Pretty good and accurate with quality, trust, and honest work, as the many reviews say. I spoke to them about the negative comments on here, that I was concerned because I was going for alignment, but it's true, those people probably aren't being honest with themselves. Trying to leave a stain on such a great, family, and locally owned auto shop. I got alignment on a Toyota venza done in 35 minutes on my 1 hour lunch break. 10/10

Mike was really kind through the whole process from the call for an estimate to handing me my keys after doing my brakes. Great service and reasonable pricing. Def recommend you give them a call for your car needs.

My mechanic of decades closed up shop due to a number of issues (the pandemic being one of them). A friend of mine recommended Roy's.So far, I'm very pleased. Mike is a quality service manager and shares his knowledge without hesitation.I trust them for my maintenance needs for both of my new cars.

The mechanics here were so helpful, after having so many negative experiences in the past I was weary of mechanics, but these were very honest and charged fair reasonable price compared to other places in the area. I was very pleased and will continue coming here in the future, would definitely recommend.

I was sent by American Tires for alignment, it s three pm on a Friday. But they have two cars to finish and can t fit the alignment in. Really do you only have two workers in your shop. That s three hours before your posted closing time. He also mentions American Tires didn t call and they are suppose too. I called and asked, they said no it s a favor to refer people. They do not have set rules in place. So much for that amazing customer service.

My family and I have been going to Roy's Auto for about 18 years. We have had anything from regular maintenance to major engine and transmission work done. They are always reasonably priced, knowledgeable, courteous and get the work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!!

These mechanics are so friendly and knowledgeable. I have always taken my car to them - for oil change to overheating issues down to getting the brakes done. And always had them take care of the issues. I have never felt shortchanged. They are honest and will not charge you until they get to the root of the problem.

Roy's Auto has been my perferred choice for service and repairs for the last 20 years. Honesty, integrity, and quality work at reasonable prices is what you get here. You'll discover that most of Roy's customers are long time customers and many come to Roy by referrel.Roy's Auto has performed both minor and major jobs for me over the years. From oil changes, wheel alignments, and brakes to head gaskets, transmission and engine installs. I moved from Upland to Victorville over 10 years ago and I still take all my vehicles to Roy's Auto.

We went to roy s auto repair in the middle of a road trip due to our car making a strange noise. They saw us right away and were very kind and helpful. Great work! Honest guys. Not the most expensive work or the cheapest. He is fair. Did a good job on my car. He replaced all the brakes, did an oil change, rotated the tires and replaced my squeaky belt. Will definitely return again. Referred other people to their shop already.

I drove from Gilbert, Az last Friday to Claremont, Calif. On our way we started having a problem with the brakes. The car would shake when the brakes were applied. As we got closer it was getting worse. When we arrived in Claremont my sister called Roy's Auto Repair and explained our problem. This was about 4:00. They told us to bring the car over and they would check it. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the car within a couple of hours. They charged a very reasonable fee for the repair of the rotor. They saved our trip. We were there for a softball Tournament so we needed the car. I just can't tell you how much I appreciate their professional, excellent service. They went above & beyond to help us out.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Mike and Roy are awesome. My go to guys for all my cars. They are very nice, honest, and helpful everytime I came to bring my cars. Their quotes are also reasonably priced.

Went there for the first time for an oil change. I arrived at the shop early; just after 9am. My car was done within an hour. The staff was very nice and their rates are very reasonable

I have to take my hat off to Roy, first for not taking advantage of my niece and charge her for unnecessary repairs as many "Techs" would have. He was very honest to tell her that her car was good to run and pass the smog test without having to spend money on it.Roy, even though I don't know you, I will take all mine and my family's car repairs to you, you have earned our business just by being honest, caring and compassionate.

Roy is a friendly and honset, brother. This is my auto repair favorite. It is better than all the repair in California. He never try to get more money from you if you are a woman. He always speaks honestly to you about the stuffs problems, and need to buy new one for fix the vehicles.. There are so many auto repairs, and they are lairs for love the money...try to get all of your money from your wallet.

We were faced with a difficult situation with a used car my daughter bought. After, many unsure diagnosis from other mechanics we took the car to Roy's. He checked the car thoroughly, found out the problem and car was fixed. We are very happy customer's.
