The staff consists of very professional people, kind and friendly, I received the oil change and my tires rotated for less than $50 and a free brake inspection.

Had a great time !!! There was a car show with food ,drinks, raffles, I won But I was all the way at the end getting a taco at a restaurant I put my phone number on the raffle ticket and because I wasn't right there they gave it to someone else haha but that's OK I had a great time..

This is a great place to come for tires . The crew that was on duty were cool and did great work . They are very knowledgeable. Easy going to talk to nice people. Would recommend this place.

The location is very clean and organized. The staff are very professional. My servicer, Noe, was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but gave very thorough and honest evaluations and suggestions. He went above and beyond to ensure I had excellent service and even helped me secure the best possible deals. Wheel balancing was very timely and done professionally. I highly recommend Noe and Tire Choice Auto for any automotive needs, bumper-to-bumper!

Came in for a tire change. The manager ordered the wrong tire size wasting 6 hours of my time driving from lake arrowhead CA. So he told me to come in the next day that the tires would be there in the morning. I was the first person before the manager. There sign says that they are open at 7:30 am. I was here at 8:45am . The manager was late and didn t get in until 9:45 he had his employees sitting in the parking lot waiting for him to open the store. Playing with my time and even his employees. The manager told me the tires would be In at 10:30 and he would put them on right away. I leave until 11:00 to give them time to replace the tires. Upon my arrival I see that other cars that had gotten there after me were on the lift and getting serviced. They finally finished my car at 12:00pm. His customer service and overall attitude when I questioned him was horrible.

Went to ford they charged me an arm and a leg didn t fix the issue came to Jim and he fixed it with a screw driver and clamp! Always amazing service here. If you haven t been down here check it out they truly care about their customers

I love this store! My tire was low and I went to have it fixed at a different shop ( down the street ) there I was given an estimate for the repair cost that went in to the thousands. Annoyed and with a low tire I drove to tire choice and there James the manager took very good care of my vehicle. He was very honest and told me that several of the repairs, I was told I needed by the other shop we re not even necessary. He said that my car was in good shape. But some of the repairs listed I would need but further down the road. Saving me thousands of dollars. He than plugged my tire and I was on my way. Good as new. I m definitely coming back here when it s time to get the work done on my car. Great experience! Nice to know that there are still people in this world with integrity.

I came in on a rainy day for the tire pressure to be checked. They helped me right away and told me what was happening with my tires. They were honest, friendly, and quoted me a very fair price, which I don't feel happens allot in auto repair shops. So happy they told me my tire air levels so I know my family and I are safe.

Came in to get new tires on my 370z (Yokohama s) and didn t have the locking lug key to remove them which made removal near impossible. Dealership told me it would be 165 bucks just to take off the lug nuts and that they wouldn t be able to get to me until the next day. Frank the tech took his time and was able to remove them without the tool and did not damage the lug or wheel. Adrian the service rep was very friendly and both of them went out of their way to make sure my experience was great. I highly recommend this place as finding good customer service is in short supply these days. Thanks again to the great staff who seemed genuinely interested in giving me a great experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The wheel alignment was perfect in every way. The car drives much better. Thank you for being so courteous and timely. It was a pleasure getting my car fixed and I will be back with my work and will bring others.

100% recommend getting your tire services done here, especially with Jim.Jim A. cares about what he does and the customers he serves. I called today at opening with a handful of issues that arose in my morning and he patiently listened to my concerns about getting the services I needed done quick and efficiently.When I arrived at the shop, he was quick to address the issue with my vehicle and he was able to get me in and out in time to pick up my son.

Jim, the manager, helped me out of a jam. I m from out of town and needed a quick fix. Professional, efficient, and priced appropriately. With so many choices in the area, Tire s Choice is just that - the one you should choose.

Jim went above and beyond with his excellent service!! He fixed the problem very quickly and because of him we can continue our trip safely to Las Vegas. Never have I ever met such a nice person. Jim you're the best!! I wish I could give you all the stars in the world!

I was referred to this location by the tire choice in fontana because the fontana one didn't have the expertise. I found excellent customer service from the manager Jim as well as the mechanic Jimmy. Jimmy was quick and has owned his own shop for 45 yrs. You can't go wrong with Tire Choice Upland.

The staff were polite and easy to do business with.I showed up late in the day for an alignment and they were very helpful and pleasant.I also like the focus the Corporate Office has on arming their team members with up to date equipment to use. As far as I could tell, the alignment machine was a recent model and gave quick, accurate results.I like this place ... :-)

My low tire light was on. I just assumed it was thespare because the outside tires looked fine. But I had a nail in the sidewall. Thankfully I also had a road hazard certificate. The tire was replaced. I had great service too. Tire Choice is our go to place.

I have only gotten tires here.ihave never serviced my car here .Tires has been responsible as a single parent I am always on a budget.Gustavo the manager helped me with 2 tires at $85 each. Which for a good pair of tires to ME wasn't so bad. Of course they get you with installation fees and what not.As far as the products go, I drive everyday about 30 miles a day and the tires have lasted about 2 years. So I feel I did get my $80 bucks worth.

This is a great location, the mechanics over here are pretty skilled and knowledgeable. Unlike other mechanic shops, I actually feel like they actually take care of their customers here. Thank you to everyone today for getting me back on the road in such short time.

Gus and his crew are awesome and amazing! they take pride in what they do and it shows. their customer service is top notch. they really take good care of your car and the details of what they do is just excellent. they are up front in their costs and fees and they are reasonable and good. i would definitely come back here and highly recommend them.

The best experience and would definitely recommend Tire Choice (Upland, CA location) for your car needs. Cassandra knew I had questions and she was able to help me every step of the way! Very happy with the tire choice and the service!

Took my vehicle for two new front tires and was truly impressed by the customer service provided by Gus, Store Manager. He followed up with me and provided accurate feedback/updates during my car being in service.Would definitely recommend Tire Choice to any customer looking for tires or an alignment.

I ve been coming here for a few years even after they recently were bought out and Dave is very helpful and honest and he always makes me feel comfortable. For a woman a tire or any Auto shop it s always intimidating because other companies take advantage and over charge or scare you into buying more then you need but Dave is honest and helpful. I have a Mercedes and he takes care of my car and gives excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this place especially because of Dave.Bianca
