Jay is very personable and so kind. I had an issue with my check engine being on for so long and scheduled an appointment with him. Since the guys at AAA fixed my check engine light issue I have had a problem with the light since. Smog and engine light on.Wonderful experience, expert diagnosis to a problem and a great team to work with. I dealt mostly with JR, who manned the front counter. He was very pleasant and efficient. Buyer beware! Tried selling my wife $800 worth of brakes when it only needed pads. Scared her claiming 'metal to metal.' To me metal to metal is down to the rivets on the pads and the corresponding groove on the rotor....uhmmmm duh? Some brake pads have metal tabs to indicate by a scraping sound that you should have your brakes looked at. Was close, but brakes were quiet. Rotors were clean. Would they have admit that and drop the price down? Tell me I need pads and if my rotors are bad show me. Have them show you the problem or get a second opinion. May have been the sales guy but shops like this make me mad. 2 stars for prior 'decent' service. Unless I just didn't realize I got ripped off! Makes me question it.

So I made an appointment for brake check and front engine noise diagnosis. They said water pump was going out but the brakes were fine. Turns out it was my alternator, truck was in the shop for 6 business days, they replaced both and the final bill was less than the original estimate. My first time here, as our mechanic retired. I thought things were going south but they treated me like a friend and valued customer. I had my fears during the process but they proved themselves trustworthy. I waited a few weeks before the review, my truck still running like a top, smooth and will I recommend this shop:Yes, absolutely!Nice work guys, we'll be back!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

The service was excellent. Acknowledgement when I walked in next day oil change for my car. They offered transportation to my job while they worked on my car. I received a phone call when my car was ready and they arranged for transportation back to the AAA to pick up my car. Loved the friendly and attentive staff and service.

Just stopped by today to get my car smogged and to replace a burnt out taillight. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and they are very military friendly. I wish I had found this place sooner!

I was over charged for the service based on the quote I received. I was told a mistake was made because I was being charged for synthetic blend instead of full synthetic. It was $25 more and I paid it even though they have the vin number and knew it was highly unlikely that was the case. I later remembered I had an email quote and it was priced for full synthetic. It will be interesting to see if owner responds and wants to make it right.I have no issService: Oil change

Would give 0 stars if I could. I called to ask what would be checked for an inspection that I needed and I was told 3 things. I made sure those 3 things were in order before I came to do my inspection. After my car was inspected (a day after it was supposed to be because a technician decided that he wanted to go home early) it was determined that I needed some type of fluid changed as well (as apart of my inspection)... but this "part of the inspection" was not mentionedat all when I called and asked what needed to be checked.. I was not given accurate information. It ended up costing me $350 when my total should have been $190 and had I been given the accurate information I explicitly asked for to begin with (to try and avoid this exact problem) this wouldn't have happened. This was a way to make extra money. I will never do business here again and will be contacting management.

Went in and they pretty much diagnosed ALL of my issues in one visit. Much to the chagrin of the mechanic I was unable to afford everything done at once and was rather choosy with which repairs we proceeded with. They let me know my issues would not be solved with such minor repairs.I will be back throughout the year to get my lil baby fixed up. She's a POS rn but is my workhorse.Thanks AAA

I called to ask how much would it be to replace two front shocks on a 2006 Toyota tundra V8 engine and the guy on August 1 at 4:50 PM quoted me $2000 not very AAA ish what do you think ?

I bought my daughter her first car and usually I service my cars, but this time I took it to AAA Auto Care so that everything would be fine since it would be the first car that my daughter is going to drive and supposedly they are professionals and have all the tools to fix cars, but the technicians they have in that place are not professional at all, they do not do a good job and they also very expensive.The car broke down twice after they fixed it and I had to take it to them and they couldn't fix it.They broke some parts in the car and they were blaming me.The manager is useless and he does not train his technicians well, that's why I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone, it was the first and the last time I took my car to this place, too bad that AAA Insurance recommends this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I did a review thinking it was AAA office. They were the one's I was upset with. This place is great. The young man was very kind and knowledgeable. When I need the work done, I will choose this place. If the rest of the staff is anything like the young man I spoke with, they have an awesome place. 5 stars...No...100 stars YES!!!

Outstanding experience getting my vehicle repaired utilizing my aftermarket auto warranty! Joe took care of everything with the warranty to get the entire service covered. Also worked with them to get two additional days added to my rental car. 10x easier and 50x quicker than the dealership. Save yourself time and money and utilize them!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Though the pricing is a bit dear, the courtesy makes up for that. With having AAA membership I was given a Lyft ride home (free of charge) and was kept up to date on the work with my car. The extra work that needs to be done was stored in their database for future reference. Thank heavens for AAA.

Bad experience. The shop did a terrible job with my oil change and didn't place the oil filter properly. This let to a lot of oil leaking and fortunately another shop identified and fix it since I almost had no engine oil. This cost me a lot more and AAA didn't help pay for those other expenses. Neither did the store manager call me back as promised to resolve this.

Ivan was very helpful here on an early Saturday morning when I needed a smog. The tech was not in that day but he was able to do it himself while also managing the front desk. Great customer service and super friendly.

The no cash policy is shady. I told the guy inside I'dget the tire and take it to my car and instead the fixer brought it out while giving an unhappy look..When I said thank you, he mumbled under his breath. It was really disrespectful. The guy in the front was ok. I guess you don't need to be social to be at the front desk anymore, but whatever. My tire was fixed and in and out within 30 ish mins.Nothing else to say.

Gotta say, my very first time at petrillos auto care and the guys there are outstanding, the customer service is amazing. Dominic stayed late so I could get my car. Even though he had to reopen his end of day books. They did the work super fast and was fair on the price.. Thank you Dominic.. you have gained a customer for life!!!

Nice clean shop with a comfortable waiting area. Good professional technicians but the wait can be horrible when they are busy. I came here on a Wednesday morning and waited 2 1/2 hours for mounting a balancing four tires + a smog check. Otherwise it s a nice shop, they take care of you if there is an issue.

Ever since they have changed from Petrillos I can never seem to drop off my car for a simple oil change on Saturday mornings. They used to be the best and always worked with you. Some of us can't make mid week appointments due to working

Excellent service, I had an issue with the quality of the brakes that were placed in the front of my vehicle, I came back two weeks later and they replaced everything with better quality products, no charge. I was impressed with the people upfront and how they handled everything, also with the quality of the work. Good people all around.

Took my rig in for a new rear main seal, quoted me the best price, pretty good service as well. Good discount if you're a AAA member . They also cuaght a bad universal joint and replaced it after giving me a call glad they cuaght it since I do alot of off roading.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone was very helpful with my unique problems. The price was fair and everyone seemed genuine and honest. Aaron is the man, I am relieved that I found my new repair shop!

They did not tell me on the phone several things which would have changed my mind about going there. First, you had to wait outside if you were waiting for your car due to Covid. It is 108 degrees outside with three fires burning in the area. Second, they did not accept anything but a credit card. No checks, no cash. They called and told me I needed a new air filter, I said no. I get that ever time I get an oil change.They did offer a ride home but who wants to get in a strange car with a stranger? Not me.I have more work to be done on my vehicle but I will go to Les Schwabs. Very disappointed as this is a AAA service center.

Went in day after Christmas to get a smog. They got me in super fast! I figured i would just make an appt but no!! Yep got me right in great front counter help. 20 mins, great price, cheaper then i thought it was going to be. I'll see you when the next car is due!!!!
