I had some basic maintenance work on RAV4. I made an appointment online, which was confirmed via email. Even though they were short staffed due to Easter weekend, my car was ready to go in less than 2 hours. The office manager was very courteous and helpful. I definitely rate 5 stars

Chris and Albert are always so helpful and friendly! This is my second vehicle I have taken to them. They are always honest in their work and very clear when explaining issues to me. That have won a lifetime customer!

Great customer service and general service. I just needed a flat fixed so it was hardly a high end expensive job for them to be excited about. They were awesome. Super friendly and had it fixed and changed for me in 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Chris is the best! He always keeps me informed of the status of my vehicle and appointment. That do everything from high end parts for my Audi to a tire patch. They also service my son s Mazda and that thing has 150k miles on it and gets an oil change every 5k miles. He drives to OC every day and Mountain View in Upland has maintained the car since we bought it.

The service was always good at Mountain View. Never had any problems until recently when we took our car in for service, oil change, brake check, tire rotation in preparation of a long cross country trip. A coolant change was suggested which I agreed to, but after picking up the car, it overheated. My wife took car back and was told it was ok to drive and to bring back in the morning.It was brought back in the morning, on a tow truck as a blown head gasket was suspected, car was checked out, we were told the problem was a hole in the radiator hose, (why was this not discovered when coolant flush was done?), told the service mgr that we suspected a head gasket issue as there was oil in the overflow reservoir, and the typical white milkshake gunk on the radiator cap that would indicate a possible issue with head gasket. car was tested and we were assured there were no issues with the head gasket, and there was no coolant in the engine, (we have photos). Car was picked up and driven straight to dealer where upon inspection, we were given the unfortuate news that the head gasket was indeed blown, and it would cost $7400 to fix. So here we are, made a cross country move from Cailifornia, I'm in Tennessee and wife is stuck in California as we try to figure out who is going to pay for these repairs. As I previously said, we've never had any problems with Mountain View. They've done many oil changes, brake jobs and we've bought many tires there in the past, but for those that are considering Mountain View for service, do not let them do anything other than oil changes, brakes or tires, and always check the dipstick before leaving to ensure that oil is in the engine. I suspect that we drove off without any coolant or very little coolant in our car. Very disappointed.

Came here to fix a nail in my tire. Walked in at 3pm guy at desk said it it ll be 2 hours boss, we have one guy working here . I asked if there will be more people on Wednesday and if I should come back then? Got a resounding yes to that question.Come back the next day, same time. Another guy at the desk, this time he asks if I m here to pick up a truck? Mention the ever-present mail in my tire again and my need for it to not be there. He asks if I m dropping off the car for tomorrow instead of the usual hour or so (at most) to patch a tire for some reason, because there is one guy here and etc..Checks with the guy and says he can do it in an hour but it ll be $40!! Hilarious for a place that deems itself honest I go to American Tire which is 5 mins away, has a whole crew working, and they fix my tire in 30 minutes. FOR FREEIf this place tries to scam you for a measly tire patch up job, I d be scared to death letting them handle anything car related! Stay far away from this place!

Updated review (2024):Always a great experience. Communication is excellent Chris is detailed, concise and helps us make the best decision for our cars regarding maintenance, repairs and tires. They actually listen to us, they are always professional and they care about us. Honest, quality work every time. Always friendly, professional and respectful. They don t upsell you on things you don t need or want they give unbiased advice, listen you, and answer all of your questions.

Strongly recommend going. Very nice customer service presented by the two managers Albert and Chris. I got a nail in my tire today and went this store for the first time. And I m able to be back on road after 20 minutes. Super quick and satisfying experience.

I have been coming here for service on my 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander for a few years. Chris has always been so helpful to explain what is needed and honest about the time it will take. I trust Chris because he has my car records Andis so professional but personable. Highly recommend this location for any service needed for your vehicle

4 new tires and an alignmet on my lifted silverado. Steering wheel is straight, truck tracks straight, only thing is one of the tires has the barcode paint showing next to the wheel but its probably the manufacturer stamping it in the wrong place. No big deal to me but may bug someone else. Staff is friendly and knowledgable.

While driving from Vegas to Orange County, we found out we had a nail in our tire and stopped here for service. Not only did they patch the tire. They did so with speed and a smile Their awesome service made our day. Thank you!!!

Amazing service!!! Way overdue review.Realized that we had bald tires, the night before leaving on a four hundred mile road trip, back in June. Got to the shop 15 minutes before they opened, on a SUNDAY. They had me on the road in about 45 minutes.So fast forward to this morning when I get a low tire pressure warning. Bring the van in, about an hour before closing, prepared to drop it off. Not only did they get it done in about an hour but the tire was repaired, no replacement needed.Thank you Mountain View!!!!You have my family's business!!!

Will never come to this site again need it a flat tire fixed he said it's going to be couple of hours I was like flat tire shouldn't take this long his answer was yes I understand if I didn't have nothing to do it will take me few minutes. But guess what the gentleman was doing he was just sitting down with his coworker having a lovely conversation. So he rather lose a customer because he was to busy in his conversation nowonder they were so many cars just parked in the pits. I guess that's what you call milking the clock

I have always had good customer service but about a week ago they went over and above! I had a flat tire when I came out of work, I called AAA and they put my spare on, they said I could only drive about 49 miles on it. When I arrived at the shop they were closing! The front door had not been locked yet and Chris the manager was in there at the reception area.I told him my issue and since I need to be back to work at 7am, I work at Loma Linda Medical Center, he asked one of the guys to stay clocked in and took care of my tire! I will never go anywhere else! Thanks so much

My family and i have been coming here for many years (maybe 10 now? ). These guys always take care of my family. I've bought at least 3 sets of tires, 2 strut replacements, countless oils changes, and had couple of flats repairs. Ive feel comfortable with my car in this shop. Yes they do call when you get an oil change about air filters etc but they probably have too by sop. Lately I tried some other places and i just dont feel the comfort in them.

We went in for 2 front tires and an alignment. I was not expecting a "cheap" bill, however when my boyfriend asked if they offered a military discount, the reps response was "they do not, but he will give us $10 off the alignment," which we accepted. Come to find out, after doing some searching on their website, the rep was not offering us a "discount" they were actually offering a coupon/promotion of that same discount. It was not a pleasant feeling to made to feel like we were receiving a discount as a courtesy, when in reality we were just having a current promotion honored for us. While I do not mean to come off as we deserve anything, if the rep was just going to apply the coupon it would have been better to just be upfront about it and not make it seem like we were getting some "special deal." And not only that, when I asked for a copy of the alignment report, I was denied because the "printer was broken" but some how they surely managed to print my receipt for me.The timeliness was appreciated, but the lack of attention was not.

I have taken my BMW X5 and my VW CC to this place now and all I can say is, AWESOME! Everytime I have taken my vehicles in for service they have been great. After both of my cars went out of there "manufacturer" warranties they have serviced both. They are up front, honest and friendly. Not just the manager, but the techs. They are always friendly and helpful. Thanks again John! You have a GREAT team there. I would highly recommend!!!
