Honest and trustworthy. I have been taking my vehicles here for over 6 years now. They have never oversold me and have always stood behind their repairs. Would highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised. To begin with their initial quote was much more reasonable compared to what other places were charging. Simple jobs like spark plugs can often be way overinflated relative to what the job entails. They said it would take around an hour, but they finished the job faster than that and even charged me less than what was quoted due to less labor time incurred. They could have charged the original full price if they wanted to, but they were honest and adjusted it. It's really nice to find an honest mechanic for once and they certainly won a new customer. 5 stars.

Aaron went above and beyond to take care of our Honda. In a day and age where it's hard to trust shops and you question their integrity, Aaron's Automotive has surpassed our every expectation. From using factory parts to courtesy rides to making my wife feel welcome and comfortable.Thank You Aaron and your employees. This is how you run a business successfully.

Staff personable and efficient. I went in with a suspected issue and they confirmed. Gave me a very clear estimate. I made an appointment for 9 a.m. and was told it would be done by noon. At 1020, the job was completed. One other place quoted me an estimate almost double Aaron's. So glad I looked before I leaped.

Bad service .So I set up an appointment to do a car alignment, I even left work ealry to be there on time. Just to find out they never put my name in their system .so i end up lossing few hours of work .Not professional at all,and this was my first time trying this shop.I don't recommend this business. Again not professional.very bad first impression.dont waste your money in this shop where they don't value customers time .

This is a long overdue shoutout to Aaron's automotive. I took my car in from a prior shop that advised me of codes from my car. Let Aaron's know what I was told and Aaron re-read the codes and started to troubleshoot my car, to find out I had a exhaust leak on my manifold. Aaron suggested he would try to weld the hole if possible with the foresight if this was not possible he gave me a estimate cost of a replacement cat from Nissan of a 1,000 for part only. While trying to attempting to get it repaired and unable contacted me with the news and the previous price I was quoted which was less yeah me. Total job was less than 1,000. Like to add all the times I've taken it in for oil changes to other facilities and me driving it for so long thinking the noise I've gotten used to hearing and thinking it was normal but wasn't. Now my car is super quiet and hopefully I won't have to replace my hybrid batteries no time soon. Adding here on out bringing all of my vehicles to have them serviced by Aaron's.. Big thank youRobert Mason

Aaron's is my go to for all my auto repairs. Honest and good at what they do. Had an issue with my truck, and before doing the work verified it wasn't still under warranty with the dealer. It was...so saved me $450! Will go to Aaron's again for sure...and my first recommendation to those who ask me.

Customer Service was great. From the first friendly phone call to the completion of repairs it all went smoothly. I felt the cost for what I needed done was very reasonable. I would definitely take my car to them again.

Aaron s automotive has ALWAYS been honest with us when we brought our VW beetle in and our Subaru. The prices are reasonable, and the staff has personally showed me pictures of my car, and/or walked me in there to show me. Very trustworthy and won t take advantage of you.

I went there thinking I needed brakes. They checked and was honest about what I really needed. Didn't need brakes. Did need a few minor repairs. Really was a relief and the folks was really pleasant! I will be taking my car there from here on out! I will also recommend them to anyone. Thank you Aaron's Automotive.

I had an emergency with my vehicle, I called Aaron's and they just happened to have a cancellation. They got me right in, diagnosed the problem within a couple minutes, fixed it and had me on my way. They were upfront and honest, and I'm glad they found the problem before I had drive 800 miles back home.

Aaron and his crew are good, honest, hard working guys who will do everything they can to give you the best service. A couple reviewers that posted 1 star are people who just don't understand automotive difficulties and laws. I just want to let them know that when you get your brake pads changed they ask you if you want to go cheap, good, or best. If you go with the organic pads and you have a heavy foot that's constantly braking all the time, then guess what? Your going to need new ones within 6 months to a year. If you go semi metallic 1-3 years depending on weather and how you break, ceramic pads same thing but ceramic tears up your rotors worse than semi metallic. If this is your first time going to Aaron's just do me a favor and try them out. They gave me a awesome experience with great prices and they will help you out too.

I've been going to Aaron's for years. He has always treated me great, frequently going above and beyond. I recommend his shop to anyone who asks for an auto service shop recommendation.

Aaron"s automotive is an honest place with fair prices. I have been using him for about 12 years now and their work is always excellent. If you are quoted a price and the repair costs less than the quote they will let you know and adjust your bill.Highly recommended.

