I came here because of the good reviews and because I was referred by Mercury. Ralph assisted me. He was condescending every time I spoke to him. I ignored it because I just wanted my car repaired and figured I'd never have to deal with him again.Immediately after getting my car back, the rear sensor started alerting me every time I went in reverse even when there was nothing there. I tried to ignore it but eventually it was blaring every time like I was about to hit something. I called Ralph and he had me bring it in. He looked at me in the same condescending way he always did, like that was supposed to be normal. He tried to tell me that I needed a new camera that he could order for $500. I told him this never happened before the repairs. I knew it was pointless trying to get him to hear me out so I called Mercury.The sensors have nothing to do with the camera. You could feel that they were not flush with the bumper, especially the one that was going off. Either Ralph doesn't know how things work or he thinks I'm an idiot. I'm thinking the latter as I find it hard to believe someone working at a body shop, dealing with bumpers wouldn't know that. Mercury referred me to a new body shop that is fixing their mistake. After getting into an accident that was not my fault, upland collision craft made it an even bigger inconvenience

I was rear ended and Mercury recommended them and plus I had a lot of water damage on a separate claim and I let them handle that as well and they did a beautiful job. Thank you Ralph Lugo!

Excellent customer service!!.Ralph and his team provide top-level service. Very professional and kept me well informed throughout the process with email updates and photos. They go above and beyond. Happy with the results; my son's car looks brand new!

A friend of mine recommended me this place. I m extremely satisfied with the work they did on my Corolla. The work they performed is EXCELLENT!!! They are super clean with their work. My vehicle was rear ended while parked and my nephew who is a mechanic recommended this place.I dealt with one of the owners, Ralph Perez who helped me through the nightmare of dealing with the driver's insurance.The car was totaled and I can't say anything about their work but I will say that Ralph was very professional and knowledgeable and helped make sure that the insurance company did right by me.If ever I have need of the services provided by Upland Collision Craft, I most definitely will take my vehicle there.

Great experience with Upland collision craft. They fixed my wife's car through the insurance company after it was side swiped in the parking lot. Ralph is the man, easy to work with and moves things fast despite the backordered parts. Workmanship? Let's say I am a picky car guy and I wasn't able to tell that it has ever been impacted, the guys did a great job fixing and painting to OEM specs. These guys are amazing!!!!! They didn't an excellent job repairing my truck. They even performed complimentary services like doing my front alignment, adjusting my air bag system, shampooing my carpets, helped me with the cost of the extended period for the rental I was using and the sales tax and an awesome detail job inside/out. I would highly recommend these guys to ANYONE and would be glad to take any of my vehicles there in the future. Thank you guys!!Daniel Howell

Best experience I've ever had with auto repair of any kind! After being side swiped, I took my car to these highly experienced gentlemen. Although my insurance company had other shops listed as network, I'm so glad I took it to Upland Collision Craft! They worked out all of the insurance paperwork and follow up and my car came out better than when I took it in. Excellent craftsmanship, communication, service, and expedience! Highly recommend to people who like a business that doesn't suck and takes amazing care of their customers!!

This was the best body shop my husband and I ever experienced. Ralph Perez was genuinely caring and helpful and went above and beyond for us. They gave us constant updates and finished all the work in a timely manner as promised. We were extremely satisfied with their work and customer service both.

I received pretty solid customer service throughout my experience with this shop. They gave me a decent time frame for completion, met that deadline, and provided constant communication throughout the process. My car looked and ran just as great as it did before the accident. You really can't ask for much more than that. Definitely give them a shot.

I went to Upland Collision Craft based on reviews after seeing they were rated 5 stars and reading all the great reviews. They definitely lived up to my expectations and more. I took my Jeep in for an insurance claim and needed work on my bumper. Ralph Lugo was professional from beginning to end. He knew I was in a rush to get my car back and he dealt with the insurance, repairs, payment and everything within less than a week. He kept me updated at all times, communication was A+. I will be using them for any future repairs to all of my cars. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for professionalism, quick turn around and great prices! After a fender bender my insurance gave me a list of repair shops close to me. I chose Upland Collision Craft, and I'm so glad that I did. Ralph Perez emailed pictures of the repair progress and was in contact with the insurance adjuster. He made the process stress free and effortless. They do great work, and their customer service is amazing.

Top notch business. I was recommended to this shop by a friend, and I'm glad I listened. They worked with me and my insurance company to ensure my car was back on the road as quickly as possible. Plus, my BMW 2013 535i looked as good as the day I picked it up new.

do not go here Ralph Lugo is a crook who fed me lies and won't refund me my money.the work is not the best looking he's a crook I don't recommend going here.Now this guy is taking me to court aftet refusing to let me pay him, I have emails stating that after i posted this reveiw he would not take any form of payment still is refusing to return my vehicle.

Best not to work with them, they do not have their stuff together.Spoke to Raplh, who was disorganized and rude and glad I went somewhere else because I can only imagine the type of work they would have done.Best to give your business to another company that appreciates it.
