I stopped by to let them look at my daughter's 2015 Toyota Camry. It was cloudy when I left home and by time I arrived we had real rain. I parked out front and went in. I met Maribel at the customer service counter. I explained I had right side front bumper separated from rest of car but didnt know if there was further damage. I asked for time to get it inspect and then give me quote. Maribel immediately got up and went outside in the rain with me, checked out the problem and asked me to bring the car to the front door. As soon as I moved it, she came out again, inspected it, and actually put a couple of screws back in place so it would hold and not flap around --- all while working in rain. she came in and gave me a quote that was way more than fair plus she told me her "band-aid" service could last several months or possibly a couple of days. Very straight and no games. I offered her "rain money" but she refused. Special Thanks to Maribel! She is super professional sales person who knows body work from beginning to end.

Rudeness beyond belief.Never actually fixed my car, despite charging us and keeping my vehicle for months.Left my car doors unlocked overnight in a public parking lot without explanation.Unethical and dishonest, misquoted prices to us as well as our lawyers multiple times.Car is still not working properly after they repaired and then fixed their repair with a factory defect .Woman who runs the office dresses like she s going to the club instead of working at a car repair shop and is intensely unprofessional and unpleasant.Overall, this place wasted my time, energy and money. ZERO STARS if I could.

I cannot recommend this shop enough!!! They were incredibly pleasant and professional, from the office staff (Maribel) to the mechanics themselves. Not only was the work done impeccably on my car (Mini Cooper), but they did it quickly and for a very reasonable price. In addition, they arranged for a rental car for me at their discounted rate and took care of returning the rental car when my car was done. If you are looking for a place that will treat you well, doesn t cost an arm and a leg, and will do absolutely amazing work, this is it!! I will be forever grateful to them, and anytime I have a car that needs work, I ll be going back to them.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

We're repeat customer's and have grown with the business with all our needs. As of late, we did a out of pocket repair to help offset insurance premium increase from our teenage driver on her second accident.Upland Autobody worked with us to help streamline the process and applied value engineering to the estimate.Overall, very happy with the empaccable finish work and front office.Service: Painting

Wow, what a disappointment. Our Infiniti started to get clear coat hazing on its hood and roof. After reading reviews and getting some quotes, I chose them. The only positive thing I can say is that Upland Auto Body was competitive for the cost of the work. OK, now the reasons for the 2 star review, which would have been 1 star if I had paid more for the work. First, they aren't professional at all, including Maribel who runs the shop. For example, when I dropped off the car, Maribel said it would be approximately 10 days for the repair, and to just give them a call in a week to see if it was ready. Yes, I had to call them, and keep calling to see if it was done, and it took longer than they said, about two weeks or longer. I closely inspected the car when I pick it up. Here's where it really went downhill. The paint job was not good. There were several fish eyes, a wet paint scuff, and irregular finish of the clear coat in several areas. To top it off, they cracked my windshield, probably from leaning on it while working on the roof. I pointed out all of the issues to Maribel. She didn't offer to correct the issues. I told her I just had the windshield replaced a couple of months earlier. She asked to see the receipt, which I showed her, and then agreed to replace the windshield. I also told her that the quality of the paint job was not what I expected for $2500. She reluctantly offered to correct the defects. This took another week or more. I inspected the car again when I picked it up, and there were spots that hadn't been buffed properly. They fixed that while I waited. After I got home I decided to clean the new windshield to remove fingerprints and was disappointed that it had a scratch! I immediately called Maribel, who reluctantly agreed to have it replaced after I sent her photos. She put me in touch with their windshield guy. He canceled the first appointment we had, and was a no show for two more appointments. I let Maribel know and she told me she would get it sorted out and then call me back. She never called. I called her one more time, and she said she would call me back when I could bring the car in, but she never called me back. So, that's it. I have given up on the windshield. I don't recommend Upland Auto Body.Service: Painting

Just came back from picking my car up and it looks like nothing ever happened!!! I just bought my 2017 Honda Accord and had it less than a month. While reversing downhill from a parking garage, I scraped the side door and damaged the side fender as well. Needless to say I was furious at myself. Mike was very friendly and walked me through the claim process. I decided to go with them anyway because of all the good reviews. I am extremely glad I did. Honest people, quality work. They deserve your business and you'll be glad you gave it to them.

