I've been going to this shop for about 5 years now. I believe Brian has fair business practices but am disappointed that the first time I complained about getting an oil change timely vs. running back and forward to this shop for a simple job, and addressing his mechanic (Eduardo) stepping on my floor mat without using a paper mat and getting it dirty, as well as Juan stepping on my bumper to point out parts under the hood, Brian opts to discontinue business vs. addressing his team and correcting poor behavior. I asked Eduardo if there were floor mats and he said "no." Mechanic (Juan) shared with Brian that I kept asking him to call Brian. He called on his on merit. Afterwards, I'd asked him to call to see if Brian didn't mind the oil change. I'd also noticed screws missing from repairs on multiple vehicles I'd taken there, and the dash rattling of which, I'd never complained. Today I called these issues out after Brian seemed un-inclined to talk and ended the call three times without saying bye when I called to confirm an upcoming appt considering Juan said they work by appts. I followed up again, just to be told, I'm becoming a headache, and my question and persistence were received as insistent and as if I should be priority and there are a lot of customers that have been there much longer and why don't I go to the other mechanic shop where I don't receive this treatment. (they retired) He did apologize and opt to pay for the floor mats to be cleaned. However, that would be one vehicle but my other vehicle mat is still damaged. In addition, I should have called out customers coming in after me getting serviced first and being greeted by Eduardo vs. him opening the door and not greeting me at all. Rude. Moving in a different direction.

I have used the Tire Pros of Upland for over a decade- Brian, leads the same team hes had the eniire time I've seen him and he always takes time to explain everything in a way that anyone can understand.Since finding him, I sent my entire family to be serviced here. Hit a large screw just down the road with kids in the car. Was leaking air very quickly. They were slow that morning so I was in and out quickly. They kept me very well informed of the situation and I felt well cared for. Most convenient inconvenience. Would recommend.

I have been coming to Brian for over 9 years now. He and his team of mechanics are so nice, honest and knowledgeable of their work. Brian will always go the extra mile for his customers. They say now days you can't find good honest people in this industry, but at this shop you will get nothing but honest fair price work with a sense of ease. Keep up the good work Tire Pros of Upland!!!

These folks are super reliable, communicative, professional, and skilled. I brought in my E46 and Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They completed my work right on time. The realignment that they did on my car was so fantastic--it was like driving a brand new car again. WOW! Highly recommended!Advice: Call ahead to make an appointment. They can get busy and they are a small shop so don't expect to be able to drop in and get your car work done right away.

This was the best experience at a tire shop I've ever had.Brian and his team are really professional and kind-hearted, getting all 4 of my tires tires replaced and aligned in about 90 minutes. In that time I witnessed Brian go the extra mile for every customer via phone, & those that came in were obviously long time customers.Customer service was perfect, and I feel confident driving on their tire and alignment expertise. Frankie the puppy is a joy.

Fast, fantastic, reliable and economical service. They have been maintaining my cars and trucks for the past 13 years from tires to engines. They do it all!Brian manages a reputable business, Juan is a very knowledgeable mechanic and Edwardo does it all, with a big smile. These guys are great and I would highly recommend!

We have been going to Tire Pros for Years. Not only do they service our cars but they service all of our families and many of our friends. We love Tire Pros and Brian is the most trust worthy owner. Never have to be worried about getting ripped off there. They are the most honest people. Thanks Tire pros for all the years you have serviced our cars!!!

We have been coming to Tire Pros for years, both for regular oil changes and maintenance and for other kinds of repairs for both my Ford and my husband's Honda and they are amazing there and they take really great care of our cars. They have also proven to us that there is such a thing as an honest mechanic and they also present you with options and price estimates before doing any work, always working hard to figure out the best solution for you. Prices are always very reasonable, and they really try to keep the cost down for you, they never try to push things that aren't needed for your car.Besides the great service and knowledge of cars, the staff at Tire Pros is also wonderful people. I definitely recommend this place for all your car and tire needs!

What do you want in auto repair? Competent people.Listen, you can drive around and bargain shop all day. When the rubber meets the road (pun intended), you want competent mechanics working on your car.I bought tires, an alignment, oil change and brake inspection. They DIDN'T try to sell me brakes that I didn't need. They had my car done in a timely fashion and when promised. Brian kept me informed as the services were being completed. He also took the car to a neighboring shop to have the smog certificate for registration done. Really, top-notch service.

Bryan had me in and out in less than 30mins. Tire Pros Upland saved me after I popped a flat on New Years Day. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Honest, careful, and helpful team. I arrived lunchtime with a fast tire leak at the start of a 2000 mi. drive from CA to MN. They took the time to fix the tire of a transient and I was back on the road in 20 minutes! The patch held perfectly! They gave me some free advice on how to maintain the tire going forward which I also put to good use.

I m so thankful there are trustworthy knowledgeable people with integrity who have their customers best interest at heart. Let s just say my car was dead and they were able to bring her back to life, Without selling me unnecessary add ons that I was inquiring about. Great owner and mechanic team! Gets the job done in a timely manner and let's you know what needs to be done. Tells you what you need to look forward to so it doesn't pop up as a surprise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great and reliable mechanic.

Been coming here since they were called Big O tires, now Tire Pros... Same owner. They have always taken care of all my cars and I have always been more than happy and satisfied with all their work. All their mechanics are great people, as well.

This place is delightful! I found a nail in my tire and they had it fixed within minutes. Then they checked my tires and told me what I already suspected: I need new tires. They gave me several options and I'll be going back to get my new tires next week.Oh, and Frankie is delightful :)

These guys are jerks! The sold me a bad battery, guaranteed for 75 months and it lasted less than two years. Then they lied about replacing it, then they wanted to charge me for replacing it. I'm taking them to court just to show a judge and the public how bad they are at business. Don't go there.
