer!

I'm Traveling alone, 6 hours from my destination, and my tire sensor kicked on. I was so grateful to find America's tire! They were closing in a few minutes and they still took my vehicle and completed the repair for free, which is especially important to me because I just had the repair done or so I thought the day before and paid $20 for it only for me to discover that they never did it at all. These guys were very sweet and very knowledgeable and I'm very grateful that they helped in a difficult situation.

Good price and professional. My only complaint was the time taken. I was quoted 1 hour for completion of my vehicle, thought ok I can wait. Spent over 2 hours waiting. Turns out they were mispronouncing my name AND called out the wrong vehicle. So when I asked for an update my car had already been done. So just make sure you have someone pick you up.

Brought my car in for free air inflation. Found out one tire was too flat to fill, but they do free flat repair. Unfortunately, my tire had 2 razors next to each other and a nail in another spot, so I had to buy a new tire. (Yes, I asked to see it for myself, and they happily rolled my tire inside the waiting area to show me.) There was no wait, and they were finished within 45 minutes or so. They cleared my tire pressure lights as well.

Every time I need them, America's Tire in Vacaville amazes me. Fast, kind customer service. Reasonable pricing. They can literally get any tire you need. I've been taking all my tire needs to them for the last 30 years. First in Elk Grove and the last six in Vacaville. My whole family uses America's Tire. Today, I had a flat on a new vehicle. I tried and tried, but couldn't figure out where the very slow leak was coming from, so I took the tire to the Vacaville store. I checked in online, rolled up with the tire, waited 2 minutes for other customers in front of me, dropped off the tire, got a text 30 minutes later that it was fixed, came back, they loaded it in the truck for me, and I DIDN'T PAY ONE PENNY!!! That is how you take care of loyal customers. (I think they do it for anyone.) I won't buy tires from anyone else. Thank you!

Manager or equivalent is great, and gave perfect service. They fixed my tire a few months ago for free, and asked that I only return whenever I needed a replacement. I did just that, with the same manager giving the same quality service.However, I came with half a tank of gas and left with it almost on empty. The staff refused to help even after the managers requested them to several times.I still prefer America's Tire, but I'm hesitant for this location after this experience.

Our quote over the phone was the same price we paid in store. We were a walk in tire replacement since we had a nail in our tire. They got our tire in within 24 hrs. They called us when they had our tire, and had the tire on the car within the hour (we live close by). Before we left they ensured the air in the tires were at the proper pressure.

WHY GO TO THIS PLACE...and then discover you've hit the jackpot! I set an appointment the day before. Chatted through their online help. I showed up a few minutes early as suggested to find it was way more than expected.They do service really well. "Is all that service worth it," I asked myself?They fixed my tire for free and didn't push me to buy. They got me hooked. I'll go there over other big box stores because they got the work done in 30 minutes and I was out the door and on my way back into life.Nice going!