This business is amazing! I needed body work done on my car .I called them on Monday..they looked at it on Tuesday, put in order for parts,and had me bring the car in Weds and I got it back all finished on Thursday.Office personnel Amanda and Mirabel were so kind and helpful.They had their employee "T" take me home when I dropped off the car! I took my 2005 Toyota Camry here to fix a bumper and taillight after a minor accident and by the time I picked it up, the car looked the same as it did in 2005. Service was great, they are very kind and friendly and if I am ever in that situation again, I will be back when I need it! Worth every penny! If I could give them 10 stars I would.Service: Painting

I had my 92 Jeep wrangler painted here, as well as having a dent removed - and when it was all said and done the results were awesome!The staff was very friendly, I told them my budget and we were able to arrive at a place I felt was fair.But perhaps the MOST valuable element to working with them, was their aim to be honest and transparent.

Maribel provided a quick quote and the work was completed in a timely manner. There was one small issue that arose and Maribel reported it to me immediately and gave me options. My headlight, and taillight were replaced and my bumper was repaired. They even took extra time to clean the inside of my vehicle. I plan on taking my other vehicle in soon. Charged as previously quoted.

They do not charge for estimates and when I was in a small-ish accident they didn't give me some outrageous estimate. In fact they gave me an estimate of $2900. Some parts OEM and other parts aftermarket which is fine with me. I took my vehicle to 5 other body shops and I received estimates for $3800, $4100, $5100, $5500 and then the coup de gras, an estimate of $7100! That is 2/3rds the value of my pickup lol. That shop had $100k+ vehicles on it's lot waiting to be fixed though so I should have known better going in. I'm 34 y/o and this is my very first accident. My vehicle, is paid off; it cost me $11,000 to buy. It's an 04' Toyota Tacoma which has liability insurance coverage only so that sucks badly. Unless there is another reputable body shop that gives me a lower estimate then I will be choosing this body shop. If I do choose this body shop then I will update my review.

They definitely earned their five star rating from me! Went thru an insurance claim recently with them. Not only they repaired the items on insurance initial estimate, they torn down the car and included all other hidden damages related to the accident. They are the best when it comes down to getting your car back to original condition! Hopefully I won t have another car accident. But if I do or have friends need collision repair, this is the place we will go.

I just want to say, the other day i took my 2013 Ford F250 in there for a paint job, and wow was i amazed. I did see the other yelp review before this one and was a little iffy. But i said, who cares there local! I just feel bad for cliff and his experience with upland paint and body. But for me it was the total opposite, i really enjoyed talking to Jeff. New management i believe. I had my truck back that same week, i couldn't believe it. No other shop has ever given me my truck back that same week, assuming there were many cars in front of me. But they came through when i needed them most. Best thing about it, is that they helped me with my claim on the insurance side. I had nothing to say but thank you! Very professional environment. Very nice people and humble and DONT LIE. I would recommend this place to any one that has had an accident or just in need of some work to be done. I considered them to be very reliable, and they walked me through every step. Every time i called they were there to reasure me that everything was being taken care of. What else can you ask for. Great job Upland paint and body. I will definetly tell my friends.

Love love this shop they have been a blessing. My car was tore up they made it look like new. The owner is the bomb and so is Maribel. They stay keeping you updated on the progress of what s going on with your car. I recommend them to everyone that s having car problems.

I took my car for repair to this shop last month. It was probably the best auto repair experience ever! They took care of A-Z from dealing with insurance company to calling adjuster and staying in contact communications with me. I generally don't give 5-stars to anybody but Upland Auto Body got one!

Had to get my door handles fixed. The price was very reasonable and service was fast. They owner and employees in the mean time made small talk. I enjoyed being here. My door handles work awesome.
