My wife and I have used M B Automotive for the past 6 years and have been very happy with the honesty and great customer service that you won't get from the big dealerships. Being a small business owner myself, Chris and Lana know how far customer service can make or break their business and they have always exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend using their services for your automotive needs, I can't spread their praises enough. The honesty and trustworthiness is worth its weight in gold as I don't know anything at all about cars and Chris has always taken the time to show me and explain what's going on with my car. I've even tried to cut a few corners to save some money and he's shared his expertise on how it's going to cost more in the long run if I don't address these issues now. Keep up the good work M B and we will see you the next time the stupid light on my dash is lit or if a hear a funny sound and turning up my car stereo doesn't help!

Excellent customer service, Chris and Lana are straightforward and knowledgeable. They have assisted in significant repairs of our Mercedes automobiles as well as selling and assisting in research and acquisition of new vehicles. I can t praise them more highly, fantastic people to work with.

I have been taking my Mercedes to Chris for about 10 years. He won me over when he fixed a problem with my car for $80 that another mechanic told me would cost $900 (can you say con-man). I have been taking my car to him ever since. You won't find a more honest, hardworking, helpful and informative mechanic anywhere! Love Chris and Lana!

Chris is easily the most honest mechanic that I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my car to. He has always been helpful in not only itemizing things that will need repairs in order of importance, to things that will likely be coming soon to help prepare for, and prevent. He has never tried to up sell on any of the repairs, and has been straight forward in terms of what can be put off or even done myself at home. After my first visit, I have never thought of bringing the car anywhere else. I have even considered sticking to the brands he works on for our next purchase to ensure a quality mechanic is available to me. I have and will continue to recommend friends come here!

When I say that the level of CUSTOMER SERVICE here is unlike I ve ever seen Carlos is a 1st class business owner and I would recommend him and his shop to anyone local that has a Mercedes they are very knowledgeable and very efficient I won t go into all the details but he definitely over and beyondService: TransmissionService: Transmission
