I scheduled a super early appointment with All in One Towing through my GEICO policy and it was the most efficient towing experience I could ask for!Mitch showed up right on time (even a few min early) and got my truck out of tight space / back country area I live in and to the Dealership with ease. The whole process was super quick, easy and friendly.Mitch = 5/5

They wanted to charge me $200 to tow my van two blocks from my house to an auto shop down the street. Ridiculous!

Had to use this company to tow a car that won t start. At first Keith the technician was okay. Not overly nice but no need to be. He couldn t get the tow truck in the driveway which isn t a big deal but I think he got frustrated that he actually had to work. He tried to jumpstart my car (I told him it wouldn t work) and when he was connecting the positive and negative hookups, he did them on the wrong side! I calmly told Keith that my positive charged side was on the front not the back and he immediately snapped told me I need to step away or he will leave! Like sorry dude I just bought that battery a week ago and I dont want some guy just to ruin my battery by trying to jump the wrong sides. I called the office to let them know what had happened and they said the owner will call me. I ll let you know what the owner says and how he reprimanded Keith s poor customer service skills and anger issues.Service: Car towing

These guys are a SCAM!! Tried to charge us for 43 miles when the tow is 23. Geico only covers 20, so they just added 20 miles to the charge to double dip!! Frauds!! When I called and questioned them, he said they were only ones who would go out there. I still asked why they are trying to charge for 43 when its 23 miles...he just said he was canceling the tow and hung up on me. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Between AAA and several tow companies I got one coming from a town one and a half hours away . Good tow guy ! But between all the rigamarole I spent two nights on the side of the road . Barely got to sleep from the noise and RV shaking from traffic .It all worked out , but the sleeping in the roadside for two nights takes a while to recouperate .Thank you AAA . Thank you driver.Nic .

The charged me 680.00 for a tow from Clear Lake to Lakeport. Because it was a mandatory tow the Clearlake Police Department for not having a front license plate the tow company charge me a total of $1,200 for two days and a tow.

My car broke down in 110 degree heat. Otherness company said 5 hours to pick us up. All in One was there in 20 minutes. Driver was professional and friendly.

These people are beyond rude I called to ask a couple questions and the lady answer and I didn't hear her at first so she screamed in the phone hello I said hello can you hear me and she continued to scream at me that she could hear me and my conversations with someone else very unprofessional very obnoxious would never recommend them to anyone!

Called to check on my car that was towed and the guy was very rude. Not willing to work with me at all. 1 day towing & storage fees $730.00. They are crooks...