Generally speaking, I ve always been rather dismissive of ultra-low review scores for shops and products, as they re often riddled with spelling errors and clear bias against the service, that makes them appear rather juvenile. I ve never felt the need to leave a low review score, because good service often receives the reception it deserves, and vice versa for bad service. Having said that, and having taken a couple days to clear my thoughts, I cannot in good conscious say that the service here is anything but dishonest, and predatory.I began hearing a loud grinding noise coming from my wheels a couple weeks before taking it in for service. In my research online, I figured this likely to be a wheel bearing; and my suspicions were later confirmed when I brought the car in. The staff was pleasant, worked quickly to tell me the issue (front driver side wheel bearing), and gave me a quote. A bit pricey, I thought; but worth it for some peace of mind afterwards. They call me a day later, and say the problem was fixed and the sound eradicated. I happily pay the bill and retrieve my car shortly after.Only, I immediately notice that a grinding is still present, and the problem persists. First assumption: the other wheel bearing, right? Surely though, they would mention that in their initial findings, or even in the final test after the repair? At a more professional shop, perhaps. But when I returned a week later to find out what happened, and take the car for a test drive with one of their mechanics, the real side of Aaron s Automotive revealed itself. The mechanic quickly hears the noise, and confirms that there s a serious problem at the wheel. Upon our return, he parks my car in the shop to run some new tests, and I walk inside to wait. This is where I m immediately grilled by who I assume is upper management, him going off about how he TOLD me the brake was rusted and would still make some noise . Except I hadn t forgotten, and as the mechanic who drove with me was quick to point out, it wasn t coming from the brake. So they run some new tests, and lo and behold, it s the second wheel bearing. Now management comes back into the office and starts crunching some numbers on his computer, quickly giving me a new quote for the repair (with an insulting discount), as if I was just leaping at the opportunity to do more business with them. Before I made any decision, I needed to know what had happened, and I calmly asked as much. Apparently, there had been a mechanic that had worked on my car, and given me the original quote, but was no longer working with them. Rather convenient, I think. Obviously, the fault isn t really ours. He s quick to claim. Except that it is in the same way a hospital should be held accountable for a doctor that comes in drunk to perform open-heart surgery, or how the police force is liable for employing a crooked cop caught stealing drugs from the evidence room. It s an employer s job to right the wrongs of their employees, and had Aaron s tried to, this review would have been drastically different. But they didn t. And I was left talking with a condescending stonewaller who refused to offer a dime of my investment back, no proper reconciliation, nor even an ounce of sympathy. I left Aaron s Automotive for the first and last time that day, my wallet almost $500 lighter, and my problem still persisting. Had I heard the honest quote, I probably wouldn t have gone through with it, or at least I d have taken the time to weigh my options. And I think they damn well know that.So no, I don't think Aaron's Automotive will screw you over if you bring your car in for something small like changing the oil or replacing brake pads. But the real test of a business is how they conduct themselves when something goes wrong, and their employee make a costly mistake. And to that end, I have to say that I ve seen more professional behavior at a local Walmart than this joint.

Not even worth 1 star. Very dishonest snakes. And lazy too. They make "appointments" and still let your car sit there for hours and dont even work on it and then get annoyed with you asking the status on your car. Spent $200 to get my ac looked at and they still couldnt diagnose it and they lied about the cost and diagnosis.I normally dont write reviews but had to warn others, they are VERY DISHONEST. The manager is a straight up liar and very unprofessional!Save yourself from being played and find someone better!

These guys do great work, they fixed the noise issue with my car. They also changed out the clutch master cylinder, it feels like driving a new car again. I believe the technicians name was Adrian, great jobs guys.

I had a punctured tire on my truck and was pulled over a block from Aarons automotive. Aaron saw that I was having trouble getting the flat tire off my truck. He sent one of his technicians over with an air canister to pump up my tire so I could drive it the block to get it to his shop. He then had his technician change my tire so I could be on my way. This is beyond service! This is the sign of a place that is going to go out of its way to take care of its customers. Thank you Aaron for being a silver lining in a dark cloud.

Not very happy with this place. They put a nasty scratch on my car, promised to fix it or compensate me in some way. Never heard back from them. Sad how people can look you in the eye and promise to make a wrong right.....then weasel their way out of it. Stay away from this place...that's my advice.

We needed a repair while passing thru Vacaville to continue on a trip. The office manager and mechanics were great. Showed us the repair and we were on our way in about an hour.

Manager guy dishonest, unreliable, & rude. Didn t even fix my vehicle. Will be fixing ourselves. Paying customers should be treated right and should be kept up to date. My experience here was the opposite.
